Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有权利要求1前序部分的特征的用于液压多回路车辆制动设备的液压块。
背景技术
液压块在现代的具有制动力调节装置的液压车辆制动设备中是常见的。制动力可以以各轮独立的方式、同轴方式对于一组车轮或者所有可制动的车轮共同实现。制动力调节装置的例子有防抱死制动系统(ABS)、驱动防滑控制装置(ASR)和/或行驶动力学控制装置(FDR)或稳定性控制装置(ESP)。电动液压车辆制动设备还具有制动力调节装置。电动液压车辆制动设备是助力制动设备,其中液压制动压力不是通过人力而是作为外部能量由液压泵产生。在混合动力车辆或者电动车辆中也可以为所谓的“隐蔽式调节(Verblenden)”进行制动力调节。混合动力车辆具有内燃机和至少一个电动机作为驱动发动机,其中可以选择性地使用内燃机、或者使用一个或者多个电动机、或者使用内燃机和电动机共同地进行驱动。为在车辆制动时回收能量,电动机作为发电机运行并且产生电流,所述电流存储在蓄电池中并且为了由电动机驱动车辆而提供使用。更确切地说,这里涉及到自身运动的车辆的动能转换为电能,这称为“回收”。为使车辆的司机尽可能不注意到,通过制动力调节装置根据在发电机运行状态中电动机的制动力矩减小车辆制动设备的制动力。这称为“隐蔽式调节”。可以组合不同的制动力调节装置。
除了电气部分以外,这种制动力调节装置具有液压部分,该液压部分通常包括用于各条制动回路的液压泵、电磁阀、液压蓄能器、止回阀、限压阀。该列举既不是封闭性的,也不是穷举的。例如在各轮独立的制动力调节装置中给每一个轮制动器分配一个制动压力增压阀和一个制动压力减压阀。此外,主制动缸通常通过每一制动回路的一个隔离阀连接车辆制动设备,以便能够为降低制动压力将该主制动缸液压地与车辆制动设备分离。为能够迅速地降低轮制动压力,通常在每一条制动回路中设有一个液压蓄能器,轮制动器在各轮独立的制动力调节的情况下分别通过一个制动压力减压阀以液压方式连接在所述液压蓄能器上。
这样的车辆制动设备的液压结构元件设置在液压块中并且通过该液压块而彼此以液压方式接通。液压块大多为每个液压结构元件具有一个安装空间,形式多为(分级的)钻孔,其内放入结构元件。液压连接通常通过液压块中的钻孔实现。作为这样的液压块通常是一个大的方形的部件,其设有钻孔。这样的液压块实现了紧凑地而且稳定地构造液压的车辆制动设备的制动力调节装置的液压部分,其中通过装入液压的结构元件同时还以液压方式将它们彼此接通,这样就省去了各个液压结构元件的单独的液压连接。
发明内容
本发明设置用于具有制动力调节装置的液压多回路车辆制动设备,所述制动力调节装置在至少一条制动回路中不需液压蓄能器。这种车辆制动设备的例子在DE102008004201A1的公开文本中公开,特此参照该公开文本。本发明基于用于液压多回路车辆制动设备的液压块构造,其具有至少两个用于液压蓄能器的安装空间,所述安装空间被分配给不同的制动回路。在本发明的具有权利要求1的特征的液压块中,至少两个用于液压蓄能器的安装空间分配给一条制动回路。这种分配特别地通过液压块的相应的钻孔实现,使得该至少两个安装空间与一条制动回路连通。本发明实现了,当液压蓄能器在另一条制动回路中并非必需时将两个或者多个液压蓄能器分配给车辆制动设备的一条制动回路。还可以想到,为另一条制动回路提供一个外部的液压蓄能器。本发明的优点在于,可以使用已有的液压块并且仅需在钻孔上施行很小的改动。液压蓄能器在液压块中的位置不变,在不改变液压块中用于液压蓄能器的安装空间的条件下,特别是不需将安装空间扩大,就能够实现一条制动回路的液压蓄能器的容积的加倍。液压块的机械的和液压的连接保持不变,使得不必改变液压块在汽车内的容置。液压块或者车辆制动设备由此能够用小的花费适应制动液体体积很大的轮制动器,这种轮制动器例如用于特种保护车辆或者用在轻型货车中,或者用于多活塞制动钳。
从属权利要求对于发明主题给出在权利要求1中给出的发明的有利的结构方案和扩展方案。
至少两个用于液压蓄能器的安装空间可以连接在一条制动回路的不同位置。该至少两个安装空间优选彼此连通,也就是说它们的液压蓄能器以液压方式并联。液压蓄能器例如连接在轮制动器的制动压力减压阀和一条制动回路的液压泵的吸入侧之间。由此对于降低一条制动回路的轮制动器的轮制动压力,至少两个液压蓄能器的容积是可用的。
权利要求3的方案是将液压块中用于液压蓄能器的一个安装空间与一条控制回路的已存在的连接封闭。这可以通过压入球、拧入螺丝或者用其他适宜的封闭件或者以其他方式进行。通过对液压块钻孔或者以其他方式将用于液压蓄能器的安装空间连接在另一条制动回路上。本发明的这一结构允许使用已有的具有全部预设的钻孔的液压块,其中另外设置一个或者多个钻孔,但是不必取消任何钻孔。

下面根据一个在附图中表示的实施例详细说明本发明。该附图以示意的和部分简化的图示示出了本发明的液压块的透视图。
具体实施方式
在附图中示出的液压块1用于容纳和以液压方式接通液压车辆制动设备的制动压力调节装置的未图示的液压结构元件。这些制动压力调节装置已经公知,它们例如用于防抱死制动系统、驱动防滑控制装置和/或行驶动力控制装置。这些液压块也用于电动液压车辆制动设备的制动力调节装置。另一应用领域是在液压或者电动车辆的车辆制动设备中的所谓的“制动回馈”中的制动力调节。在这样的车辆中在减速的情况下电力驱动发动机作为发电机运行,以便把车辆的动能转换为电能,该电能被存储在蓄电池内并且由此用于驱动该车辆。“制动回馈”意味着车辆制动设备的制动力减小,以至少部分地平衡电力驱动发动机在发电机运行中产生的制动力矩。
液压块1是金属制的方形的部件,其设有多个不同大小的钻孔。对于双回路车辆制动设备,液压块通常是对称的。钻孔构成容纳部,其内放入或者装入未图示的结构元件,或者构成将液压结构元件彼此连接的连接管线。液压结构元件例如是用于各条制动回路的液压泵(通常是活塞泵)、电磁阀、止回阀、限压阀、液压蓄能器。
图示的液压块1设置用于双回路车辆制动设备。它在一个平面侧的中心具有一个直径相对较大的圆筒形钻孔2,其用于容纳未图示的偏心轮,该偏心轮本身用于驱动未图示的活塞泵。该钻孔2在下面称为偏心轮空间2。为驱动偏心轮使用一个未图示的电动机,它固定(例如拧紧)在液压块1的平面侧上。
从偏心轮空间2径向同轴相对地延伸出两个直径分级的泵钻孔3,它们设置用于放入未图示的活塞泵。给每一个活塞泵分配一条制动回路。相对于泵钻孔3径向地延伸出钻出的连接管线4,该连接管线通到用于装入未图示的液压蓄能器的安装空间5内。安装空间5同样作为分级的钻孔实现。在常规车辆制动设备中给每一条制动回路分配一个液压蓄能器,该液压蓄能器连接在液压泵的吸入侧和轮制动器的制动压力减压阀之间。液压块1的多个用于液压蓄能器的安装空间5通过连接管线4相应地以液压方式接通。在本发明的液压块1中,两个液压蓄能器之一与两个活塞泵之一的连接管线4通过压入的球6关闭,也就是说用于液压蓄能器的安装空间5与该制动回路隔离。隔离也能以与用球不同的方式实现。例如还可以想到,使将用于液压蓄能器之一的安装空间5与一条制动回路的泵钻孔3连接的连接管线4甚至完全不设置在液压块1中。
一个另外的钻孔7将两个用于液压蓄能器的安装空间5彼此连接,使得未图示的液压蓄能器在被装入安装空间5内时以液压方式并联。由此两个液压蓄能器被连接在一条、也是另一条制动回路上。两个液压蓄能器与两条制动回路之一连通。以这种方式两个液压蓄能器的容积可为两条制动回路之一提供使用。
液压块1可用于仅一条制动回路需要液压蓄能器的液压式车辆制动设备,或者也可用于单回路车辆制动设备。还可以想到,为另外的制动回路提供一个外部的液压蓄能器,亦即例如一个在液压块1外部设置的或者以其它方式连接的液压蓄能器(未图示)。液压块1给两条制动回路之一提供双份的制动液体体积。这里仅需在液压块1上进行稍许改变,即:设置另外的钻孔7和封闭一条连接管线4;或者,使用于液压蓄能器的其中一个安装空间5与其中一条制动回路以其它方式进行液压隔离。不需要在液压块1上进行其他的改变,它的安装可以在汽车中的常见的位置进行和用已有的固定器实现。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于液压多回路车辆制动设备的液压块,其中所述液压块(1)具有至少两个用于液压蓄能器的安装空间(5),其特征在于,所述至少两个安装空间(5)与一条制动回路连通,使得至少两个液压蓄能器的容积能够为所述制动回路提供使用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压块,其特征在于,所述至少两个安装空间(5)彼此连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液压块,其特征在于,所述液压块(1)包括用于一个所述安装空间(5)与一条制动回路的连接管线(7),所述连接管线是封闭的,并且,两个所述安装空间(5)与另一条制动回路连通。
