背景技术

具体实施方式
图1以侧视图示出一个具有变形空槽10a的振荡式插入式刀具。该振荡式插入式刀具对于技术人员而言经常被称为“振荡式工具机”(OMT),它具有一个扇形锯片12a。在这里也可想到对于技术人员显得有意义的其它锯片,例如刺锯片或马刀锯片。
扇形锯片12a包括一个具有切割区域16a的环扇形的基体14a以及切割元件18a(图2)。变换地也可想到对于技术人员显得有意义的其它基体14a的形状,例如方形的。切割元件18a在图1中出于清楚的原因没有被示出。扇形锯片12a可以尤其是用在手持式工具机、例如多功能工具中。

变形空槽10a从齿根24a通过切割区域16a延伸到基体14a中。变形空槽10a在这里比切割区域16a大约深七倍地进入到基体14a中。通过变形空槽10a限制了通过在固定方法中出现的、与变形空槽10a相邻的切割元件18a的变热形成的传导。因此,基体14a的一个区域28a在变形空槽10a的一个相对侧上在很大程度上不随着变热。
变形空槽10a水滴形地构成。但是也可想到对于技术人员显得有意义的其它形状,例如缝隙形或锯齿形的。

基体还具有变形空槽10c,变形空槽通过切割区域16c进入到基体14c中。通过变形空槽10c的传导是不可能的。在淬硬方法中基体14c的翘曲由此基本上被避免。

Claims (4)

1.用于以直线和/或旋转的振荡运动来加工工件的振荡式插入式刀具,它具有一个基体(14a;14b)和至少一个通过固定方法材料锁合地连接在所述基体(14a;14b)上的、在一个切割区域(16a;16b)中的切割元件(18a),和具有一个在热处理方法中至少部分地淬硬的切割区域(16a;16b),其特征在于,设有至少一个穿过所述切割区域(16a;16b)进入到所述基体(14a;14b)中的变形空槽(10a;10b)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的振荡式插入式刀具,其特征在于,所述基体(14a;14b)是盘形的。
3.用于以围绕旋转轴线旋转的和在相对于旋转轴线的轴向上延伸的运动来加工工件的孔锯插入式刀具,它具有一个基体(14c)和至少一个通过固定方法材料锁合地连接在所述基体(14c)上的、在一个切割区域(16c)中的切割元件,和具有一个在热处理方法中至少部分地淬硬的切割区域(16c),其特征在于,设有至少一个穿过所述切割区域(16c)进入到所述基体(14c)中的变形空槽(10c)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的孔锯插入式刀具,其特征在于,所述基体(14c)是空心圆柱形的。
