Abstract

本发明公开了一种卧顶中空腹板式底架侧板组件,它包括侧板和侧板上预留的安装孔,所述的侧板下缘处设置有侧板折弯边;还包括一与侧板配合、并在对应位置设有安装孔的腹板;所述的腹板边缘处设置有与腹板呈直角的第一腹板成型边和第二腹板成型边;第一腹板成型边与第二腹板成型边同向;所述的第一腹板成型边与侧板上背向侧板折弯边的一面贴合并焊接;所述的第二腹板成型边与侧板的非侧板折弯边处贴合并焊接;侧板和腹板相互平行,并在两者之间构成中空腹腔。其有益效果为:中空腹腔的设计提高了底架侧板纵向和侧向抗弯强度;加强贴板的设计提高了底架侧板纵向和抗扭转强度,达到使用等量材料承受更大负载的效果,节省了材料,降低了成本。

Description

卧顶中空腹板式底架侧板组件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车举升卧顶底架侧板,具体为一种卧顶中空腹板式底架侧板组件;属于汽车举升卧顶技术领域。
背景技术
卧式千斤顶是用刚性顶举件作为工作装置,通过顶部托座在小行程内顶升重物的轻小起重设备。卧式千斤顶是一种广泛应用于载重车辆或移动设备上支承设备自重、调整设备水平的一个重要液压元件,它主要用于厂矿、交通运输等部门作为车辆修理及其它起重、支撑等工作。卧式千斤顶一般由底架、油缸、揿手和起重架组成,而底架是卧式千斤顶的主要支撑部,因此,底架的强度是卧式千斤顶的至关重要的参数。
目前,市场上常见的汽车举升卧顶底架侧板普遍采用单层钢板、单层钢板折弯或在前述基础上贴加强板的结构。这样设计存在诸多问题:1、采用单层钢板或单层钢板折弯的结构,由于材料厚度统一,没办法实现受力载荷最大部位局部加强;因此,如果要实现载荷的要求,就必须增厚钢板,因此造成材料浪费,材料利用率低;2、即使采用表面贴加强板结构,可以在一定程度上实现局部加强的效果,但是不能解决其抗侧弯能力差的问题;而且产品整体美观度降低。
因此,设计一种材料利用率高,抗侧弯能力高的底架侧板是相关领域亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种卧顶中空腹板式底架侧板组件,以解决现有技术的上述诸多问题,它可以提高材料利用率,以更少量材料达到同等强度效果的卧顶底架侧板结构。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的。
卧顶中空腹板式底架侧板组件,它包括侧板和侧板上预留的安装孔,所述的侧板下缘处设置有侧板折弯边;还包括一与侧板配合、并在对应位置设有安装孔的腹板;所述的腹板边缘处设置有与腹板呈直角的第一腹板成型边和第二腹板成型边;第一腹板成型边与第二腹板成型边同向;所述的第一腹板成型边与侧板上背向侧板折弯边的一面贴合并焊接;所述的第二腹板成型边与侧板的非侧板折弯边处贴合并焊接;侧板和腹板相互平行,并在两者之间构成中空腹腔。
为了增加侧板组件的局部强度,在所述的中空腹腔中根据强度需要,在侧板的受力集中处焊接加强贴板。
所述的第一腹板成型边与第二腹板成型边连续设置。更进一步的,第一腹板成型边为连续弯曲设置,弯曲的设计可以保证第一腹板成型边的边缘可以至少找出三点不在同一直线上。以便于将腹板与侧板迅速安装,并两者相互平行。
所述的第二腹板成型边的宽度大于或等于第一腹板成型边宽度和侧板厚度之和。优选的是,第二腹板成型边的宽度等于第一腹板成型边宽度、侧板厚度和侧板折弯边的宽度之和。
所述的腹板高度小于或等于侧板相应位置的高度。
所述的加强贴板厚度小于或等于第一腹板成型边的宽度。
所述焊接的焊缝在第二腹板成型边的内侧下方和第一腹板成型边的下方。因此,所有的焊缝都在俯视的视线之外,使产品更加美观。
本发明的有益效果为:1、通过侧板与腹板的配合结构,使侧板与腹板形成中空的矩形腹腔,在卧顶承载时提高了底架侧板纵向和侧向抗弯强度;2、根据局部强度需要在腹腔内再增加加强贴板,在卧顶承载时提高了底架侧板纵向和抗扭转强度,达到使用等量材料承受更大负载的效果,节省了材料,降低了成本;2、通过将焊接位置点设置在第二腹板成型边内侧和第一腹板成型边下侧,使焊缝在俯视视线之外,同时加强贴板可以置于中空腹腔内,使产品更加美观,提高产品档次。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施例进一步阐述本发明的结构特点。
如附图1、图2和图4所示的卧顶中空腹板式底架侧板组件,它包括侧板10和侧板10上预留的安装孔,所述的侧板10下缘处设置有侧板折弯边11;还包括一与侧板10配合、并在对应位置设有安装孔的腹板20;所述的腹板20边缘处设置有与腹板20呈直角的第一腹板成型边21和第二腹板成型边22;第一腹板成型边21与第二腹板成型边22同向;所述的第一腹板成型边21与侧板10背向侧板折弯边11的一面贴合并焊接;所述的第二腹板成型边22与侧板10的非侧板折弯边11处贴合并焊接;侧板10和腹板20相互平行,并在两者之间构成中空腹腔。
如图5所示,为了增加侧板组件的局部强度,在所述的中空腹腔中根据强度需要,在侧板10的受力集中处焊接加强贴板30。
所述的第一腹板成型边21与第二腹板成型边22连续设置。更进一步的,第一腹板成型边21为连续弯曲设置,弯曲的设计可以保证第一腹板成型边21的边缘可以至少找出三点不在同一直线上。以便于将腹板20与侧板10迅速安装,并两者相互平行。
所述的第二腹板成型边22的宽度大于或等于第一腹板成型边21宽度和侧板10厚度之和。优选的是,第二腹板成型边22的宽度等于第一腹板成型边21宽度、侧板10厚度和侧板折弯边11的宽度之和。
所述的腹板20高度小于或等于侧板10相应位置的高度。
所述的加强贴板30厚度小于或等于第一腹板成型边21的宽度。
如图4或图5所示,所述焊接的焊缝在第二腹板成型边22的内侧下方和第一腹板成型边21的下方。因此,所有的焊缝都在俯视的视线之外,使产品更加美观。
如图6所示,使用时,将侧板10和腹板20以及加强贴板30焊接成侧板组件,一对相互对称的侧板组件通过预留的安装孔和固定件固定在一起即可构成卧顶底架。
本发明产品规格与钢板厚度关系:2.75T卧顶:侧板厚3mm;3.25T卧顶:侧板厚4mm。即可达到国家标准。
以3.25T卧顶材料使用为例:常规产品机架重12.62Kg,采用本新型产品机架重8.66Kg(以上数据为本发明在产品底架使用中的数据),因此,每个底架节省了近4Kg,按年产量2万台计算,就能节省材料8万Kg,每吨材料大约4500元人民币,那么一年就能节省36万元。
通过本发明设计而成的底架,达到甚至超出美国标准:ASMEPALD-2009、欧洲标准:EN1494。
除上述实施例外,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.卧顶中空腹板式底架侧板组件,它包括侧板和侧板上预留的安装孔,所述的侧板下缘处设置有侧板折弯边;其特征在于:还包括一与侧板配合、并在对应位置设有安装孔的腹板;所述的腹板边缘处设置有与腹板呈直角的第一腹板成型边和第二腹板成型边;第一腹板成型边与第二腹板成型边同向;所述的第一腹板成型边与侧板上背向侧板折弯边的一面贴合并焊接;所述的第二腹板成型边与侧板的非侧板折弯边处贴合并焊接;侧板和腹板相互平行,并在两者之间构成中空腹腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卧顶中空腹板式底架侧板组件,其特征在于:在侧板组件的中空腹腔内焊接加强贴板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的卧顶中空腹板式底架侧板组件,其特征在于:所述的加强贴板厚度小于或等于第一腹板成型边的宽度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卧顶中空腹板式底架侧板组件,其特征在于:所述的第一腹板成型边与第二腹板成型边连续设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的卧顶中空腹板式底架侧板组件,其特征在于:所述的第二腹板成型边的宽度大于或等于第一腹板成型边宽度和侧板厚度之和。
6.根据权利要求5所述的卧顶中空腹板式底架侧板组件,其特征在于:第二腹板成型边的宽度等于第一腹板成型边宽度、侧板厚度和侧板折弯边的宽度之和。
7.根据权利要求1所述的卧顶中空腹板式底架侧板组件,其特征在于:所述的腹板高度小于或等于侧板相应位置的高度。
