滑动门制动器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的可以在关闭位置和开启位置之间移动的滑动门的门制动装置,其包括可以与锁止部件啮合以使滑动门锁定在开启位置的锁止凸轮,所述锁止部件设置在滑动门上并且可以移置到导轨上,其中,通过从锁止部件作用于关闭方向上的力对抗由于锁止凸轮偏离使弹簧部件产生的预张紧,锁止凸轮能够被锁止部件的作用所克服。
因其构造简单和易于固定,已经证明了这种滑动门制动器的优点。此外,其容许使用者即使在滑动门被锁定时也容易驱动。
背景技术
已经公开过通过锁定棘爪锁定滑动门的门制动器,例如,在DE 10347324B4中,所述滑动门被安装在车辆的导轨上并且可以在闭合位置和开放位置之间移动,所述锁定棘爪能够被连接到导轨区域中,以使其可以与锁止部件啮合并且在啮合过程中将滑动门锁定在其开放位置的区域,所述锁止部件设置于滑动门上并且可以移置到导轨上,其中,通过弹簧部件在锁止部件的接触区域的方向上预张紧锁定棘爪。为调节锁定棘爪托架的接触区域的弹力,通过以扭转阻力的方式配置于锁定棘爪托架上的支承件的介入,优选为金属板螺母,弹簧部件被设置在用于改变弹簧部件两端之间的距离的调节螺杆上,其中,调节螺杆可以被旋入支承件并且通过锁定棘爪托架面向支承件一侧的轴环支承。
在DE 101 33 938A1中还公开了一种用于机动车辆的滑动门的具有保持臂的门制动器,其通过支架固定到车身并可以对抗预张紧弹簧枢转,通过锁止部件将所述保持臂锁止在设置于处于开启位置的滑动门的对抗锁止部件上。凸起部分作为锁止部件设置在保持臂上,锁止凸轮安置作为横向地作用于滑动门行进方向的对抗锁止部件。
然而,当滑动门开启的车辆开始向前开动然后刹车时,这是一个问题,因为在这种情况下,尽管使用了已知的制动器,滑动门可能被释放并关闭和/或自动地以不受限制的方式猛地关上。
DE 100 42 282B4中还公开了一种通过关闭螺栓和接受器将车门钩到车辆门洞中的装置,其中,接受器可枢转地安装,并且包括用于从其枢轴隔开的关闭螺栓的接受部分和至少一个用于关闭螺栓和块的关闭部分,并且其中,与枢轴隔开设置的该块在枢转后进入与关闭螺栓的刚性连接。接受器固定地连接到与枢轴隔开设置的远端块,并且,远端块由于其惯性力绕接受器枢转。因此,如果发生事故和/或侧面碰撞并且力被引入车身时,通过常规的门锁将可枢转的车辆门钩到车身上。
相比之下,如前所述,需要提供一种防止滑动门在制动时自动关闭的滑动门制动器。
发明内容
这一目的通过以下技术方案实现。
一种用于可以在开启位置和关闭位置之间移动的机动车辆滑动门的门制动器,为使滑动门阻止在开启状态,其包括可以与锁止部件进入啮合的锁止凸轮,锁止部件安置于滑动门并且可以换置到导轨,其中,通过从锁止部件作用于关闭方向上的力对抗弹簧部件由于锁止凸轮的偏离产生的预张紧,锁止凸轮能够被锁止部件的作用所克服,其中,配备锁定部件以锁住锁止凸轮的移动,所述锁定部件通过负加速度能够在释放位置和锁定位置之间移动。
由于配备了锁定部件以锁住锁止凸轮的运动,所述锁定部件能够通过负加速度(例如制动加速度)在释放和锁定位置之间移动,阻止滑动门的猛然关闭是有可能的,因为通过锁定部件,对于锁止部件来说现在不可能克服这样固定的锁止凸轮。
换句话说,由于弹簧被阻止并且锁住锁止凸轮的移动,本来通过与锁止部件接触以对抗弹簧的预张紧而偏离的锁止凸轮现在不再能偏离。
优选地,板簧形式的弹簧同时形成锁止凸轮,例如采用成角度的部分的形式。
为采取锁定位置,锁定部件有益地设计为可绕横向对准行进方向的轴枢转。因此,该轴可相应地水平对准或垂直对准。
因此,如果在锁定位置,锁定部件阻止弹簧部件相对锁止凸轮偏离同样是有益的。
在优选的实施方式中,锁定部件可操作地连接到惯性块,这样,当加速时惯性块将锁定部件移动到其锁定位置。因此,在设想的情况下,锁定部件自动地起作用。
此外,惯性块最好铰接到锁定部件的旋转轴。同时,为返回到释放位置,可以通过弹簧预张紧锁定部件。所述“复位弹簧”的弹力因此设计为与滑动门和门制动器的质量相对应。
在这种情况下,尤其优选为弹簧作用于锁定部件和/或惯性块的旋转轴。
在正常的操作中,以弹性方式配置的锁止凸轮在与例如配置为滚轴的锁止部件接触后能够对抗弹簧力偏离,以使滑动门能够在滑动方向上从开启位置滑动到关闭位置(反之亦然)。如果滑动门开启并且受到负加速度,例如由于机动车辆的制动,锁定部件因而移动,被惯性块驱动进入锁定位置并阻止锁止凸轮偏离,以使锁止部件不能克服锁止凸轮。如果负加速度减小,锁定部件被复位弹簧移动到释放位置。

具体实施方式
滑动门能够以常规的方式沿着所述轨道在关闭位置和开启位置之间移动。其被门制动器固定在开启位置。
为此目的,门制动器1包括可以与滚轴3啮合的锁止凸轮2,滚轴3可以置于滑动门上并且能够移置于导轨上,所述锁止凸轮作为锁止部件将滑动门阻止在开启位置。在这种情况下,滚轴3抵靠锁止凸轮2的一侧。
为关闭滑动门,门从滚轴3受到作用于关闭方向(见箭头8,即沿轨道)上的力可以克服锁止凸轮2,该力对抗弹簧部件9由于锁止凸轮2的偏离而产生的预张紧。
因此,在这种情况下,凸轮2偏离到垂直于关闭方向和/或轨道方向的一侧,然后滚轴3能够滚过凸轮2。
同时,板簧9以成角度的部分的形式形成锁止凸轮2。
为防止开启的滑动门在制动时猛然关闭,门制动器还包括可以在释放位置和锁定位置之间移动的锁定部件4,其通过负加速度(制动加速度)锁住锁止凸轮2的偏离移动。
为此目的,锁定部件4配置为可绕横向对准移动方向的轴10枢转。
在释放位置,锁定部件4邻近板簧9,而在锁定位置,锁定部件的块状锁定瓣7抵靠凸轮2,从而阻止其偏离。
锁定部件4可操作地连接到惯性块5,以使在加速时惯性块5移动锁定部件4和/或其锁定瓣7进入其锁定位置。
为此目的,惯性块5铰接到锁定部件的旋转轴10并且以1:1的比例驱动所述锁定部件。
进一步地通过弹簧6预张紧锁定部件4以便于返回释放位置,其中弹簧6作用于锁定部件4和/或惯性块5的旋转轴10。
在正常的操作中,当与滚轴3接触时,弹性配置的锁止凸轮2能够对抗固有弹簧力偏离,以使滑动门能够在轨道上在滑动方向上从开启位置滑动到关闭位置(反之亦然)。
如果滑动门开启并且受到负加速度,例如由于机动车辆的制动,锁定部件4和/或锁定瓣7被惯性块5移动、驱动进入锁定位置并且阻止锁止凸轮2的偏离,以使滚轴3不能够克服锁止凸轮2并被阻止在轨道上。如果负加速度减小,锁定部件4被复位弹簧6移动到释放位置。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于可以在开启位置和关闭位置之间移动的机动车辆滑动门的门制动器,其特征在于,为使滑动门阻止在开启状态,其包括可以与锁止部件(3)啮合的锁止凸轮(2),锁止部件(3)设置于滑动门并且可以移置到导轨,其中,通过从锁止部件作用于关闭方向上的力对抗由于锁止凸轮(2)偏离使弹簧部件(1)产生的预张紧,锁止凸轮能够被锁止部件的作用所克服,其中,提供锁定部件以锁住锁止凸轮(2)的移动,所述锁定部件能够通过负加速度在释放位置和锁定位置之间移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的门制动器,其特征在于,为了采取锁定位置,锁定部件设计为可以绕横向对准行进方向的轴枢转。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的门制动器,其特征在于,在锁定位置,锁定部件阻止弹簧部件(1)对抗锁止凸轮(2)的偏离。
4.根据前述权利要求中的一项所述的门制动器,其特征在于,锁定部件可操作地连接到惯性块,以使惯性块在加速时将锁定部件移动到其锁定位置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的门制动器,其特征在于,惯性块铰接到锁定部件的旋转轴。
6.根据前述权利要求中的一项所述的门制动器,其特征在于,为了返回释放位置,通过弹簧预张紧锁定部件。
7.根据权利要求4到6中的一项所述的门制动器,其特征在于,弹簧作用于锁定部件和/或惯性块的旋转轴。
