Abstract
本发明公开了一种猕猴桃籽油口服乳液的制备方法,其特征在于它由以下原料和步骤组成,所述各原料重量配比为:猕猴桃籽油25~40份,改性大豆磷脂5~15份,吐温-80(Tween-80)0.2~0.5份,海藻酸钠0.5~1份,维生素E0.02份,木糖醇0.3~0.5份,水42.98~68.98份;所述各步骤为:油相液的制备,水相液的制备,真空乳化,高压均质,过滤和分装。本方法制得的猕猴桃籽油乳化口服液,富含α-亚麻酸,不但有效保全了猕猴桃籽油中多种营养成分及活性物质,还增加了如磷脂、海藻酸钠、维生素E等营养成份,增强了产品的食疗双重功能,是一种易吸收、香甜爽口、营养保健的纯绿色保健食品。

技术领域
本发明属健康食品领域,涉及一种易于吸收、营养保健的猕猴桃籽油口服乳液的制备方法。
背景技术
猕猴桃籽油是以“水果之王”猕猴桃的种子为原料,经超临界萃取精制而成。国内外研究结果表明,称猴桃籽油含有75%以上的亚油酸(C18:2)和α-亚麻酸(C18:3),其中α-亚麻酸含量更高达60%以上。亚油酸和α-亚麻酸是世界公认的两种人体必需脂肪酸(EFA),在体内代谢可产生对人体有重要生理功能的EPA和DHA等。亚油酸是功能性多不饱和脂肪酸中被最早认识的一种,在世界范围内的绝大多数膳食营养中占据着大部分,有助于降低血清胆固醇和抑制动脉血栓的形成,因此在预防动脉硬化和心肌梗塞等心血管疾病方面有良好作用。α-亚麻酸属ω-3类脂肪酸,是维系人类脑进化的生命核心物质,它能够有效地抑制血栓性病症,预防心肌梗塞和脑梗塞,降低血脂、降低血压,抑制出血性中风,抑制癌症的发生和转移,具有增长智力,保护视力,延缓衰老等功效。
目前国内市场上只有猕猴桃籽油软胶囊产品,猕猴桃籽油软胶囊直接服用不易吸收或吸收不完全,且服用过程毫无口感可言。为此,该发明是猕猴桃籽油通过乳化后,粒径达纳米级,形成微乳粒,口服后在胃肠道更易吸收,进入血液循环,直接被机体或细胞所消化利用。猕猴桃籽油口服乳液制作过程中还添加了如磷脂、海藻酸钠、维生素E等营养成份,增强了产品的食疗双重功能,为直接饮用猕猴桃籽油,补充必需脂肪酸提供一个可靠有效的方法和途径。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种猕猴桃籽油口服乳液的制作方法,为直接饮用猕猴桃籽油,补充必需脂肪酸提供一个可靠有效的方法和途径。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种猕猴桃籽油口服乳液的制作方法,其特征在于它由以下原料和步骤组成,所述各原料的重量配比为:
(1)猕猴桃籽油25~45份,(2)改性大豆磷脂5~15份,
(3)吐温-80(Tween-80)0.2~0.5份,(4)海藻酸钠0.5~1份,
(5)维生素E 0.02份,(6)木糖醇0.3~0.5份,
(7)水42.98~68.98份;
所述的各步骤如下:
A.油相液的制备,将上述比例的猕猴桃籽油和其它油溶性原料改性大豆磷脂、吐温-80、维生素E搅拌加热至40~55℃,使其充分熔化或溶解均匀待用;
B.水相液的制备,将水溶性成分海藻酸钠、木糖醇加入相应份额的纯净水中,搅拌加热至50~60℃待用;
C.真空乳化,上述油相液和水相液原料经由真空泵加入乳化锅内,在70~80℃温度和真空条件下进行高速搅拌,持续乳化30~40min,使油、水相原料充分混合成分散均匀的乳状液;
D.高压均质处理,将C步骤所得乳状液迅速转入高压纳米均质机50~80MPa压力下均质处理20min,使乳液粒径在200nm以下;
E.过滤与分装,将均质后的乳液经过0.22-0.8μm微孔膜过滤器过滤除菌,在无菌GMP洁净环境中,定量灌入包装容器中,充氮气后密封。
本发明的有益效果是:按上述方法制得的猕猴桃籽油乳化口服液,富含α-亚麻酸,不但有效保全了猕猴桃籽油中多种营养成分及活性物质,还增加了如磷脂、海藻酸钠、维生素E等营养成份,增强了产品的食疗双重功能,为市场提供了一种易吸收、香甜爽口、营养保健的纯绿色保健食品。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明及其具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
油相液的制备,将猕猴桃籽油25份、改性大豆磷脂5份、吐温-80 0.2份、维生素E 0.02份搅拌加热至40℃,使其充分熔化或溶解均匀待用;
水相液的制备,将水溶性成分海藻酸钠1份、木糖醇0.3份加入68.48份纯净水中,搅拌加热至60℃待用;
真空乳化,上述油相液和水相液经由真空泵加入乳化锅内,在70℃温度和真空条件下进行高速搅拌,持续乳化40min,使油、水相原料充分混合成分散均匀的乳状液;
高压均质处理,将上述步骤所得乳状液迅速转入高压纳米均质机50MPa压力下均质处理20min,使乳液粒径在200nm以下;
过滤与分装,将均质后的乳液经过0.22-0.8μm微孔膜过滤器过滤除菌,在无菌GMP洁净环境中,定量灌入包装容器中,充氮气后密封。
实施例2
油相液的制备,将猕猴桃籽油40份、改性大豆磷脂15份、吐温-80 0.5份、维生素E 0.02份搅拌加热至55℃,使其充分熔化或溶解均匀待用;
水相液的制备,将水溶性成分海藻酸钠0.5份、木糖醇0.5份加入43.48份纯净水中,搅拌加热至50℃待用;
真空乳化,上述油相业和水相液原料经由真空泵加入乳化锅内,在80℃温度和真空条件下进行高速搅拌,持续乳化30min,使油、水相原料充分混合成分散均匀的乳状液;
高压均质处理,80MPa压力下均质处理,其余同实施例1;
过滤与分装,同实施例1。
实施例3
油相液的制备,将猕猴桃籽油30份、改性大豆磷脂10份、吐温-80 0.4份、维生素E 0.02份搅拌加热至45℃,使其充分熔化或溶解均匀待用;
水相液的制备,将水溶性成分海藻酸钠0.8份、木糖醇0.4份加入58.38份纯净水中,搅拌加热至55℃待用;
真空乳化,上述油相液和水相液经由真空泵加入乳化锅内,在75℃温度和真空条件下进行高速搅拌,持续乳化35min,使油、水相原料充分混合成分散均匀的乳状液;
高压均质处理,70MPa压力下均质处理,其余同实施例1;
过滤与分装,同实施例1。
Claims (2)
1.一种猕猴桃籽油口服乳液的制备方法,其特征在于它由以下原料和步骤组成,所述各原料的重量配比为:
(1)猕猴桃籽油25~45份,(2)改性大豆磷脂5~15份,
(3)吐温-80(Tween-80)0.2~0.5份,(4)海藻酸钠0.5~1份,
(5)维生素E 0.02份,(6)木糖醇0.3~0.5份,
(7)水42.98~68.98份;
所述的各步骤如下:
A、油相液的制备,将上述比例的猕猴桃籽油和其它油溶性原料改性大豆磷脂、吐温-80、维生素E搅拌加热至40~55℃,使其充分熔化或溶解均匀待用;
B、水相液的制备,将水溶性成分海藻酸钠、木糖醇加入相应份额的纯净水中,搅拌加热至50~60℃待用;
C、真空乳化,上述油相液和水相液经由真空泵加入乳化锅内,在70~80℃温度和真空条件下进行高速搅拌,持续乳化30~40min,使油、水相原料充分混合成分散均匀的乳状液;
D、高压均质处理,将C步骤所得乳状液迅速转入高压纳米均质机50~80MPa压力下均质处理20min,使乳液粒径在200nm以下;
E、过滤与分装,将均质后的乳液经过0.22-0.8μm微孔膜过滤器过滤除菌,在无菌GMP洁净环境中,定量灌入包装容器中,充氮气后密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种猕猴桃籽油口服乳液的制备方法,其特征在于所述原料中猕猴桃籽油为经超临界CO2萃取精制而得,原料中其他成分均为食品级。
