Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种导电结构以及使用该导电结构的照明灯具,特别涉及一种电连接件以及使用该电连接件的LED灯。
背景技术
传统的LED照明灯是通过将导线从驱动电路板上引出,穿过灯头端面与光源基板电连接,从而为光源基板上的LED芯片供电。例如,公布日为2012年11月28日,申请号为201210276961.6的中国发明专利申请揭示了一种对流散热式LED灯泡,该LED灯泡包括灯头、驱动电路、导热柱、以及设置在导热柱外壁上的LED。该驱动电路通过其引出的两条导线分别焊接在导热柱的电极端子上从而实现为导热柱外壁的LED供电。
然而,由于导线属于柔性质地的导电材料,因此在生产组装过程中,必须通过人工作业将导线的两端分别焊接在驱动电路板和导热柱上。这就使得该LED灯泡在生产过程中无法完全实现自动化组装。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种结构简单,适于自动化组装的电连接件及使用该电连接件的LED灯。
本发明采用的技术方案之一为:一种电连接件,用于LED灯的光源基板与驱动板之间的电连接,其包括输入端子和输出端子,该LED灯包括驱动板和光源基板,该输出端子设置在该LED灯的驱动板上,该输入端子设置在该LED灯的光源基板上并与该光源基板电连接,该输出端子包括两个触头,所述两个触头的一端分别与该驱动板电连接,该输入端子包括两个连接头,所述两个连接头分别对应所述两个触头设置,所述两个连接头的一端分别与该光源基板电连接,组装时,该输出端子的两个触头分别插设在该输入端子对应的两个连接头内,所述两个连接头分别弹性地抵接所述两个触头。
本发明采用的技术方案之二为:一种LED灯,包括电连接件,该电连接件用于LED灯的光源基板与驱动板之间的电连接,该电连接件包括输入端子和输出端子,该LED灯包括驱动板和光源基板,该输出端子设置在该LED灯的驱动板上,该输入端子设置在该LED灯的光源基板上并与该光源基板电连接,该输出端子包括两个触头,所述两个触头的一端分别与该驱动板电连接,该输入端子包括两个连接头,所述两个连接头分别对应所述两个触头设置,所述两个连接头的一端分别与该光源基板电连接,组装时,该输出端子的两个触头分别插设在该输入端子对应的两个连接头内,所述两个连接头分别弹性地抵接所述两个触头。该LED灯的驱动板垂直固接在该光源基板底部。
与现有技术相比,该LED灯使用了该电连接件使得该驱动板与该光源基板电连接。该电连接件包括输入端子和输出端子,该输入端子设置在该LED灯的光源基板上并通过该输入端子的两个连接头与该光源基板电连接;该输出端子的两个触头分别于该驱动板电连接。组装时,该输出端子的两个触头分别插设在该输入端子连接头内,该连接头弹性的夹持两个触头。由于该输入端子和输出端子的电连接过程完全通过机械连接方式,而不需要手动穿线和焊接,这就使得该LED灯在组装时,可以设定将该驱动板轴向插设入该光源基板的输入端子内,从而完成二者电连接,而无需通过焊接来完成,从而可以实现自动化生产。

以下通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细阐述:
图1为本发明第一实施例电连接件及使用该电连接件的LED灯的立体分解图,该LED灯100包括一灯泡壳10、一光源基板20、一电连接件30、一驱动板40和一灯头50。该灯泡壳10罩设在该光源基板20上。该光源基板20设置在该灯头50的端面。该驱动板40设置在该灯头50的内部,该驱动板40通过该电连接件30与该光源基板20形成电连接。
请参考图1、图3和图4,该电连接件30包括一输入端子32和一输出端子34。该输入端子32包括一绝缘外壳322、两个插孔324和两个连接头。该绝缘外壳322为塑料材质制成。该绝缘外壳322成方形结构。这两个插孔324并排设置在该绝缘外壳322的端面中央。每个插孔324均呈“工”字型结构。每个插孔324包括两个卡接区3242和一个连通区3244,这两个卡接区3242分设在该插孔324的两端,且由该连通区3244互相连通在一起。每个连接头由两个弹片326构成,每个弹片326均为导电金属一体成型而成,该导电金属材质可以是弹簧钢、铜片等。每个弹片326包括一个导电端3262和一个夹持端3264,该导电端3262穿过该输入端子32的绝缘外壳322与该光源基板322的电极电连接,该夹持端3264呈V字型结构。每个弹片326的导电端3262卡接在该插孔324的卡接区3242内,每个弹片326的夹持端3264延伸到该连通区3244,每个连接头的弹片326的夹持端3264在该连通区3244内两两相对并互相抵持。
请参考图1,该光源基板20包括一个固定孔22、多个LED光源24和四个电极26。该固定孔22对应该输入端子32的绝缘外壳322设置在该光源基板20中央,该绝缘外壳322收容在该固定块内。这些LED光源24围绕该固定孔22呈等角度圆周排布。这些电极26对应该输入端子32的导电端3264设置在该固定孔22的两个对边外。这些LED光源24围成的最小内径大于这些电极26围成的最大外径。该输入端子32的导电端3264分别焊接在该光源基板20的四个电极26上。该输入端子32的绝缘外壳322嵌接在该光源基板的固定孔22内,从而使得该光源基板20上的LED光源24围绕该输入端子32呈等角度圆周排布。
请参考图1、图2、图3和图4,该电连接件30的输出端子34包括两个触头342、一支撑套344、和两个定位柱346。这两个触头342为L型金属插针,这两个触头342中部还设有卡接部3422。该卡接部3422为方形结构。该支撑套342由绝缘材料制成。该支撑套342端面对应这些触头342的卡接部3422设有通孔3442。这些触头342通过将该卡接部3422插设在该通孔3442中从而固定在该支撑套344内。组装后,这些触头的两端分别伸出该支撑套344之外。这两个定位柱346设置在该支撑套344的一个侧面。这两个定位柱346的方向与该支撑套344的通孔3442互相垂直。
请参考图1,该驱动板40包括两个电极和两个定位孔42。这两个电极设置在该驱动板40的一边边缘处。这两个定位孔42对应该输出端子34的定位柱346设置在该驱动板40上。该输出端子34通过将定位柱346插设在该驱动板40的定位孔42中,从而使得该输出端子34的触头342一端分别于该驱动板40上的电极互相定位。该输出端子34的触头342一端焊接在该驱动板40的电极上。
请参考图5,组装时,将该驱动板40的输出端子34从该灯头50内部轴向插设到该光源基板20的输入端子32内,从而使得该输入端子32的夹持端3262从两个相对的方向一起弹性的夹持该输出端子34的触头342,形成接触电连接。
综上所述,该LED灯100使用了该电连接件30使得该驱动板40与该光源基板20电连接。该电连接件30包括输入端子32和输出端子34,该输入端子32设置在该LED灯100的光源基板20上并通过该输入端子32的两个连接头与该光源基板20电连接;该输出端子34的两个触头342分别于该驱动板40电连接。组装时,该输出端子34的两个触头342分别插设在该输入端子32连接头内,该连接头弹性的夹持两个触头342。由于该输入端子32和输出端子34均采用刚性材料,其电连接过程完全通过机械连接方式,而不需要手动穿线和焊接,这就使得该LED灯100在组装时,可以设定将该驱动板40的输出端子34轴向插设入该光源基板20的输入端子32内,从而完成二者电连接,而无需通过焊接来完成,从而可以实现自动化生产。此外,该输入端子32还设置了绝缘外壳322,该绝缘外壳322上设有插孔324。该输入端子32的弹片326的夹持端3262卡接在该插孔324内,从而固定在该绝缘外壳322上,并穿过该插孔324在该插孔324的连通区3244内两两相对并互相抵持,这就使得两个相抵持的夹持端3262被设置在该绝缘外壳322内部,从而夹持该输出端子34的触头342时能够保护该电连接状态,使该电连接件工作更稳定。即便该LED灯100受到震动,该触头342仍然能被弹性的夹持,从而保证稳定的电连接。进一步的,该输出端子34上设置了定位柱346,该驱动板40顶部侧面设有电极且对应该输出端子34设有支撑套344,该支撑套344用于保护细长的触头342,以免发生弯折变形。该支撑套344上设有两个定位柱346。该驱动板40的侧壁对应这些定位柱346设有定位孔42,从而使得该输出端子34的支撑套344通过这些定位柱346插设在对应的定位孔42内以使得该输出端子34的触头342一端能与该驱动板40的电极互相定位,以便于自动化生产中过波峰焊或回流焊一次性焊接起来。
除此之外,该电连接件的输入端子可以只采用一个弹片作为连接头。该弹片包括导电端和夹持端,该夹持端呈V字型结构,该输入端子还包括两个“T”字型插孔,每个插孔包括一个卡接区和一个连通区,该弹片的夹持端卡接在该插孔的卡接区内,并穿过该插孔延伸至该连通区,与该插孔内壁相抵持。该连接头的V字型夹持端的一端与该导电端连接,另一端弹性的抵接该输出端子34的触头342,从而实现稳固的电连接。采用这种方式电连接可以减少用料,降低生产成本,同时使得该电连接件的结构更简单。

Claims (10)
1.一种电连接件,用于LED灯的光源基板与驱动板之间的电连接,其包括输入端子和输出端子,该LED灯包括驱动板和光源基板,其特征在于:该输出端子设置在该LED灯的驱动板上,该光源基板对应该输入端子设有固定孔,该输入端子固定在该光源基板的固定孔内并与该光源基板电连接,该输出端子包括两个触头,所述两个触头的一端分别与该驱动板电连接,该输入端子包括两个连接头,所述两个连接头分别对应所述两个触头设置,所述两个连接头的一端分别与该光源基板电连接,组装时,该输出端子的两个触头分别插设在该输入端子对应的两个连接头内,所述两个连接头分别弹性地抵接所述两个触头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电连接件,其特征在于:每个连接头由两个弹片构成,所述弹片均为导电金属一体成型而成,每个弹片包括导电端和夹持端,该导电端与该光源基板的电极电连接,该夹持端呈V字型结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电连接件,其特征在于:该输入端子还包括绝缘外壳及两个插孔,该绝缘外壳收容在该固定孔内,该两个插孔设置在该绝缘外壳上,每个插孔包括两个卡接区和一个连通区,每个弹片的导电端卡接在该插孔的卡接区内,所述弹片的夹持端在该连通区内两两相对设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电连接件,其特征在于:所述插孔为“工”字型结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电连接件,其特征在于:每个连接头由一个弹片构成,该弹片由导电金属一体成型而成,该弹片包括导电端和夹持端,该夹持端呈V字型结构,该夹持端弹性的抵接所述触头。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电连接件,其特征在于:该光源基板还包括正负电极,所述电极对应该输入端子的导电端设置在该固定孔之外,该输入端子的导电端与对应的电极电连接。
7.根据权利要求1或5所述的电连接件,其特征在于:该输出端子还包括支撑套,该输入端子的触头为L型金属插针,该触头插设在该支撑套内,该支撑套固定在该驱动板上。
8.根据权利要求6所述的电连接件,其特征在于:所述触头中部还设有卡接部,该支撑套对应该卡接部设有插槽,所述触头通过所述卡接部插设在该插槽内从而固接在该支撑套内。
9.一种使用权利要求1至8中任一项所述的电连接件的LED灯,其特征在于:该驱动板轴向固接在该光源基板底部。
10.根据权利要求9所述的LED灯,其特征在于:还包括多个LED光源,所述LED光源围绕设置在该光源基板上的输入端子呈等角度圆周排布。
