Abstract

一种皂化液沉淀装置，箱体制成进液腔和出液腔，在出液腔的箱壁上设置出液口，在进液腔设置进液口，在进液口的下方设置档板，在箱体的底部设置双层底，双层底的上层制成两快可以开启和关闭的两扇门，两扇门的枢轴安装在箱体两侧，枢轴的一端伸出箱体连接手轮，转动手轮可以将门关闭和开启，在双层底的门框上安装密封条，在下层底中安装大口径的排污阀，在双层底的夹腔中通入喷头，通过安装在箱体外壁上的冲洗口接入高压水源，箱底设支脚，在箱体的外壁上设置液位尺，箱体上口设盖20，可将箱体上口封盖。该装置不仅可以处理其它杂质，尤其是对处理皂化液中的金属粉末更有效，可减轻过滤器的工作负担并可有效提高过滤质量。

Description

一种皂化液沉淀装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机床皂液过滤装置，具体地说是一种起沉淀过滤皂化液中携带的金属粉末和其它杂质的装置。
背景技术
机床在加工或者切割金属工件时，一般都采用皂化液来对加工的另件进行冷却和冲刷，因此皂化液中就会携带金属粉末，通常用过滤和磁吸法来处理的，但是效果并不理想，混在皂化液中的金属粉末有的是铁磁物质，但有的是非铁磁物质因此磁吸就不起作用，用过滤法来处理，不仅滤芯容易堵死，而且会卡住水泵，往往要付出烧坏电机的代价。
发明内容
为了更好地清除机床皂化液中的金属粉末和其它杂质，本发明提供一种皂化液沉淀装置，该装置不仅可以处理其它杂质，尤其是对处理皂化液中的金属粉末更有效，可减轻过滤器的工作负担并可有效提高过滤质量。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术措施是，箱体制成进液腔和出液腔，进出液腔用隔板隔开，所述隔板设前隔板和后隔板，前隔板上端封闭，其下端伸至箱底附近，后隔板上端开口，开口处设滤网，滤网可卸下来清洗，后隔板下端伸至箱体中下部折弯与箱体的后侧壁连接，形成一个与箱体内腔隔开的空间，这个空间作为出液腔，在出液腔的箱壁上设置出液口。在进液腔的上方设置进液口，在进液口的下方设置档板，档板设置成人字形，人字形档板的两侧下端接近箱体壁面和前隔扳壁面，从进液口下来的液流从人字形档板倾斜面向下，再缓冲到箱体壁面和前隔板壁面上，使液流顺着壁面下滑，减少液流下行的冲击力，避免出现较大的扰动，影响液体的沉淀。在箱体的底部设置双层底，双层底的上层制成两快可以开启和关闭的两扇门，两扇门的枢轴安装在箱体两侧，枢轴的一端伸出箱体连接手轮，转动手轮可以将门关闭和开启，在上层底的门框上安装密封条，当门关闭时可以隔绝上下层，在下层底中安装大口径的排污阀，在双层底的夹腔中通入喷头，通过安装在箱体外壁上的冲洗口接入高压水源。使用时，打开上层底的两扇门，使沉淀物沉积在下层底的上面，当沉积物较多时，转动手轮关闭上层底，与上面隔绝，这时可以打开排污阀，使污物排出，同时打开冲洗口的阀门，利用高压水从喷头射出来对箱底进行冲洗，使箱底洗得更干净。箱底设支脚。为了观擦箱內的液位，在箱体的外壁上设置液位尺(现有技术)，可及时观察箱内液位变化的情况。箱体上口设盖，可将箱体上口封盖。工作时，把沉淀箱的进液口接通过滤器的排液口，把沉淀箱的出液口接过滤器的进液口，这样流进入过滤器中的皂化液就会较干净，可及大的减轻过滤器的负担，从而达到有效过滤皂化液中携带金属粉末和杂质的目的。
本发明的有益效果是，提高机床皂化液的过滤质量，结构简单。

具体实施方式
在图中，箱体1制成进液腔2和出液腔3，进出液腔用隔板隔开，在隔板设前隔板4和后隔板5，后隔板上端开口，开口处设滤网6，滤网可卸下来清洗，后隔板下端伸至箱体中下部折弯与箱体的后侧壁连接，形成一个与箱体内腔隔开的空间，这个空间作为出液腔3，在出液腔的箱壁上设置出液口7。在前隔板前方箱体的设置进液口8，在进液口的下方设置档板9，档板设置成人字形，人字形档板的两侧下端接近箱体壁面和前隔扳壁面，在箱体的底部设置双层底，双层底的上层底10制成两快可以开启和关闭的两扇门，两扇门的枢轴12安装在箱体两侧，枢轴的一端伸出箱体连接手轮13，转动手轮可以将门关闭和开启，在门框上安装密封条14，当门关闭时可以隔绝上下层，在下层底11中安装大口径的排污阀15，在双层底的夹腔中通入喷头16，通过安装在箱体外壁上的冲洗口17接入高压水源箱底设支脚18。为了观擦箱內的液位，在箱体的外壁上设置液位尺19，可及时观察箱内液位变化的情况。箱体上口设盖20，可将箱体上口封盖。

1.一种皂化液沉淀装置，其特征是：箱体制成进液腔和出液腔，进出液腔用隔板隔开，在隔板设前隔板和后隔板，后隔板上端开口，开口处设滤网，后隔板下端伸至箱体中下部折弯与箱体的后侧壁连接，形成一个与箱体内腔隔开的空间，这个空间作为出液腔，在出液腔的箱壁上设置出液口，在前隔板前方箱体的设置进液口，在进液口的下方设置档板，在箱体的底部设置双层底，在下层底中安装大口径的排污阀，在双层底的夹腔中通入喷头，通过安装在箱体外壁上的冲洗口接入高压水源，箱底设支脚，在箱体的外壁上设置液位尺，箱体上口设盖20，可将箱体上口封盖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种皂化液沉淀装置，其特征是：所述隔板设前隔板和后隔板，前隔板上端封闭，其下端伸至箱底附近，后隔板上端开口，开口处设滤网，滤网可卸下来清洗，后隔板下端伸至箱体中下部折弯与箱体的后侧壁连接，形成一个与箱体内腔隔开的空间，这个空间作为出液腔。
