背景技术
许多例如挛缩,椎关节阻塞,脊柱侧弯,疼痛和肌肉张力疼痛的疾病和/或肌骨失常的失调都可以治疗。治疗除了通过服用药物有效量的肌肉松弛剂和/或止痛药和/或其它症状疗法(经皮神经电刺激,超声波,激光等),同样可以通过用治疗装置或卫生用品来机械刺激相关部位或结构连接区域来治疗,例如,患有肌肉紧张性头痛或颈部疼痛的病人可通过使用"咬合器"得到不少好处,所述"咬合器"为用于下巴或下颌骨的矫正装置,用于整合缺齿区域或正确定位下颌骨和下巴。
矫正装置可以同样用于治疗非典型吞咽,非典型吞咽一般出现在遭受咬合不正,颈部疼痛,膝盖疼痛或足底疼痛的患者身上。特别地,非典型吞咽的治疗一般通过言语矫正学练习来获得,该言语矫正学练习可同样使用“本体感受器”,即:具有平底和圆顶状上部的球状或椭圆形物体;如果使用得当,这种物体,视为舌头尝试移动的异物,使得舌头重新定位并改正吞咽障碍。

在本发明的第一实施例中,如图1a和1b所示,该治疗装置由咬合器10构成,该咬合器可为自我造型或个性化类型。在第一种情况下,该咬合器10可通过插入组合物层1至自我造型的一般用于制备咬合器的支撑材料2来制备,该组合物层发射和/或反射波长在4到15μm之间的光能;一般情况下,这种材料选自聚碳酸酯,甲基丙酸烯或有机硅树脂或其它塑料材料。在标准的半圆铸模中,放入第一层所述支撑材料2,随后放入一层组合物1,接着加入第二层支撑材料2,;最后,该咬合器根据已知的方法来加固。

该替代性实施例在治疗小孩的非典型吞咽中尤其有用,小孩中存在高风险的装置的意外吞咽。在任何情况下,即使在该替代性实施例的环境下,都可提供不透辐射材料5(图6c和5d),给予了意外吞咽情况下的装置的放射学识别。
在本在发明的第三实施例中,如图7a-7d所示,该治疗装置由膏药13组成;这种膏药包含一般用于制备这类装置的支撑材料9,在这种装置上一般通过传统的粘合物质,应用发射和/或反射波长在4-15μm之间光能的组合物层1;该膏药取决于要治疗的区域可具有不同的形状和尺寸,并可使用本领域熟悉的材料和方法制得。本发明的该实施例中,该药膏除了用来应用在皮肤上之外,还可适用于应用在口腔黏膜上。这种特别类型的膏药可便利地用于治疗成年人或小孩的非典型吞咽;在上颚位置用于上颚(如图7e所示)或其它合适的位置,其直接地作用于刺激用于治疗疾病的受体。这类膏药可通过适用于口服的支撑和粘合剂,由本领域技术人员获得。
在本发明的第四实施例中,如图8a-8c所示,该治疗装置由眼镜14构成。在这种实施例中,发射和/或反射远红外光能的组合物1可包含在一侧或两侧内,或以外壳的形式包裹在其周围,并入镜桥,或甚至在一个或两个眼镜的鼻梁处。这种形成眼镜框架的材料的组合物的并入或应用可使用本领域技术人员熟悉的方法获得。
在本发明的第五个施例中,如图9a-9d所示,该治疗装置可由鞋垫构成。在鞋垫的一个点上应用发射和/或反射远红外光能的组合物1,该点与脚掌粘附于要刺激的结构部分,例如,在跟骨落在地面的点上,或在第五拓骨柱突起的高度,被骰骨,舟状骨和踝骨限定的区域,或在拓骨头之下,或甚至在第二和第三拓骨头之后。
在本发明的第六实施例中,治疗装置由袜子构成;同样在本发明的实施例中,在袜子内要刺激的结构部分使用了发射和/或反射远红外光能的组合物1,如鞋垫的情况一样。该袜子可由一般用于制备袜子的纤维制成,例如,棉花,微纤维,尼龙等,并可具有不同的形状和长度,例如,其可为膝盖高长袜或连裤袜。本发明的鞋垫和袜子可同样传统地使用,除了被遭受特定疼痛形式或姿势失调的人使用外,还可被在体能训练过程中达到位置或改善姿态的运动员使用。
Claims (10)
1. 一种组合物在制备适用于治疗强直体位性系统疾病和/或病症的治疗装置或卫生用品中的用途,所述组合物能够发射和/或反射波长在4-15μm的光能,并包含聚合物基体和质量百分比为1-60%的陶瓷材料,该陶瓷材料由以下至少一种氧化物构成:Al2O3, Fe2O3, TiO2, Cr2O3, SiO2, MgO, ZrO2, MnO2, Co2O3, Y2O3。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述聚合物基体由选自聚氨基甲酸乙酯、聚碳酸脂、甲基丙酸烯和/或有机硅树脂和/或其它热成型塑料材料中的塑料材料构成。
3.治疗装置或卫生用品,选自咬合器、治疗非典型吞咽的装置、眼镜和膏药,其特征在于,所述治疗装置或卫生用品包含聚合物基体和质量百分比为1%-60%的陶瓷材料,所述陶瓷材料由以下至少一种氧化物构成:Al2O3, Fe2O3, TiO2, Cr2O3, SiO2, MgO, ZrO2, MnO2, Co2O3, Y2O3。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的咬合器,其特征在于,所述组合物能够发射和/或反射远红外光能,并在两层支撑材料之间形成层。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的咬合器,其特征在于,所述咬合器还包括屏蔽材料,该屏蔽材料介于两个支撑层的其中之一和组合物层之间,所述组合物层能够发射和/或反射远红外光能。
6. 一种根据权利要求3所述的治疗非典型吞咽的装置,其特征在于,所述装置为球状、纺锤状或椭圆状,并具有平的底部,其中,能够发射和/或反射远红外光能的所述组合物被支撑材料层所包围。
7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包含不透辐射材料,所述不透辐射材料介于发射和/或反射远红外光能的组合物和支撑材料层之间。
8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置为球状或纺锤状,且所述装置具有:从装置的一侧横穿至另一侧的孔,能够发射和/或反射远红外光能的组合物,以及插在所述孔中的棒,该棒具有止动元件,以使所述装置固定至下部齿弓。
9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述孔沿着较大半径设置。
10. 根据权利要求3所述的眼镜,其特征在于,能够发射和/或反射远红外光能的所述组合物被应用或插入在镜桥内,或者应用或插入在一个或两个眼镜鼻梁架或侧腿上。
