Abstract
提供了一种硼酸盐发光材料及其制备方法和应用。所述发光材料以通式(In1-xRex)BO3:zM表示,其中Re选自Tm、Tb、Eu、Sm、Gd、Dy和Ce中的一种或两种,M选自Au、Ag、Pt或Pd金属纳米颗粒中的一种或两种,0<x≤0.5,0<z≤1×10-2。相对于现有技术中的发光材料,所述发光材料具有更高的发光强度和发光效率,其可应用于场发射显示器件或光源中。
