本发明公开了一种口模与口圈的连接结构,包括口模、口圈,在口模与口圈内分别设有供冲头进出移动的第一通孔和第二通孔,口圈设置在口模内,口圈是由卡圈与承托圈一体组成,承托圈设置在卡圈的上方,且承托圈的直径小于卡圈,在口模内设有分别与卡圈、承托圈配合的第一卡槽、第二卡槽,卡圈卡设在第一卡槽内,承托圈卡设在第二卡槽内,第一卡槽、第二卡槽均为圆环形槽,第一卡槽的宽度为0.7~1.0cm,第二卡槽的宽度为0.2~0.3cm。本发明减少了口圈与口模的接触面,从而可以有效减小开模幅度,并改善了瓶子的合缝线,提高了瓶子的加工质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及瓶子粗坯加工配件,特别涉及一种瓶子成型冲压总成中口模与口圈的连接结构。
背景技术
瓶子粗坯的加工一般分为吹吹法和压吹法两种方法,压吹法是将瓶子通过冲压总成压一次,再吹一次即可形成瓶子粗坯;现有的冲压总成是由口模、口圈和冲头三部分组成,但现有的冲压总成由于结构设计不够合理,会导致很多问题,影响到瓶子的加工质量。
比如口圈与口模接触面过大,开模幅度较大,这样会使瓶子的合缝线变粗,降低了瓶子的加工质量。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述现有技术中存在的不足,提供了一种减少了口圈与口模的接触面积,减小了开模幅度,提高了瓶子加工质量的口模与口圈的连接结构。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种口模与口圈的连接结构,包括口模、口圈,在口模与口圈内分别设有供冲头进出移动的第一通孔和第二通孔,口圈设置在口模内,口圈是由卡圈与承托圈一体组成,承托圈设置在卡圈的上方,且承托圈的直径小于卡圈,在口模内设有分别与卡圈、承托圈配合的第一卡槽、第二卡槽,卡圈卡设在第一卡槽内,承托圈卡设在第二卡槽内,第一卡槽、第二卡槽均为圆环形槽,第一卡槽的宽度为0.7~1.0cm,第二卡槽的宽度为0.2~0.3cm。
作为优选,第一卡槽的宽度为0.8cm,第二卡槽的宽度为0.3cm。
采用了上述技术方案的本发明的有益效果是:
本发明减少了口圈与口模的接触面,从而可以有效减小开模幅度,并改善了瓶子的合缝线,提高了瓶子的加工质量。

实施例:一种口模与口圈的连接结构,如图1所示,包括口模1、口圈2,在口模1与口圈2内分别设有供冲头进出移动的第一通孔4和第二通孔5,口圈2设置在口模1内,口圈2是由卡圈6与承托圈7一体组成,承托圈7设置在卡圈6的上方,且承托圈7的直径小于卡圈6,在口模1内设有分别与卡圈6、承托圈7配合的第一卡槽8、第二卡槽9,卡圈6卡设在第一卡槽8内,承托圈7卡设在第二卡槽9内,第一卡槽8、第二卡槽9均为圆环形槽,第一卡槽8的宽度为0.8cm,第二卡槽9的宽度d2为0.3cm。

1.一种口模与口圈的连接结构,其特征是:包括口模、口圈,在口模与口圈内分别设有供冲头进出移动的第一通孔和第二通孔,口圈设置在口模内,口圈是由卡圈与承托圈一体组成,承托圈设置在卡圈的上方,且承托圈的直径小于卡圈,在口模内设有分别与卡圈、承托圈配合的第一卡槽、第二卡槽,卡圈卡设在第一卡槽内,承托圈卡设在第二卡槽内,第一卡槽、第二卡槽均为圆环形槽,第一卡槽的宽度为0.7~1.0cm,第二卡槽的宽度为0.2~0.3cm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种口模与口圈的连接结构,其特征在于:第一卡槽的宽度为0.8cm,第二卡槽的宽度为0.3cm。
