一种多阶真空抽滤板座,属于模具设计技术领域,座体的上端为开口端,下端连体设有抽气孔,其特征在于在座体中心开设呈上、下布置的至少两组滤板座,接近于座体上端的滤板座直径大于远离座体的上端的滤板座直径,在各滤板座外周的座体上分别设有环形密封槽,最下端的滤板座的下端与抽气孔相通。本实用新型可在不同的滤板座上放置相应配合的不同尺寸的滤板,再配合以不同尺寸的内外模具,可分别用于生产不同尺寸的保温筒,改善了传统滤板座功能单一的缺陷,使其功能大大增强。

技术领域
    本实用新型属于模具设计技术领域,特别涉及真空抽滤法模具式制备短切碳纤维保温筒用具。
背景技术
真空抽滤法制备短切碳纤维保温筒模具主要由模具内外模、滤板、滤板座、储水装置和真空泵组成。传统的滤板座只能安装相应的滤板,生产同一尺寸的保温筒,在实际生产中不同尺寸的保温套筒要配备不同的滤板座,需要多套模具,这样大大降低了生产效率,使得滤板座功能单一,同时也增加了模具,提高了生产成本,不利于工业化生产。
目前市面上及专利中均未见能有效解决上述问题的装置,因此亟需对传统的抽滤板座进行改进,以增加滤板座的功能,实现低成本、效率高的工业化使用要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可以分别与不同规格的滤板配套使用的具有多个台阶的真空抽滤板座。
本实用新型包括座体,座体的上端为开口端,下端连体设有抽气孔,其特征在于在座体中心开设呈上、下布置的至少两组滤板座,接近于座体上端的滤板座直径大于远离座体的上端的滤板座直径,在各滤板座外周的座体上分别设有环形密封槽,最下端的滤板座的下端与抽气孔相通。
本实用新型采用在一个座体内设置多个呈台阶梯状构成的滤板座,大大增强了其实用性,可在不同的滤板座上放置相应配合的不同尺寸的滤板,再配合以不同尺寸的内外模具,可分别用于生产不同尺寸的保温筒,改善了传统滤板座功能单一的缺陷,使其功能大大增强。本实用新型设计简单,操作方便,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率,有利于工业化生产。

具体实施方式
图1所示为具有三个台阶面的真空抽滤板座,设有一个包括座体1,座体1的上端为开口端,下端连体设有抽气孔4。
在座体1中心开设呈上、下布置的三组滤板座2,接近于座体1上端的滤板座直径大于远离座体的上端的滤板座直径,在各滤板座2外周的座体上分别设有环形密封槽3,最下端的滤板座2的下端与抽气孔4相通。
滤板座的设计不仅限于上例,具体设计范围见权利要求,而其使用则根据生产的实际需要,灵活选择滤板座。
