Abstract

本发明提供一种显示器装置,具备:框体,其具有后机壳(7);液晶显示面板(3),其被设置于该框体的内部;背光装置(4),其被配置于所述液晶显示面板的背面侧;电路基板,其控制向所述液晶显示面板输出的图像信号;和面板驱动电路基板(22),其电连接所述电路基板和所述液晶显示面板,并对面板的驱动进行控制,所述显示器装置构成为:所述后机壳具有能收纳所述背光装置以及所述电路基板的空间部(7a)、且具有在形成所述空间部的内壁面支承所述背光装置的背光支承部,并且在所述后机壳的所述空间部的开口部配置所述液晶显示面板、且所述液晶显示面板和所述面板驱动电路基板的连接部从所述后机壳的侧壁露出到外部。

Description

显示器装置
技术领域
本发明涉及在电视接收机或监视器装置中被使用的液晶显示装置等平面型显示器装置。
背景技术
液晶显示装置作为平面型显示器装置而为一般家庭所用,当然可将需求扩大到业务用。
一般而言,液晶显示装置如下构成:将作为面光源的背光装置配置于平面型的液晶显示面板的背面侧而构成的显示模块,收纳于由前机壳和后机壳组成的薄型的框体的内部(参照专利文献1)。
但是,这种的液晶显示装置根据面板制造商和成品制造商而如下所述那样完成。
面板制造商制造液晶显示面板,然后向电视制造商等成品制造商供货。
成品制造商将作为面光源的背光装置和液晶显示面板结合起来制作显示模块。另外,将该显示模块与液晶显示面板的驱动电路基板一起收纳于由前机壳和后机壳组成的薄型的框体的内部。
如此一来,完成了液晶显示装置。
此外,成品制造商进行如下动作:在销售液晶显示装置的地区、或者靠近于该地区的地区修筑组装产品的工厂,并组装具备与要销售的地区对应的设计、功能的成品,然后进行销售。
伴随着液晶显示装置的需求向全世界的扩大,要求组装为成品时的组装工时的削减以及组装的简易,并且要求向进行组装的工厂输送显示模块等时的捆包方法的简单化。

发明内容
本发明提供一种显示器装置,具备:框体,其具有后机壳;平面型显示面板,其被设置于该框体的内部;背光装置,其被配置于该平面型显示面板的背面侧;电路基板,其构成驱动电路,该驱动电路用于向平面型显示面板显示图像;和布线部件,其电连接该电路基板和平面型显示面板,所述显示器装置构成为:后机壳具有能收纳背光装置以及电路基板的空间部、且在形成空间部的内壁面具有支承背光装置的背光支承部,并且在后机壳的空间部的开口部配置平面型显示面板、且平面型显示面板和布线部件的连接部从后机壳的侧壁露出到外部。

具体实施方式
以下,针对本发明一实施方式的显示器装置,以液晶显示装置为例,参照附图来进行说明。
图1是表示作为本发明一实施方式的显示器装置的液晶显示装置的主视图,图2是表示卸下机座的状态的该液晶显示装置的立体图,图3是表示该液晶显示装置的整体构成的电路块的框图,图4是卸下后机壳的该液晶显示装置的俯视图,图5是图2中的该液晶显示装置的5-5剖视图,图6是图5中的该液晶显示装置的B部的放大图,图7是该液晶显示装置的分解立体图。
首先,如图1、图2所示,液晶显示装置具有:显示装置主体1、和以竖起该显示装置主体1的状态来进行保持的机座2。显示装置主体1通过将显示模块收纳于由树脂模压产品等组成的框体5内而构成,其中所述显示模块具有作为平面型显示面板的液晶显示面板3和背光装置4(在图5中图示出)。另外,框体5具备:前机壳6,其按照对应于液晶显示面板3的图像显示区域的方式设置开口部6a;和后机壳7,其与该前机壳6组合。其中,附图标记6b是用于将扬声器的声音放出到外部的扬声器格栅。
另外,如图3、图4所示,液晶显示装置整体的概略构成具有:信号处理电路块8,其具备向液晶显示面板3显示图像的驱动电路和对背光装置4的点亮进行控制的点亮控制电路;电源块9,其用于向液晶显示面板3、背光装置4以及信号处理电路块8供给电源电压;调谐器10,其接收电视广播并向信号处理电路块8供给接收信号;和扬声器11,其用于输出响声。信号处理电路块8以及电源块9分别通过在电路基板上搭载构成电路的元件而构成。而且,搭载了信号处理电路块8、电源块9、调谐器10等的电路基板按照被配置在背光装置4的背面与后机壳7之间的空间内的方式进行安装。
另外,如图4所示,信号处理电路块8搭载了外部信号输入端子12,其中该外部信号输入端子12用于向液晶显示装置输入来自DVD播放器等外部设备的影像信号。此外,在图3中,省略示出扬声器。
在此,如图5~图7所示,后机壳7具有空间部7a,其中该空间部7a能收纳显示模块和电路基板,所述显示模块具有液晶显示面板3和背光装置4。进而,在形成空间部7a的内底面,设置有支承背光装置4的背光支承部7b、7c。通过螺钉13将背光装置4的框架4a安装到该背光支承部7b、7c之中的背光支承部7b。
另外,在后机壳7的内底面的周缘部,设置有对液晶显示面板3的外周缘部进行支承的树脂模压产品、即用于对面板支承部件14进行保持的面板支承部7d。另外,由面板支承部件14来支承液晶显示面板3的外周缘部。进而,通过剖面形状为大致L字形状的金属制的框架15将液晶显示面板3的外周缘部按压到面板支承部件14。通过该按压,液晶显示面板3被收纳配置于后机壳7的空间部7a的开口部周缘部。此外,附图标记3a是粘贴于液晶显示面板3的显示面的偏振薄膜。
在此,在后机壳7的空间部7a的开口部被配置的液晶显示面板3经由挠性布线板而与电路基板电连接,其中所述挠性布线板相当于按照沿着背光装置4的外周的方式配置的布线部件,所述电路基板相当于在背光装置4的背面侧所配置的信号处理电路块8。关于该详细构造将在后面叙述。
进而,如图6所示,使后机壳7的外周前端部7e与嵌合片6c嵌合,其中所述嵌合片6c被设于前机壳6的内周壁面。而且,利用螺钉将前机壳6从前机壳6侧向后机壳7安装,从而将搭载了显示模块、驱动电路的电路基板收纳于框体。图8是该液晶显示装置的内壁面侧的后机壳的立体图,利用螺钉将前机壳6安装到凸起部7f,该凸起部7f被设于后机壳7的外周部。
图9是该液晶显示装置的显示模块的分解立体图。如图9所示,背光装置4从背面侧照明液晶显示面板3。该背光装置4具备:多条线状光源16,各自在框架4a内按照与液晶显示面板3平行的方式排列;和按照对框架4a加盖的方式配置的扩散板17。
在扩散板17上层叠了用于使透过了扩散板17之后的光扩散或者集聚的棱镜片等光学片18。
在框架4a的内底面配设成:反射片19大致覆盖到整个面,其中所述反射片19由使从线状光源16发出的光向扩散板17侧反射的金属箔等组成。另外,在线状光源16的延伸方向上分开配置有用于保持线状光源16的一对支承部件20。在此,作为线状光源16而使用了直管状的冷阴极荧光灯(CCFL),且它们彼此相互平行地排列。而且,用支承部件20覆盖线状光源16的两端部。另外,框架4a由铁或铝等金属、或者树脂构成。该框架4a呈向一个方向开口的箱形状,且具有:底壁,其构成与线状光源16的排列面平行的底面;和侧壁,其从该底壁的周缘部立起。进而,在框架4a的内底面配置有多个支承扩散板17的扩散板支承部件21。
扩散板17被配设在线状光源16与液晶显示面板3之间。该扩散板17将从线状光源16侧的入射面入射来的光进行扩散之后从液晶显示面板3侧的射出面射出,该扩散板17是对聚苯乙烯或聚碳酸酯等的透明树脂进行注塑成型而形成的。
具体而言,如图9所示,夹着线状光源16而在与反射片19相反侧配设有扩散板17。该扩散板17具有:入射面,其使来自线状光源16的直射光以及来自反射片19的反射光入射到内部;和射出面,其使在内部扩散后的光射出。
上述的光学片18被层叠配置于射出面上。
图10是该液晶显示装置的主要部分的放大立体图。如图10所示,在本实施方式中,针对用于将液晶显示面板3、和在背光装置4的背面侧所配置的信号处理电路块8的电路基板进行电连接的面板驱动电路基板22,利用挠性布线板24而将液晶显示面板3与面板驱动电路基板22电连接。另外,在与连接部23对应的后机壳7的侧壁设置切口,以便挠性布线板24和面板驱动电路基板22的连接部23从后机壳7的侧壁7g露出到外部。
通过采用这种构成,可以在组装时容易地进行液晶显示面板3和面板驱动电路基板22的连接。
此外,在图10所示的例子中,虽然构成为仅液晶显示面板3和面板驱动电路基板22的连接部23从后机壳7的侧壁7g露出到外部,但是也可构成为信号处理电路块8的电路基板和面板驱动电路基板22的连接部分也从后机壳7的侧壁7g露出到外部。
由此,在本实施方式中,该液晶显示装置具备:框体,其具有后机壳7;液晶显示面板3以及背光装置4,被收纳于该框体的内部;和电路基板,其构成用于向液晶显示面板3显示图像的驱动电路,其中该液晶显示装置构成为:后机壳7具有能收纳背光装置4以及电路基板的空间部7a、且在形成空间部7a的内壁面设置支承背光装置4的背光支承部7b、7c,并且在后机壳7的空间部7a的开口部配置液晶显示面板3、且液晶显示面板3和面板驱动电路基板22的连接部23从后机壳7的侧壁7g露出到外部。
由此,以后机壳7作为基准,在后机壳7内依次纳入背光装置4、液晶显示面板3,从而可以进行成品的组装。因而,较之组装由背光装置4和液晶显示面板3组成的显示模块、且安装搭载了液晶显示面板3和背光装置的驱动电路的电路基板然后收纳于框体内的情况,组装变得容易。
此外,由于构成为液晶显示面板3和面板驱动电路基板22的连接部23从后机壳7的侧壁7g露出到外部,因而还可以在组装时容易地进行液晶显示面板3和挠性布线板22的连接。

1.一种显示器装置,具备:
框体,其具有后机壳;
平面型显示面板,其被设置于该框体的内部;
背光装置,其被配置于该平面型显示面板的背面侧;
信号处理电路基板,其控制向所述平面型显示面板输出的图像信号;和
面板驱动电路基板,其电连接该信号处理电路基板和所述平面型显示面板,并对面板的驱动进行控制,
所述显示器装置构成为:
所述后机壳具有能收纳所述背光装置以及所述电路基板的空间部、且在形成所述空间部的内壁面具有支承所述背光装置的背光支承部,并且在所述后机壳的空间部的开口部配置所述平面型显示面板、且所述平面型显示面板和面板驱动电路基板的连接部从后机壳的侧壁露出到外部。
