显示装置包括用于显示画面的显示单元和支承显示单元的支架。
显示单元包括显示面板和支承显示面板的四个侧边缘的框壳。

如图2至图7所示,显示单元10包括显示面板11、背光部12和光学板13A和13B,其中,显示面板11由液晶面板形成,背光部12设置在显示面板11的后侧上以用于向显示面板11提供光,且光学板13A和13B设置在显示面板11与背光部12之间以改善由背光部12提供的光的光学性质。

通过模塑来制造用于支承大型显示面板11的金属框壳16在空间利用率和成本方面是非常低效的。因此,通过将金属挤压成型而制造条状构件然后将条状构件弯曲成矩形环形状来形成框壳16。
在上述通过金属的挤压成型来制造条状构件的过程中,条状构件具有与框架部16a和支承部16b对应的截面形状。布置在条状构件上的支承部16b在条状构件的纵向方向上延伸。因此,当条状构件弯曲成矩形环形状时形成框架部16a和支承部16b,从而形成框壳16。
术语“条状构件”用于表示具有较小宽度和厚度且在一方向上延伸以具有单方向长度的构件,且条状构件不限于矩形截面或圆形截面,并且可具有各种截面形状。
如上所述,由于框壳16通过将条状构件弯曲成矩形环形状而形成,因此框壳16具有其中条状构件的相对端部彼此面对的部分。参照图8,条状构件弯曲成相对端部在框壳16的下部中心处彼此面对。
在该实施方式中,条状构件的相对端部彼此间隔开且通过将于稍后描述的加强框19彼此间接地联接。然而,本公开不限于此。条状构件的相对端部可通过焊接或粘合剂彼此直接连接。
优选地,框壳16中条状构件的相对端部彼此面对的部分对于在显示装置的前方观看显示装置的用户是不可见的。因此,盖构件18设置在框壳16的下部中心处,以便覆盖条状构件的彼此面对的相对端部。
盖构件18包括盖部18a和联接部18b,其中,盖部18a覆盖其中条状构件的相对端部彼此面对的部分的前侧,且联接部18b从盖部18a的下端延伸至后侧并联接至框壳16。产品徽标等可形成在盖部18a的前表面上,使得盖构件18用作徽标板。
如上所述,其中条状构件的相对端部彼此面对的部分形成在框壳16的下部中心处。由于条状构件的相对端部彼此不连接,因此框壳16的下部具有比其他部分相对低的强度。因此,加强框19联接至框壳16的下部以支承构成框壳16的条状构件的相对端部并加强框壳16的下部的强度。
后壳体17联接至框壳16的后侧以形成显示单元10的背表面。后壳体17包括支架安装部17a和端子容纳部17b,其中,支架安装部17a凹陷地设置在后壳体17的背面上的上部处,从而具有安装在其中的固定支架23(将于稍后描述),且端子容纳部17b与连接布线的端子一同设置在后壳体17的背面上的下部处。在支架安装部17a的前侧上,设置有由金属材料形成且设置在对应于固定支架23的位置处的支承支架17e。
支架安装部17a由支架盖17c覆盖。
端子容纳部17b由端子盖17d覆盖,且具有凹槽形状的第一布线穿过部17d-1设置在端子盖17d的上部处,以供布线穿过端子盖17d。
参照图3、图9和图10,支架20支承在底板上。支架包括腿部21、颈部22、固定支架23和颈盖24F,其中,腿部21朝向相对的前侧倾斜地延伸以形成大致V形状,颈部22具有安装在腿部21的中心处的下端且朝向前上侧倾斜地延伸,固定支架23设置在颈部22的上端处且固定至支架安装部17a,并且颈盖24F、24R将颈部22容纳在内部。
颈部22包括颈盖24F和24R,颈盖24F和24R由金属形成以便具有充分的强度,具有固定至腿部21的中心的下端,且覆盖将于稍后描述的布线收纳槽22a。
颈部22朝向前上侧倾斜地延伸且包括布线收纳槽22a以收纳布线。布线收纳槽22a在颈部22的背表面上竖直地延伸,且布线收纳槽22a的上端在径向方向上向上倾斜地延伸。
颈盖24F和24R包括在前后方向上彼此联接以接纳颈部的前盖24F和后盖24R。由于前盖24F和后盖24R容纳颈部22,因此,电线收纳槽22a和容纳在电线收纳槽22a中的电线被前盖24F和后盖24R覆盖。
前盖24F包括设置在上端的中心处且具有凹槽形状以允许布线穿过的第二布线穿过部24b,且后盖24R包括设置在下端处且具有凹槽形状以允许布线穿过的第三布线穿过部24a。因此,布线的一部分可设置在颈盖24F和24R内部。
因此,连接至端子容纳部17b的布线在第一布线穿过部17d-1与第二布线穿过部24b之间的短部分以及在第三布线穿过部24a的外部处暴露至外部,且布线的大部分收纳在颈部22中并由颈部22覆盖。因此,布线的暴露的部分被最小化,这改善了显示装置的后侧的外观。
在该实施方式中,形成框壳16的条状构件的相对端部在框壳16的下部中心处相遇,但这仅仅为示例。例如,条状构件的相对端部可在框壳的上部中心处相遇。
根据显示装置的设计,条状构件的相对端部不仅可以在框壳的下部中心处彼此相遇,而且还可在任何不同的位置处彼此相遇。即使在条状构件的相对端部的不同位置的情况下,条状的相对端部可由盖构件覆盖。
本公开不限于上文中所描述的实施方式,且对于本领域技术人员清楚的是,在不脱离本公开的精神和范围的情况下,对实施方式的各种改变和修改是可行的。因此,所述改变和修改落入随附的本公开的权利要求的范围内。

Claims (11)

1.显示装置,包括:
显示面板;
框壳,具有矩形环形状以覆盖所述显示面板的前表面的外侧端部;以及
盖构件,联接至所述框壳,
其中,所述框壳包括由金属制成的条状构件,所述条状构件弯曲成所述条状构件的相对端部彼此面对,以及
所述盖构件覆盖所述条状构件的彼此面对的相对端部,并且包括盖部和联接部,所述盖部沿平行于所述显示面板的方向延伸并覆盖所述框壳的与所述条状构件的端部相邻的部分,所述联接部跨过所述框壳的底部从所述盖部延伸并且部分到达所述框壳的后侧,所述盖部在所述框壳的前方覆盖所述条状构件的彼此面对的相对端部并且所述联接部联接至所述框壳的底部。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述条状构件的彼此面对的相对端部位于所述框壳的下部中心处,以及所述盖构件联接至所述框壳的所述下部中心。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述框壳包括:
框架部,围绕所述显示面板的外侧;以及
支承部,从所述框架部向内延伸且支承所述显示面板的背面的外侧部分。
4.如权利要求3所述的显示装置,其中,所述条状构件是挤压成型的且具有与所述框架部和所述支承部对应的截面形状。
5.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述盖部具有形成在所述盖部的前侧上的徽标。
6.如权利要求2所述的显示装置,还包括:
加强框,联接至所述框壳的下部。
7.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,还包括支架,其中,
所述支架包括:腿部,支承在底板上;颈部,从所述腿部向上延伸;以及颈盖,容纳所述颈部,
其中,所述颈部包括布线收纳槽,所述布线收纳槽设置在所述颈部的外侧上以收纳布线,以及
其中,所述颈盖覆盖所述布线收纳槽。
8.如权利要求7所述的显示装置,其中,所述颈盖包括在前后方向上彼此联接的前盖和后盖,且所述颈部接纳在所述前盖和所述后盖之间。
9.如权利要求7所述的显示装置,其中,所述布线收纳槽在所述颈部的背表面上竖直地延伸,且所述布线收纳槽的上端在径向方向上向上倾斜地延伸。
10.如权利要求8所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置还包括后壳体,以形成所述显示装置的背表面,
其中,所述后壳体包括端子容纳部和端子盖,其中,所述端子容纳部凹陷地设置在所述后壳体的背表面上且具有设置在所述端子容纳部中的连接端子,且所述端子盖覆盖所述端子容纳部,以及
其中,所述端子盖包括配置成允许布线穿过的第一布线穿过部。
11.如权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,
所述前盖包括配置成允许布线穿过的第二布线穿过部,以及
其中,所述后盖包括设置在所述后盖的下后侧上且配置成允许布线穿过的第三布线穿过部。
