Abstract

本发明提供一种填充方法,该填充方法是向液体小袋包装体中填充液体并进行密封的填充方法,所述液体小袋包装体由将形成表层的基材(13)、中间层(12)及形成内层的密封剂层(11)依次层合而得到的至少3层以上的多层层合体(15)形成,该填充方法包括如下工序:形成液体小袋主体(16)的工序;填充上述液体的工序;将上述液体小袋主体(16)的开口密封的工序;该填充方法的特征在于,上述中间层(12)使用含有乙烯·不饱和羧酸共聚物的离子交联聚合物的组合物形成,按照特定方法求出的填充温度范围在传送带速度20m/分钟、及传送带速度25m/分钟时,均为30℃以上。

填充方法、液体小袋包装体的制造方法、及液体小袋包装体
技术领域
本发明涉及填充方法、液体小袋包装体的制造方法、及液体小袋包装体。
背景技术
作为包装了液体、粘性体、固体等的小袋包装体的材料,根据需要,广泛利用将多种中间层、及密封剂层层合在基材上而得到的多层层合体。由于该多层层合体的密封剂层具有热封性,因而可通过热封包装了内容物的小袋的开口部来密封内容物。
例如,专利文献1中记载了一种包装体,该包装体使用了将中间层及密封剂层层合在基材上而得到的多层层合体。
另外,在填充液体状的内容物进行热封这样的包装体中,有时残留在热封部的内容物与密封剂层一起被热封,在其压力和热的作用下发生膨胀、发泡,引起密封不良。另一方面,降低热封温度时,有时在热封部产生未熔粘部分,密封强度降低,发生漏液(参见专利文献2)。

发明内容
然而,当使用如上述专利文献所记载那样的多层层合体时,对于填充液体状的内容物的方法,并不是充分最优化的方法,有改善的余地。
本发明人等发现,通过向具备特定的填充温度范围的由多层层合体形成的液体小袋包装体中填充液体状的内容物,可得到更高生产率的填充方法。
即,通过本发明,可提供如下填充方法,
该填充方法向液体小袋包装体中填充液体并进行密封,所述液体小袋包装体由将形成表层的基材、中间层、及形成内层的密封剂层依次层合而得到的至少3层以上的多层层合体形成,
该填充方法包括如下工序:
按照使上述密封剂层的面相对的方式,叠合上述多层层合体,将形成上述液体小袋包装体的周缘部的部分热封而形成液体小袋主体的工序;
从上述液体小袋主体的开口填充液体的工序;
将填充有上述液体的上述液体小袋主体的开口的热封部热封进行密封的工序;
该填充方法的特征在于,
上述中间层使用含有乙烯·不饱和羧酸共聚物的离子交联聚合物的组合物形成,
按照下述方法求出的填充温度范围,在传送带速度(line speed)20m/分钟及传送带速度25m/分钟时,均为30℃以上。
(方法)
使上述基材的厚度为5μm~60μm、上述中间层的厚度为5μm~50μm、上述密封剂层的厚度为5μm~50μm,并且使总厚度为100μm以下,从上述液体小袋主体的开口填充液温30℃的水,在使传送带速度为20m/分钟或25m/分钟、密封辊左压力为270kPa、及右压力为230kPa的条件下,使用DANGAN TYPE-III(大成Lamick株式会社制),在任意的热封温度下将该液体小袋主体的开口的热封部热封。需要说明的是,以5℃为单位改变热封温度;
在该液体小袋主体的开口的热封部,分别测定即将发生发泡之前的热封温度(上限温度)、和无漏出、无破袋地通过施加1分钟100kgf荷重的耐压测试的热封温度(下限温度),算出该上限温度和该下限温度的差作为填充温度范围(℃)。
通过本发明,可提供生产率更高的填充方法。

具体实施方式
以下,对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
(多层层合体)
本实施方式的多层层合体由将形成表层的基材、中间层、及形成内层的密封剂层依次层合而得到的至少3层以上形成。多层层合体优选为膜状、片材状、薄膜状等形状。
基材形成液体小袋包装体的表层。由此可得到液体小袋包装体的阻隔性、耐冲击性、耐针孔性(pinhole resistance)等。
作为基材,可举出例如1层中含有下述膜的膜,即,含有使用了聚酰胺、聚酯、乙烯·乙烯醇共聚物、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯腈、聚丙烯、丙烯·α-烯烃共聚物、聚乙烯、乙烯·α-烯烃共聚物、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯、聚氯乙烯等的膜、铝箔、铝蒸镀膜、二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化镁等的蒸镀膜等。
基材可以是单层,也可以是由两层以上形成的多层结构。另外,当形成为膜时,可以是单轴或双轴拉伸而形成的。例如,可举出通过干式叠层在聚酰胺膜上层合聚酯而得到的膜、聚酰胺和乙烯·乙烯醇共聚物的共挤出膜、及通过干式叠层在聚酰胺膜上层合蒸镀聚酯膜而得到的膜。
基材的厚度优选5μm~60μm,较优选10μm~50μm。本实施方式中,通过使用上述基材层,从而变得可实现液体小袋包装体的减量化、低成本化。
中间层形成在基材、和密封剂层之间。由此,可得到对基材的粘合性、撕裂性,可防止密封剂层厚度薄,可提高热封性。另外,中间层使用含有乙烯·不饱和羧酸共聚物的离子交联聚合物的组合物形成。
作为乙烯·不饱和羧酸共聚物,是不饱和羧酸的含量优选1~25重量%、特别优选3~23重量%、进一步优选4~20重量%的共聚物。不饱和羧酸的含量为下限值以上时,可得到易横撕性(easy lateralcracking properties),为上限值以下时,可抑制吸湿,可得到良好的成型性。另外,不仅是乙烯和不饱和羧酸的二元共聚物,也可以是任意地共聚有其他单体而得到的多元共聚物。
作为不饱和羧酸,可举出例如丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、乙基丙烯酸、马来酸、富马酸、衣康酸、马来酸酐、衣康酸酐、马来酸单甲酯、马来酸单乙酯等。特别优选丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸。
作为上述可任意地共聚的其他单体,可举出例如乙酸乙烯酯、丙酸乙烯酯之类的乙烯基酯、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸异丙酯、丙烯酸异丁酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯、马来酸二甲酯、马来酸二乙酯等不饱和羧酸酯、一氧化碳、二氧化硫等。
上述其他单体可优选在0~30重量%、较优选在0~20重量%的范围内共聚。通过使其他单体的含量在上述上限值以下,可得到强度与撕裂性均衡良好的多层层合体。上述共聚物也可使用经不饱和羧酸或其酸酐改性的共聚物。
作为离子交联聚合物,可使用上述共聚物的羧基的优选10~100摩尔%、特别优选15~80摩尔%被金属离子中和而得到的离子交联聚合物。通过用金属离子中和,变得可得到良好的撕裂性。
作为金属离子,有锂、钠、钾之类的碱金属、镁、钙之类的碱土金属、锌等,特别优选锂、钠、钾、镁或锌。由此,可得到可提高生产率的多层层合体。
从多层层合体的成型性、良好的多层层合体的物性的观点考虑,中间层的190℃、2160g荷重下的熔体流动速率优选0.1~50g/10分钟,较优选0.5~20g/10分钟。
中间层的厚度优选5μm~50μm,较优选10μm~25μm。本实施方式中,通过使用上述中间层,可减小厚度,因而变得可实现液体小袋包装体的减量化、低成本化。
密封剂层形成液体小袋包装体的内层,可通过被热封而密封液体小袋包装体。
作为密封剂层,优选以作为LLDPE为人所知的低密度的乙烯·α-烯烃共聚物为主成分的密封剂层。更具体而言,可举出密度为优选870~940kg/m3、较优选880~930kg/m3的乙烯·α-烯烃共聚物。另外,从改善加工性等的观点考虑,相对于乙烯·α-烯烃共聚物全体,优选含有50重量%以下、较优选含有40重量%以下的聚乙烯。从热封性的观点考虑,聚乙烯的密度优选910kg/m3以下。
本实施方式中,聚乙烯是从通常分类为聚乙烯的范畴的物质中排除上述乙烯·α-烯烃共聚物后得到的物质,称为高压法聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯等。特别优选的聚乙烯是高压法聚乙烯。
上述聚乙烯优选190℃、2160g荷重下的熔体流动速率为0.1~20g/10分钟的聚乙烯,特别优选该数值为0.5~15g/10分钟的聚乙烯。
另外,作为该共聚物中的α-烯烃,可举出例如丙烯、1-丁烯、1-戊烯、1-己烯、1-辛烯、1-癸烯、1-十二碳烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯等。α-烯烃优选碳原子数为4~12的α-烯烃,特别优选碳原子数为5~10的α-烯烃。
本实施方式中的乙烯·α-烯烃共聚物优选Mw/Mn为3.0以下的乙烯·α-烯烃共聚物,特别优选该数值为2.5以下的乙烯·α-烯烃共聚物。
另外,本实施方式中的乙烯·α-烯烃共聚物优选190℃、2160g荷重下的熔体流动速率为0.1~20g/10分钟的乙烯·α-烯烃共聚物,特别优选该数值为0.5~15g/10分钟的乙烯·α-烯烃共聚物。
该共聚物例如可通过使用下述催化剂将乙烯和α-烯烃共聚而得到,所述催化剂为由以钛、镁及卤素为必需成分的高活性钛催化剂成分和有机铝化合物成分形成的催化剂类、或茂金属催化剂成分和铝氧烷的组合之类的单活性中心催化剂类。
密封剂层的厚度优选5μm~50μm,较优选15μm~30μm。从密封性能的可靠性的观点考虑,优选密封剂层与中间层相比,密封剂层的厚度为中间层的厚度的同等以上。
本实施方式的总厚度优选150μm以下,较优选100μm以下。需要说明的是,对于各层的构成比率来说,使基材层、中间层和密封剂层的总厚度为100%时,优选基材层5~70%、中间层5~50%、密封剂层5~50%。
本实施方式的多层层合体的制造方法可使用常规方法。例如,可使用吹胀法或浇铸法将中间层的材料和密封剂层的材料共挤出,并层合在基材上而形成。尤其是,使用浇铸法在一定速度以上的挤出速度下进行成型时,在中间层为熔融状态期间与基材接触,可得到充分的粘合强度,因而优选。具体而言,选择使挤出温度为150~250℃左右、牵拉速度为5m/分钟以上、优选10~600m/分钟左右、牵伸比为3~200、尤其是5~150的条件即可。
本实施方式的多层层合体也可以在中间层及密封剂层的全部、或任意的层中配合任意的添加剂。作为上述添加剂,可举出例如抗氧化剂、光稳定剂、热稳定剂、紫外线吸收剂、防静电剂、粘合剂、润滑剂、防结块剂、颜料、染料等。
本实施方式的液体小袋主体由上述多层层合体形成,按照JISk7128-1:1998测定的撕裂强度优选为2N以下。
(填充方法)
使用图1、2,对本实施方式的填充方法进行说明。
如图1所示,对于层合膜15而言,依次层合基材膜13、中间层12、及密封剂层11。首先,如图2(a)所示,准备层合膜15。
接下来,如图2(b)所示,按照使密封剂层11的面相对的方式,叠合层合膜15,将形成液体小袋包装体17的周缘部的部分热封而形成液体小袋主体16。更详细而言,按照使图2(b)中的1a与3a、1b与3b对齐的方式,折叠层合膜15,使密封剂层11在内侧,将图2(c)中的3a(1a)-3b(1b)间热封(纵密封),然后将2b-3b(1b)间热封(横密封)。由此,形成在图2(c)中的2a-3a(1a)间开口的液体小袋主体16。需要说明的是,纵密封和横密封通常连续进行,但也可分别进行。另外,液体填充方法为连续填充、断续填充均可。
接下来,如图2(c)所示,从液体小袋主体16的开口填充液体。更详细而言,从图2(c)中的2a-3a(1a)间填充液体。
接下来,如图2(d)所示,将填充有液体的液体小袋主体16的开口的热封部热封密封。更详细而言,通过将图2(c)中的2a-3a(1a)间热封密封,可得到液体小袋包装体17。
本实施方式中,对热封条件没有特别限制。例如,可使压力为50kPa~700kPa、传送带速度为5m/分钟~25m/分钟、热封温度为80℃~200℃。另外,对填充时的内容物的温度没有特别限制。从稳定性的观点考虑,优选23℃~90℃。
本实施方式的填充温度范围是指按照下述方法求出的值。
(方法)
首先,使基材膜13的厚度为5μm~60μm、中间层12的厚度为5μm~50μm、密封剂层11的厚度为5μm~50μm,并且使总厚度为100μm以下,从液体小袋主体16的开口填充液温30℃的水。接下来,在使传送带速度为20m/分钟或25m/分钟、密封辊左压力为270kPa、及右压力为230kPa的条件下,使用DANGAN TYPE-III(大成Lamick株式会社制),在任意的热封温度下将液体小袋主体16的开口的热封部热封。需要说明的是,以5℃为单位改变热封温度;
在液体小袋主体16的开口的热封部,分别测定即将发生发泡之前的热封温度(上限温度)、和无漏出、无破袋地通过100kgf荷重、1分钟的耐压测试的最低热封温度(下限温度),算出该上限温度和该下限温度的差作为填充温度范围(℃)。
本实施方式中,将液体小袋主体16的开口部热封时的传送带速度为20m/分钟、及传送带速度为25m/分钟时,填充温度范围均为30℃以上。从生产率的观点考虑,填充温度范围较优选32℃以上、更优选35℃以上。本实施方式中,填充温度范围的下限值能够比以往更宽,这具有技术意义,因而对上限值没有特别限制。
另外,从进一步提高生产率的观点考虑,使传送带速度为20m/分钟时的填充温度范围(ΔT20)与使传送带速度为25m/分钟时的填充温度范围(ΔT25)之差(ΔT20-ΔT25)优选在±10℃以内,较优选在±8℃以内。
现对现有技术进行说明。以往,在填充液体状的内容物并进行热封时,若热封温度过高,则有时残留在热封部的填充物与密封剂层一起被热封,在其压力和热的作用下发生膨胀、发泡,引起密封不良。另外,另一方面,使热封温度降低得过低时,有时在热封部产生未熔粘部分,密封强度降低,发生漏液。因此,热封的温度作为影响填充时的可靠性的因素受到重视,期待更宽的填充温度范围。
因此,本实施方式的填充方法中,由于使用在传送带速度为20m/分钟、及传送带速度为25m/分钟时填充温度范围均为30℃以上这样的多层层合体,因而可稳定地得到良好的热封性,因此,可提高液体小袋包装体的生产率。
需要说明的是,本实施方式中,液体包括液体、含有难溶性、固体形状物质的液体、粘性体等,只要具有可填充至液体小袋包装体中的流动性即可。
需要说明的是,本发明不受上述实施方式的限制,在可实现本发明的目的的范围内的变形、改良等包括在本发明的范围之内。在上述实施方式中,对由层合膜15制造一个液体小袋包装体17的例子进行了说明,但也可由一个多层层合体制造多个液体小袋包装体。

以下,举出实施例及比较例进一步具体地说明本发明,但本发明不受这些实施例的限制。
(层合膜的原材料)
ONy:双轴拉伸尼龙,商品名EMBLEM 15μm(UNITIKA株式会社)
LLDPE:直链状低密度聚乙烯,密度911kg/m3,MFR8.0g/10min,(商品名:MORETEC,PRIME POLYMER公司制)
m-LLDPE:用茂金属催化剂进行聚合而制造出的直链状低密度聚乙烯,密度901kg/m3,MFR10.5g/10min,(商品名:EVOLUE,(株)PRIME POLYMER制)
m-LLDPE膜(A):用茂金属催化剂进行聚合而制造出的直链状低密度聚乙烯膜(30μm),(商品名:TOHCELLO·T.U.X-TCS,TOHCELLO(株)制)

树脂温度:295℃
加工速度:80m/min
另外,对于层合膜,在基材、中间层及密封剂层的所有的层间涂布底涂(AC)剂使得厚度为0.2μm,在25g/m3、1m3/h的条件下进行臭氧处理。
(层合膜的评价项目的测定条件、测定方法)
·热封强度(N/15mm):压力0.2MPa,时间0.5秒,剥离速度300mm/min
·破袋试验:使用得到的层合膜,使用高速液体填充机(DANGAN TYPE-III:大成Lamick株式会社制)制作80×90mm的三边密封袋,向该袋中填充20ml的水,得到液体小袋,使用手动油压式压力机向该液体小袋施加压力,观察发生漏水时刻的压力。对于一个样品,各测定3个破袋时的压力,将平均值作为该层合膜的破袋强度(kgf/cm2)。
·液体填充适性评价:使用得到的层合膜,制作80×90mm大小的三边密封袋,使用高速液体填充机制作在该袋中填充有20ml的水的水填充袋。使纵密封温度、压力、横密封压力、填充速度为一定,对该水填充袋进行100kg荷重、1分钟的耐压试验,由此来评价填充下限温度(℃)。另外,在同一条件下,进行高温的横密封温度区域的评价时,通过目视确认发泡,将不发生发泡的最大的横密封温度作为填充上限温度(℃)。
·撕裂试验(JIS k7128-1:1998):使速度为200mm/min、夹头间为75mm,按照裤形撕裂法(trouser tearing method)来评价撕裂强度(N)。
·环刚度(Loop stiffness):使用东洋精机制环刚度试验机评价硬度(mN)。
(实施例1)
使离子交联聚合物(A)的厚度为10μm,在ONy上涂布AC剂。接下来,实施O3处理,进行挤出叠层加工。随后,在该离子交联聚合物(A)上涂布AC剂,实施O3处理,使m-LLDPE为20μm,进行挤出叠层加工,由此制作层合膜。对得到的层合膜进行评价。将其结果示于表1。
(实施例2)
使离子交联聚合物(B)的厚度为10μm,在ONy上涂布AC剂。接下来,实施O3处理,进行挤出叠层加工。随后,在该离子交联聚合物(B)上涂布AC剂,实施O3处理,使m-LLDPE为20μm,进行挤出叠层加工,由此制作层合膜。对得到的层合膜进行评价。将其结果示于表1。
(实施例3)
使离子交联聚合物(C)的厚度为10μm,在ONy上涂布AC剂。接下来,实施O3处理,进行挤出叠层加工。进而,在该离子交联聚合物(C)上涂布AC剂,实施O3处理,使m-LLDPE为20μm,进行挤出叠层加工,由此制作层合膜。对得到的层合膜进行评价。将其结果示于表1。
(实施例4)
使离子交联聚合物(A)的厚度为20μm,在ONy上涂布AC剂。接下来,实施O3处理,进行挤出叠层加工。随后,在该离子交联聚合物(A)上涂布AC剂,实施O3处理,使m-LLDPE为20μm,进行挤出叠层加工,由此制作层合膜。对得到的层合膜进行评价。将其结果示于表1。
(实施例5)
使离子交联聚合物(A)的厚度为10μm、密封剂的m-LLDPE的厚度为20μm,在ONy上涂布AC剂。接下来,实施O3处理,进行共挤出叠层加工,制作层合膜。对得到的层合膜进行评价。将其结果示于表1。
(实施例6)
使离子交联聚合物(A)的厚度为10μm,在ONy上涂布AC剂。接下来,对两面实施O3处理,对30μm的m-LLDPE膜(A)进行夹心挤出叠层加工(sand extrusion laminate working),由此制作层合膜。对得到的层合膜进行评价。将其结果示于表2。
(实施例7)
使离子交联聚合物(A)的厚度为10μm,在ONy上涂布AC剂。接下来,实施O3处理,进而,对相对面实施O3处理,对30μm的m-LLDPE膜(B)进行夹心挤出叠层加工,由此制作层合膜。对得到的层合膜进行评价。将其结果示于表2。
(比较例1)
使LLDPE的厚度为20μm,在ONy上涂布AC剂。接下来,实施O3处理,进行挤出叠层加工。随后,在该LLDPE上涂布AC剂,实施O3处理,使m-LLDPE为20μm,进行挤出叠层加工,由此制作层合膜。对得到的层合膜进行评价。将其结果示于表3。
(比较例2)
使离子交联聚合物(A)的厚度为25μm,在ONy上涂布AC剂。接下来,实施O3处理,进行挤出叠层加工,制作层合膜。对得到的层合膜进行评价。将其结果示于表3。
(比较例3)
使乙烯共聚物的厚度为20μm,在ONy上涂布AC剂。接下来,实施O3处理,进行挤出叠层加工。进而,在该乙烯共聚物上涂布AC剂。随后,实施O3处理,使m-LLDPE为20μm,进行挤出叠层加工,由此制作层合膜。对得到的层合膜进行评价。将其结果示于表3。

Claims (9)

1.一种填充方法,所述填充方法向液体小袋包装体中填充液体并进行密封,所述液体小袋包装体由将形成表层的基材、中间层、及形成内层的密封剂层依次层合而得到的3层以上的多层层合体形成,
所述填充方法包括如下工序:
按照使所述密封剂层的面相对的方式,叠合所述多层层合体,将形成所述液体小袋包装体的周缘部的部分热封而形成液体小袋主体的工序;
从所述液体小袋主体的开口填充液体的工序;
将填充有所述液体的所述液体小袋主体的开口的热封部热封进行密封的工序;
所述填充方法的特征在于,
所述中间层使用含有乙烯·不饱和羧酸共聚物的离子交联聚合物的组合物形成,
按照下述方法求出的填充温度范围,在传送带速度20m/分钟、及传送带速度25m/分钟时,均为30℃以上,
所述方法为:
使所述基材的厚度为5μm~60μm、所述中间层的厚度为5μm~50μm、所述密封剂层的厚度为5μm~50μm,并且使总厚度为100μm以下,从所述液体小袋主体的开口填充液温30℃的水,在使传送带速度为20m/分钟或25m/分钟、密封辊左压力为270kPa、及右压力为230kPa的条件下,使用大成Lamick株式会社制DANGANTYPE-III,在任意的热封温度下将所述液体小袋主体的开口的热封部热封,需要说明的是,以5℃为单位改变热封温度;
在所述液体小袋主体的开口的热封部,分别测定即将发生发泡之前的热封温度即上限温度、和无漏出、无破袋地通过施加1分钟100kgf荷重的耐压测试的热封温度即下限温度,算出所述上限温度和所述下限温度的差作为填充温度范围,所述填充温度范围的单位为℃。
2.如权利要求1所述的填充方法,其特征在于,
使传送带速度为20m/分钟时的所述填充温度范围即△T20与使传送带速度为25m/分钟时的所述填充温度范围即△T25之差即△T20-△T25为±10℃以内。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的填充方法,其特征在于,
形成所述密封剂层的树脂为密度910kg/m3以下的聚乙烯。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的填充方法,其特征在于,
所述中间层的190℃、2160g荷重下的熔体流动速率为0.1~50g/10分钟。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的填充方法,其特征在于,
形成所述密封剂层的树脂是在190℃、2160g荷重下的熔体流动速率为0.1~20g/10分钟的聚乙烯。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的填充方法,其特征在于,
所述密封剂层与所述中间层相比,所述密封剂层的厚度为所述中间层的厚度的同等以上。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的填充方法,其特征在于,
所述液体小袋包装体的按照JIS k7128-1:1998测定的撕裂强度为2N以下。
8.一种液体小袋包装体的制造方法,其特征在于,使用权利要求1或2所述的填充方法。
9.一种液体小袋包装体,是使用权利要求1或2所述的填充方法制造的。
