Abstract

Description

用于利用塑料无纺材料制造袋或包的方法和装置以及包括塑料无纺材料的袋或包
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的用于制造袋或包(其至少部分地包括塑料无纺材料(Kunststoffvliesmaterial))的方法,和一种根据权利要求12的前序部分的用于制造这样的袋或包的装置。此外,本发明涉及一种根据权利要求17的前序部分的袋或包。
背景技术
包括塑料无纺材料的袋和包已经是已知的。文件DE 10 2007 018579 A1说明了建筑材料袋,其包括塑料无纺物。该塑料无纺物形成袋壁的层。第二层由薄膜形成。在此,无纺物形成袋壁的外层。在该申请中说明了对袋壁的制造方法。用于制造袋或包的方法但是不能从提及的文件中得悉。塑料无纺物是塑料纤维的排列,塑料纤维部分地在热量的作用下被相互压入。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种方法和一种装置,利用其可制造包括塑料无纺物的包和袋。
该目的通过根据权利要求1的方法和根据权利要求12的装置来实现。
相应地,设置以下方法步骤:
-提供一种平幅材料(Flachbahnmaterial),其至少部分地包括塑料无纺材料,
-由平幅材料形成软管,其中,平幅材料的侧面区域在搭接(Ueberlappung)的构造下被彼此相叠放置并且相互连接,使得软管包括两个材料叠层,
-将软管分开(Vereinzeln)成软管件以及
-在软管件的至少一个端部处模制有底部。
平幅材料在此包含塑料无纺材料、是单叠层的并且可以是单层或多层的。在该专利申请中,材料的层与半成品和成品的叠层(Lage)相区别。这些层在此由不同特性的材料构成,其中,在多层的平幅材料中这些层通常平地相互连接。
平幅材料在此有利地作为平幅线圈来使用。这样的线圈为有利的支架状(Lagerform),因为它是紧凑的并且在提取材料时可简单地操作。材料的退卷在退卷装置中实现。
扁平材料现在被输送给管形成装置,在其中由扁平材料形成软管,在软管中侧棱被这样翻转,使得其接下来在搭接区域中搭接。对此,平幅材料借助于适合的运输元件(例如运输辊对)被拉出或推进。合适地放置的导向元件(例如导向板)现在可将幅的部分区域保持在运输平面上,而另外的导向元件翻转侧面区域。在此,第一侧面区域有利地在第二侧面区域之前被翻转,这样使得第二侧面区域的侧棱平放在第一已经完全翻转的侧面区域的棱边上。在彼此相叠放置期间,搭接的区域被相互连接。以该方式产生带有纵缝的软管。
如此产生的软管在另外的生产步骤中被分开成软管件。该过程在对此适合的分开装置中实现。其可以是机械的切割工具,就像无接触的切割装置(激光束切割装置、喷水切割装置)。许多其它的分离装置这里是可考虑的。
每个单独的软管件现在借助于运输装置来运输,以便使在软管件的至少一个端部处模制底部成为可能。因此,提供底部形成装置。如果应在两个端部处形成底部,那么提供有底部形成装置,在其中软管件横向于其延伸方向被运输。而如果仅在一个端部处模制底部,那么其可以相同的方式实现,其中底部形成装置的一部分那么保持不活跃。而在该情况中,也可设置有装置,其沿着其延伸方向运输软管件。但是对于底部成型所必需的工作步骤不依赖于软管件相对于运输方向的取向。
为了在软管形成时在击打(Einschlagen)之后搭接的两个区域的连接,其必须在合适的装置中并且利用合适的方法相互连接。不同的接合方法是可考虑的。在此可考虑的是,现在两个叠层的层的顺序是相同的,使得例如无纺物内层和塑料外层相叠放置。因此,特别有利的是出于该目的设置有挤出装置,利用其,液态的塑料被挤出到以后的连接面上。该方法提供用于连接不同类型的层,如无纺物和塑料材料。
在此,挤出材料可尽可能布置在该部位处,第一侧面区域在其处已经翻转。挤出物现在可被涂覆并且接下来第二侧面区域被平放到第一侧面区域上。有利地,设置有跟随其后的压入装置(Verpresseinrichtung),利用其,挤出物连接被再次压入。此外,一旦需要可设置有用于挤出物的冷却和因此连接的冷却装置。
但是根据层的内部材料,应用其它的接合方法也可以是有利的。例如,无纺物可包括塑料纤维。在该情况中,热空气密封(Heissluftsiegeln)可以是可简单应用的方法,在其中可设置有至少在热空气温度方面可调节的热空气喷嘴。该热空气喷嘴可布置在该部位处,待连接的侧面区域在其后接触。热空气喷嘴引起无纺物的塑料与塑料层的熔融,使得接缝的直接紧接着的压缩引起持久的连接。但是如果无纺物叠层不包括对此适合的材料,那么可考虑在带有塑料层的材料叠层的两侧设置有侧棱,其中,塑料层在第二侧上仅具有搭接区域的宽度。
另外的接合方法是可考虑的。代替挤出物因此可施加粘合剂。也可应用本身已知的超声波焊接方法。此外,电磁的辐射、即光的应用是可考虑的。
在本发明的另一有利的设计方案中设置成冷却存在的纵缝、即侧面区域的搭接。这利用合适的冷却装置实现。因此例如可冷却压紧辊子(其负责缝隙的压入),使得同时实现冷却。压紧辊子对此可由冷却介质流经。
塑料无纺材料对于许多气体是可穿透的。该材料特性在填充后来产生的袋时特别重要,存在的空气必须能够在那里漏出。但是,所描述的塑料覆层阻止空气的漏出。因此,在本发明的特别有利的实施形式中设置成使平幅材料和/或软管穿孔,这可利用合适的穿孔装置(诸如针辊)实现。但是重要的是,穿孔在软管分开成软管件之前实现,因为在分开之后软管件对于穿孔的操纵更复杂。
当软管分开成软管件之后接下来底部形成。对此,软管件通过底部形成装置来运输,其包括不同的加工工位。在第一个这样的工位中首先软管件的一个端部或两个端部被拔出。在此叠层可被拉起并且其上自身被折回180度,其中产生了弯折线,其已经事先可利用合适的压印工具压印。但是两个叠层也可被拉起90度。在此,整个端部事先已经可一次被翻折90度。在两个所提到的类型中,如此产生的接片(Lasche)和三角袋处于软管件的端部中。打开的底部现在可从上面非常好地够到。在备选方案中,两个叠层可相应翻折90度,而端部之前不被翻折。打开的底部的平面现在正交于软管件的平面。该方式在确定的袋规格中提供,在其中,以后的软管体仅具有小的延伸。
在底部打开之后实现底部关闭,在其中,接片的外部的区域又被折回。对此(类似于在已经另外上面所说明的软管形成中)可设置有导向元件。弯折棱边这里也可由适合的压印工具预压印。两个接片以它们的侧棱相搭接并且被相互连接并且/或者利用三角袋的区域相互连接。对此可利用类似的接合方法和接合装置,如其与软管形成相关联已经所说明的那样。
在底部形成期间在所产生的底部中或在其处固定有另外的工件。其尤其是软管件或者阀片。两个元件在完成的袋中表示阀。在底部关闭之后可能施加底部盖板,其一方面加强底部,而另一方面还将三角袋和所击打的接片再次相互连接。
在本发明的有利的实施形式中,幅或工件(阀和/或底部盖板由其产生)与平幅材料相对是多层的并且相应地在外侧设有塑料覆层。仅一个或多个内叠层包括塑料无纺物。该措施导致,底部与剩余的袋相比具有更高的强度,使得袋在袋填充装置中可更简单地抓住、打开和/或填充。
在本发明的特别优选的实施形式中使用了平幅材料,其由至少两个层构建。在此,第一层包括塑料无纺材料,而第二层是塑料覆层。有利地,该塑料层是外层。其例如可层叠或挤出到无纺材料上。为了底部盖板和/或阀材料的制造,如此产生的扁平材料的一部分可再次从第二侧被覆层,使得产生了两侧的覆层。
在本发明的另一有利的设计方案中,软管现在被这样形成,使得塑料层在软管形成后处于外侧。如果材料不是两层的,那么因此无纺物层处于内侧。该方式提供了在底部的模制中的优点。因此,以后的三角袋在其外侧上同样具有塑料覆层,使得在底部接片折回之后,三角袋的塑料层折叠到自身上。这使借助于热空气焊接方法的接合成为可能,在其中塑料层被熔融并且在压入和冷却之后形成固定的连接。
折回的接片的塑料层现在还向外指向。底部盖板现在可被施加、优选地焊接在其上,在其中塑料层面向接片。总地来说,以该方式可构造相当耐用的袋底部,因为组成部分的塑料层基本被相互连接。

具体实施方式
图1显示了用于由含无纺物的材料的软管形成的原理图。该软管形成在软管形成工位1中实现。平幅材料2(其以线圈3的形式来提供)被输送给软管形成工位1。该线圈3可在线圈架4上或利用线圈架4旋转,线圈架4例如支承在软管形成工位的机架中或者在退卷工位的架上。
平幅材料2在所示出的实施形式中(但是本发明不局限于此)包括两个层。第一层包括塑料材料并且(因为该层在软管形成之后向外指向)利用字母A来标识。第二层(其在软管形成之后向内指向)利用字母I来标识。层I在此由无纺材料构成。这在图中通过不规则的和不均匀的线条来标明。
平幅材料2由一个或多个拉出或推进装置在运输方向z上运输。拉出或推进装置(其可包括运输辊对)在图1中未示出。在退卷之后,平幅材料2的侧面首先借助于导向板5被翻转到自身上。也可设置有用于同时形成侧向折叠的导向元件,然而其未示出。
在平幅材料2的第一侧开始翻转之后不久,其第二侧也被翻转。两侧被击打成使得侧边接下来相叠放置。第二侧的翻转又利用导向元件实现,其可如导向板5那样设计。该导向元件为了清楚起见未标出。
在两个侧边接触之前,第一侧边在外侧(其与第二侧边相接触)上进行了处理,其用于两个侧边的连接。在图1中示出了挤出装置6,利用其,塑料熔融物被涂覆在第一侧的边缘上。紧随其后,第二侧面以其内侧被施加到第一侧上。在此,无纺物层被与塑料层相连接,其中,塑料熔融物引起非常牢固的连接。所施加的挤出物7在图1中作为粗线示出。
挤出装置6包括挤出头部8,塑料熔融物经由所显示的输送管线被输送给挤出头部8。挤出头部8可在双箭头B的方向上横向于平幅材料2的运输方向可移动地支承。横杆9用于此,其可固定在软管形成工位1的机架中。
在挤出物的涂覆和第二侧的施加之后,接缝利用压紧装置10附加地被压入。该压紧装置有利地包括压紧辊子11,其可以是压紧辊子对的组成部分。压紧辊子11可关于轴线或轴12相对于机架旋转。压紧辊子也可用于接缝的冷却。辊子对此可这样设计,使得其可由冷却介质流经。在辊子的接触中,其那么可从接缝中导出热量,使得接缝更快地具有足够的耐久性。然而也可考虑另外的冷却方法和装置,例如用于吹风冷却空气的装置。
在接缝压入之后,如此产生的软管13被卷起到卷绕工位15的新的线圈上。
为了保证袋的以后的排气,在其填充期间或之后,必须设置有排气口。对此设置有穿孔装置28,其可包括穿孔辊子29,其可相对于机架旋转并且在它的外周缘上承载针30,其可挤入软管材料中并且由此制造排气孔。也可考虑以其它的类型、例如无接触地工作的穿孔装置。穿孔装置的布置也不局限于所显示的布置。穿孔装置也可布置在实际的软管形成装置之前。也可考虑直接布置在分离装置之前。但是在每个情况中,穿孔必须在软管分开成软管件之前实现。
在图2中现在示出用于由软管13形成的各个袋的加工步骤。该软管(其作为线圈14从软管形成工位1被运输到退卷装置16中)借助于分离装置17(其例如包括可横向于初始的运输方向7移动的切割刀)被分开成各个软管件18。
接下来,软管件18的运输方向被改变,使得其现在横向于其延伸方向(其在方向y上显示)在方向z上进一步被运输。对此,设置有运输装置19,其例如可设计成双皮带输送机。
在用于构造袋底(其在底部拔出工位中实现)的第一加工步骤a中软管件端部首先被拔出。该步骤可借助于吸气装置实现,其在端部处略微彼此分开地拉出两个叠层。利用分叉机(Spreizern)现在可将叠层带到并且刷扫到平面上,其中,底部沿着所谓的底部中心线20被翻折。这样拉开的端部现在形成带有侧向的三角袋22的底部矩形21。在图2中软管件18的下端的相应的元件仅设有附图标记。但是,其按照意义还适用于软管件的另一端。在图中可辨识的是,在三角袋中塑料层向外显示,对此在底部矩形中无纺物层是可见的。
在加工步骤b中阀片23现在可被施加到软管件18的打开的端部上并且在那里被固定。固定有利地借助于热空气焊接而实现,其中,阀片23至少被固定在三角袋22处。
在加工步骤c中,底部右侧21的外接片24现在被折回,使得接片24的外棱边在底部中心线20上被移动离开。折回在此例如利用导向元件(例如利用导向板)实现。三角袋的区域(其在该过程中同样一起被折回)可被相互连接。代替外接片24,内接片25也可被折回。
但是,内接片25的折回优选地在方法步骤d中实现,其中,内接片25现在在覆盖区域中覆盖了外接片24。在该覆盖区域中,两个接片可被相互连接,使得现在已经产生可使用的袋底。因为阀条(Ventilzettel)23也被击打,所以以该方式产生阀软管,其使袋的填充成为可能,但是避免了填充物在填充之后的流出。
在本发明的特别优选的实施形式中,还实现了另一加工步骤e,在其中,底部盖板26相应被涂覆到已经封闭的底部上并且优选地利用热空气焊接方法被固定。底部盖板26在此优选地这样定义尺寸,使得其覆盖了接片24和25的区域以及三角袋22的区域。此外以它的塑料层放置在底部上,使得塑料层彼此相面对。这使非常耐久的连接(其可通过热空气焊接来制造)成为可能。在接片24和25的覆盖的区域中,接片25可设有冲裁部(Ausstanzung),使得底部盖板25也在该覆盖的区域中具有与接片24的直接接触。以类似的方式可制造底部盖板26与阀条23的直接接触。
图3以示意性的图示再次显示了用于由平幅材料制造袋的各个方法步骤。但是在该实施例中,放弃了软管的卷绕、线圈的运输和软管的重新退卷。代替这些装置,设置有偏转装置27,其将完成的软管13从运输方向z偏转到运输方向y上。该偏转装置可沿着双箭头C在方向z上或反向于方向z移动,使得侧棱的位置在偏转之后可在方向z上或反向于方向z改变。
在图3中,附加地还示出了方法步骤f,在其中多个袋例如在其在运输容器中被包装之前被堆叠。

Claims (23)

1.一种用于制造袋或包的方法,其中,袋材料或包材料至少部分地包括塑料无纺材料,其特征在于以下方法步骤:
-提供一种平幅材料,其至少部分地包括塑料无纺材料,
-由所述平幅材料形成软管,其中,所述平幅材料的侧面区域在搭接的构造下被彼此相叠放置并且相互连接,使得所述软管包括两个材料叠层,
-将所述软管分开成软管件以及
-在软管件的至少一个端部处模制底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,
其特征在于,
所述平幅材料作为线圈来提供。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,
其特征在于,
使用带有至少两个层的平幅材料,其中,第一层包括无纺材料,而第二层包括塑料覆层。

-挤出装置,利用其能够将挤出物施加到所述平幅材料的侧面区域上,

-超声波产生装置和
-用于电磁辐射的源。
