Description

用于制造、填充以及封闭袋子的方法和装置以及袋子
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的用于制造、填充以及封闭袋子的方法,以及一种根据权利要求12和17的前序部分所述的装置以及一种根据权利要求18的前序部分所述的袋子。
背景技术
这种开头所述的方法常常被称为“成型、充填和密封”方法(FFS方法)。根据这种方法制成的袋子即FFS袋子的强度主要通过其横向接缝确定,利用这些横向接缝封闭袋子。在这些FFS袋子中如此设计材料性能和材料强度,即可制造充分耐久的横向接缝。横向接缝通常通过焊接产生,其中利用焊接夹片(Schweißbacken)从外侧将热和压紧压力引入袋子材料中。
FFS方法通常如下进行。首先,提供缠绕到卷轴上的袋胎幅面(Schlauhbahn,有时称为软管幅面)。以下将详细阐述该袋胎幅面的制造,因为在此本发明的重要特征起到重要作用。袋胎幅面的在前行进的(vorauslaufend)端部通过横向接合(通常为上述的横向接缝)设有底部接缝。之后将袋胎(Schlauch,有时称为软管)向前推进稍后的袋子的长度。紧接着通过横向分离(大多通过光滑切割刀(Glattschnittmesser))从袋胎上切下袋胎件。袋胎幅面的新产生的在前行进的端部(大多与横向分离的工作步骤一起)再次设有横向接合。然而,与纵向接合和对角接合完全相同地已经在上游进行了横向接合,也就是在这样的袋胎幅面区段处进行了横向接合,即该区段在下一个工作节拍中尚未被分割成袋胎件。
所产生的袋胎件通过保留的开口被填充。在一些FFS机械中,袋胎件已经在其与袋胎幅面分离之前由夹紧元件抓住,并且在分离之后被输送到填充工位。在填充相关的袋胎件之后,袋子的保留的开口通过第二次横向接合设有头部接缝。由此,该袋子被封闭并且可被运走。可设置成,借助于其它夹紧元件将被填充的袋子从填充工位输送到与其分离的封闭工位。在袋子较重时,也可设置支撑袋子的输送带。
为了制造所描述的袋胎,使用袋胎形成设备,例如袋胎机。在此,优选地连续地拉出(vorziehen)平幅面材料并且将边缘向内包(einschlagen),从而其重叠。该重叠区域接合,例如被施加压出胶(Extrudat)并且紧接着压紧。如此产生的袋胎现在具有纵向接缝,并且常常被缠绕在卷轴上,但是也可直接被继续处理。根据需要,在袋胎形成时也可引入(einlegen)侧面折叠部。
所描述的FFS机制造以高速填充且封闭的袋子。主要对于袋子自身存在合理化可能性。因此进来产生了这样的方案,即优化制成袋胎幅面和袋子的材料,例如在材料需求、抗拉强度、断裂强度或空气通过性方面进行优化。但是,最终这些方案导致了在所有可实现的性能方面的技术妥协。
在出版物WO 2009/033196中公开了一种织物,其设有覆层。在此,该织物由单轴拉伸的(verstreckt)塑料幅面组成。已知的是,与塑料薄膜相比在相同强度时利用这种织物可节省材料。由于该织物的强度在焊接过程中会丢失,提出使该织物材料全面设有覆层。在此,该覆层的熔化温度应低于织物的结晶温度,从而在焊接过程中仅仅覆层熔化而织物不熔化。由此保持织物的强度,但是所产生的连接是耐久的。然而,该覆层需要高的材料投入,从而通过使用织物获得的节省应多于消耗的。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,提出一种方法,其在不必忍受减小完成的袋子的强度的情况下显著地节省材料。
根据本发明,该目的通过补充权利要求1的特征部分的特征实现。相应地设置成,由其形成袋胎的平幅面材料在形成袋子之前被附加至少另一材料成分,并且平幅面材料的至少两种成分的联合部(Zusammenführung)如此在袋胎轴线的方向上变化,即,由平幅面材料形成的袋胎材料的性能沿着纵轴线的方向至少在袋胎宽度的部分区域中变化。在该专利申请中,概念“平幅面材料”和“第一材料成分”是同义词。
因此,在形成袋子之前、尤其地在由平幅面形成袋胎幅面之前,为袋胎材料附加一种或多种材料成分。由此,在本发明中,带有第一材料成分的初始材料和至少一种附加的成分是不同的。然而,该第一材料成分可已经是多层的。例如,可设想由拉长的塑料窄带(Kunststoffbändchen)制成的织物,其已经设有了全面的塑料覆层,以例如保护稍后的输送物不受湿气影响。
由此,现在本发明的主要想法是,不是全面地施加所述至少另一材料成分。根据本发明,如果假设测量袋胎幅面的纵轴线,袋胎材料的特性在附加了该另一材料成分之后至少在袋胎宽度的部分区域中变化。
在此,最简单的情况是,在纵向上观察,在几个区段中其它材料成分在袋胎幅面的整个宽度上延伸,并且在其它区段中在横向于纵向的方向上没有延伸,即未附加其它材料成分。当该其它材料成分存在于袋胎幅面的这样的区域中,即,在该区域中进行横向接合时,当所述其它成分设置成用于改进横向接合、例如使其耐久时,这是尤其有利的。
以这种方式,可改进底部和头部接缝,而不需要应用多种其它材料成分。即,基本上在对于接缝来说必要的区域中应用所述其它材料成分。
另一示例是,例如在稍后的横向接合的区域中附加所述其它材料成分,并且在中间区域中如此施加所述其它材料成分,即,产生窄的纵向条带。该纵向条带稍后同样被接合、例如焊接,以在侧向折叠的袋子中稳定纵向接缝。
也可设想多种其它在此未提及的配置方案,其全部属于本发明的想法。
在本发明的第一有利的改进方案中,通过将由压出胶、尤其地由液化的聚合体、或者由液体粘合剂组成的层施加到第一材料成分上,联合袋胎材料的至少两个成分。该过程尤其简单,因为已经良好地掌握了液体的操作。可尤其地喷上液体,从而不需要或者几乎不需要可动的构件。
在此有利的是,被附加到第一材料成分上的由压出胶或液体粘合剂组成的层的厚度至少在袋胎宽度的部分区域中在袋胎轴线的方向上变化。在需要加强稍后的连接部的部位处可更厚地涂敷该层,从而改进了保持性。相反地,在其它区域中可节省材料。
在本发明的一个尤其有利的设计方案中设置成,为平幅面材料附加另一以封条(Zetteln)形式的材料层。该封条可例如在这样的部位处被施加到平幅面材料上,即,在该处稍后应施加袋子的横向接合部。通过本发明的这种改进方案,尤其地节省了很多材料,因为封条必须仅仅具有等于或者稍微大于稍后的使用区域的宽度。在袋胎幅面或袋胎件或袋子纵轴线的方向上观察,该封条可非常短。因此,通常封条的长度明显小于其宽度。该封条可与压出胶或粘合剂一起被施加到平幅面材料上。之后,该压出胶或粘合剂可形成第二材料成分。那么,因此可将该封条称为第三材料成分。然而,封条也可直接被施加到第一材料成分上,并且被固定、例如焊接或密封在该处。在这种情况中,可将封条称为第二材料成分。
在本发明的另一有利的实施形式中设置成,将以至少部分地中断的幅面的形式的另一材料层附加到平幅面材料上。联合两个幅面在技术上是尤其简单的,从而机构简单的且由此成本适宜的装置足够用于执行该方法。
也有利的是,另一材料成分与第一材料成分不是在第二材料成分的整个长度上和/或宽度上相连接。该实施形式的想法是,可为足够的是,将其它材料成分、例如封条仅仅局部地、例如点状地或者沿着线与第一材料成分相连接。例如,由此可节省压出胶或粘合剂(当粘接两种材料成分时)或者节省热且由此节省能量(当焊接两种材料成分时)。在此,一个适宜的实施方案是,第二材料成分在其宽度上完全与第一材料成分相连接(其中,“宽度”指的是横向于袋胎幅面的纵轴线的方向),但是在袋胎幅面的纵轴线的方向上仅仅局部地与第一材料成分相连接。
在本发明的另一设计方案中设置成,作为形成袋胎件的基础的两次横向分离中的至少一次沿着这样的线进行,即,在该线的区域中第二材料成分不在其整个宽度和/或长度上与袋胎材料相连接。这意味着,特别是当其为封条时,该第二材料成分不是直接沿着横向分离部与第一材料成分相连接。与此无关地有利的是,单个封条超过下一个横向分离部。由此,封条被施加到这样的区域上,即,其稍后一部分属于一个袋胎件,但是,其另一部分属于随后的袋胎件。该封条可以相同的份额被施加到两个稍后的袋胎件上。那么,在纵向上观察,封条可在其初始区域中且在其结束区域中与平幅面材料相连接。
此外设置成,用于形成和封闭袋胎件所必须的袋胎的两次横向接合中的至少一次在这样的区域中进行,即,在其中第二材料成分不在整个宽度和/或长度上与袋胎材料相连接。即,优选地在这样的区域中进行横向分离,即,在其中第二材料成分不附着在袋胎材料中,从而将尽可能少的热传递引入袋胎材料中。由此,在接合过程中尽可能小地在材料性能方面影响实际的袋胎材料。当袋胎材料是被拉长的或拉伸的材料、尤其地由被拉长的塑料纤维制成的织物时,这是尤其有利的。
此外有利的是,在用于形成和封闭袋胎件所必须的袋胎的两次横向接合中的至少一次时,不在一个接合过程中将袋胎材料的所有层连接成接合缝。以这种方式应防止,例如通过接合过程损坏袋子的承载的材料。在焊接时这可通过以下方式实现,即,第二成分的焊接温度低于第一成分的焊接温度。在合适地选择的焊接温度下使第二成分的层相互焊接。然而,不使第一成分与第二成分相互连接,也不使第一成分的单个层相互连接。此外备选方案是利用辐射吸收的接合方法。例如,可应用激光,其不被第一成分吸收但是被第二成分吸收并且在此导致材料加热,这可用于焊接(附加地引入压力)。第一和第二成分的材料和/或激光的波长必须相应地进行选择。另一用于连接第二成分的层的可能性是使用超声波。
在本发明的另一设计方案中设置成,在用于形成和封闭袋子所必须的两次横向接合中的至少一次时,在至少两个接合过程中封闭袋胎材料的至少两个不同的层。例如,可利用第二接合过程使第一和第二材料成分彼此附着,从而第一材料成分不留有材料可在此散逸的敞开的端部。这不仅外观难看,而且可快速地导致灰尘聚集或甚至损坏。
在另一有利的实施形式中设置成,通过这样的接合工具进行至少两个不同的层中的内部的层的接合,即,接合工具达到在袋胎件轴线的方向上在外部的层的延伸之内的工作位置。换句话说,该接合工具“侵入”在第一和第二成分之间的区域中,以接合第二材料成分的两个层、尤其地使其相互焊接。
本发明的一个重要对象是用于制造袋胎幅面的袋胎机,其可在用于制造、填充和封闭的袋子的装置中将该袋胎幅面处理成袋子。这种袋胎机的最少组成部分为,至少一个用于至少一个包括第一材料成分的平幅面的开卷装置和用于从所述至少一个平幅面中形成具有纵轴线的袋胎幅面的袋胎形成装置。通常,使用刚好一个平幅面,如开头已经描述的那样,其边缘被包上。
根据本发明,袋胎机包括至少一个用于施加至少一个第二材料成分的施覆装置,通过该施覆装置如此使袋胎材料的至少两个成分的联合部在袋胎幅面的纵轴线方向上变化,即,袋胎材料的性能在袋胎的纵轴线的方向上至少部分地在袋胎的部分区域中变化。
在此有利的是,施覆装置包括开卷装置,可由该开卷装置将被缠绕的幅面形的第二材料成分缠绕在卷轴上。
在根据本发明的袋胎机的一个尤其优选的实施形式中设置成,施覆装置包括分离装置,可利用该分离装置将幅面形的第二材料成分分离成单个的幅面区段。因此,以这种方式可产生单个的封条,其可以一定的距离被施加到平幅面材料上。优选地,封条横向于其输送方向具有这样的宽度,该宽度大于其长度,即,在两个分离区段之间的距离。在此,该分离装置可包括轧辊对,其中,一个轧辊包括用于被分离的幅面区段的保持装置(输送辊),并且第二轧辊包括分离工具、例如刀。为了以间隔开的方式将封条施加到平幅面材料上,该分离装置优选地以节拍的方式工作,而平幅面材料的输送连续地进行。
在本发明的一个优选的改进方案中,设置粘合剂、覆层或压出胶涂敷装置,利用该装置可将粘合剂、覆层或压出胶涂敷到第一和/或第二材料成分上。尤其地结合封条的以节拍的方式的进给,有利地可应用用于涂敷压出胶的压出装置。该压出装置可在停止阶段中将压出胶涂敷到封条上,在其中可使用单个的可横向于封条的输送方向运动的涂敷喷嘴。由此,可实现适宜的装置。在继续输送封条时,输送辊将带有还足够热的压出胶的封条施加到平幅面材料上并且如有可能将其压紧。代替可横向运动的单个喷嘴,也可设置以横向伸延的方式布置多个喷嘴。粘合剂也可以相同的方式被涂敷。然而,也可使用粘合剂涂敷辊或印模用于粘合剂。压出胶或粘合剂也可被涂敷到平幅面材料上。
尤其适宜的是,袋胎幅面在其完成之后通过缠绕装置被缠绕,从而可彼此无关地、尤其地以不同的速度进行袋胎幅面的生产和稍后的填充的袋子的制造。
本发明的对象此外是一种用于制造、填充和封闭袋子的系统,其中,该系统包括以上描述的根据本发明的袋胎机。
最终,袋子也属于本发明的对象,其中,该袋子包括第一材料成分、纵轴线和至少一个封闭接缝。该至少一个封闭接缝基本上横向于纵轴线伸延并且在至少其端部处封闭袋子。根据本发明的袋子由此而出众,即,在袋子内部中设置至少一个第二材料成分,其中,该至少一个第二材料成分如此在袋子的纵轴线的方向上变化,即,袋胎材料的性能在纵轴线的方向上至少在袋子宽度的部分区域中变化并且封闭接缝在第二材料成分上伸延。
在此尤其有利的是,第二成分包括至少一个材料件、特别是封条,封闭接缝在其上伸延。由此,带来了功能分离。虽然在优化了第一成分的同时以尽可能小的材料投入提供了足够的承载能力,第二成分也可设有封闭接缝。即,第一材料成分不再需要在小的材料投入和可利用封闭接缝的封闭性之间进行折中。
该材料件可以不同的方式固定在第一材料成分处。优选地,借助于粘合剂或压出胶进行连接。但是也可设想将两种材料成分焊接。
在根据本发明的袋子的一个有利的改进方案中设置成,至少一个材料件的仅仅部分区域被固定在第一材料成分处,从而减小了材料投入。
尤其有利的是,在袋子的纵向上观察,材料件在第一成分处的固定和封闭接缝布置在不同的部位处。相应地,利用该措施可将封闭接缝布置在这样的部位处,即,在该处材料件不具有与第一材料成分的直接接触,从而尤其地焊接不对第一材料成分产生影响或者仅仅产生很小的影响。在此优选的是,封闭接缝比材料件在该处固定在第一材料成分处的部位更近地布置在袋子头部处或袋子底部处。虽然焊接接缝表示带有可向外承受拉力的高强度封闭接缝,仅仅通常对连接提出更低要求的剪切力作用到接合部位处。因此在该部位处粘合剂或压出胶连接是足够的。

图1显示了FFS机,例如其有利地为这样的系统的组成部分,即可利用该系统执行根据本发明的方法。该装置1包括承载臂2,带有袋胎幅面4的卷轴3位于该承载臂2上。袋胎幅面4具有在图1中未示出的侧面折叠部56。也可部分地被驱动的输送辊5用于通常连续地开卷袋胎幅面4。通过活塞缸单元10而加载有负载的杠杆9(其载有转向辊6并且常常整体被称为摆动设备(Tänzereinrichtung))和输送辊7,8以及进给辊对15整体以已知的方式用于以节拍的方式(taktweise)间歇性地使袋胎幅面4在其继续的输送路径上继续运动。输送辊8a是校准装置(Registervorrichtung)29的组成部分,可通过该校准装置29使袋胎幅面4的输送路径的长度与稍后的袋子的规格相匹配。附加地该校准装置可设定成,用于使其它或者第二材料组分以精确匹配的方式到达以下继续描述的横向焊接和横向切割工位的作用区域中。为此,输送辊8a布置成可相对于装置1移动。为了移动,提供手动的或者电动地运行的且已知的螺杆传动装置。可设置校准装置的控制或调节。
在输送袋胎幅面4通过装置1的过程中,袋胎幅面4经过工位28。可行的是,在该工位28中设置有用于施加焊接(例如横向焊接、对角焊接或角部焊接和/或轮廓焊接)的器件。在图1中的图示未表明,工位28可在袋胎幅面4的两个边缘处进行角部焊接还是分别仅仅在一侧处进行焊接。在第一种情况中有利的是,如此设定工位28,即其可选地在一侧或者在两侧上产生角部焊接。以这种方式,可在这种装置1上可选地制造仅仅在其一侧上具有角部焊接的袋子或者带有四个角部焊接部的正常FFS袋子。
在此,在该工位中的焊接过程有利地在间歇性的运输的停止阶段期间进行。通过其它的输送辊8将设有焊接部的袋胎幅面4输送到冷却工位12,在冷却工位12中冷却焊缝。
利用进给滚轮对15推动袋胎幅面4穿过横向焊接工位13的焊接夹片33并且穿过横向切割工位16。横向焊接工位13和横向切割工位16的工具可以未详细描述的方式例如通过平行四边形组件14在垂直于袋胎幅面4的进给的平面中向着袋胎幅面4运动且远离袋胎幅面4运动。在夹紧器17抓住袋胎幅面4之后,在夹紧器17之上在横向切割工位16中从袋胎幅面4上切下袋胎件18。同时,在横向焊接工位13中在袋胎幅面4处的切割棱边之上引入横向焊接部11,其表示将在装置1的下一个工作节拍中待形成的袋胎件18的底部或头部侧。相应地,在横向焊接工位13中产生头部接缝。然而通常头部或底部接缝的制造不仅可(即使优选地)通过横向焊接进行,而且也可设想其它的接合方法,例如粘接。原则上也可设想利用线缝合。
夹紧器17将袋胎件18输送到转交点处,在该转交点处另一夹紧器19抓住袋胎件18并将其输送到填充工位20处。在该填充工位处,袋胎件18被转交给静态的夹紧器21并且被抽吸器22打开,从而通过填充接头23被引导的填充物可到达袋胎件18中。在此,袋胎件18以其下端部位于输送带24上,从而袋胎件18在填充过程期间不会过度地沿着其纵向棱边被加载。其它夹紧器25将已填充的袋胎件输送到头部或底部接缝焊接工位26,在该头部或底部接缝焊接工位26中利用头部或底部焊缝使袋胎件18封闭并且由此形成完成的袋子27。在此,在第二材料成分的区域中例如在封条(如果这种封条为第二或其它材料成分)的区域中进行所谓的封闭缝合。也可通过其它接合方法在袋胎件18的头部区域中封闭袋胎件18。完成的袋子27由输送带24从装置1中引导出来。
在图1中还显示了振动器30,其装填工位之下安置在输送池之下,并且其可在该装填工位中使袋子27摆动,以使得被装填的材料更紧密(Verdichten)。
用于执行根据本发明的方法的重要装置是用于形成袋胎40的装置,其在图2中示出。在开卷设备41中,通过未示出的拉出装置从卷轴42中拉出平幅面材料43。在紧接着的施覆工位44中,使平幅面材料43设有封条或条带、幅面形的材料或粘合剂或压出胶敷层。在图2的示例中,这种施覆部为封条45。可看出,在方向z上观察在几个部位处进行了涂敷,然而其它部位保持自由,从而平幅面材料的性能在袋胎轴线的方向上变化。如还可根据图3的示例看出的那样,封条45不在平幅面材料的整个宽度上延伸,而是仅仅在部分区域上延伸。
在该实施例中,每两个封条45邻近地施加到平幅面材料43上。两个封条45仅仅通过窄的、自由的区域相互分离,在该区域中,稍后进行横向分离,通过该横向分离将尚待形成的袋胎幅面分成单个的袋胎件。然而也可施加更宽的封条,其稍后在形成袋胎件时被分割成两部分、优选地两个半部,从而如此分离的封条的一部分可关联在袋胎件中,并且封条的第二部分还保留在袋胎幅面中。在图2中通过标记46指出了稍后的横向分离截面。在两个标记46之间的距离通常相应于稍晚的袋胎件18的长度。
施覆工位44包括涂敷辊47以及分离装置,利用该分离装置将被卷轴49缠绕的幅面48分割成单个封条45。作为这种分离装置的示例,可设置分离辊39,其可载有未示出的分离刀。对于分离辊39的分离刀,涂敷辊47用作背压元件。
此外,可设置压出胶涂敷装置38,利用该压出胶涂敷装置38将为了连接而需要的压出胶涂敷到平幅面材料43和/或封条45上。该涂敷通过一个或多个在横向于输送方向的方向上布置的涂敷喷嘴37实现。如果设置一个或者不覆盖整个宽度的数量的涂敷喷嘴,该涂敷喷嘴可在横向方向上运动。代替压出胶涂敷装置,也可设置粘合剂涂敷装置。其同样可包括涂敷喷嘴,但是也可包括作为粘合剂涂敷工具的粘合剂涂敷辊或粘合剂涂敷印模。利用所描述的装置中的任一个实现以期望的规格涂敷粘合剂或压出胶。优选地,该规格的面积小于封条45的面积。
在其它实施例中,施覆工位44完全不同地设计。如果该工位44应设计成将粘合剂涂敷到平幅面材料43上,则例如可设置粘合剂涂敷喷嘴,其通过相应地被操控的阀将粘合剂例如涂敷到平幅面材料43上。
袋胎形成工位50接在施覆工位44之后,在该袋胎形成工位50中以已知的方式由平幅面材料43形成袋胎幅面4。现在,可缠绕该袋胎幅面4并且将其以卷轴3的形式输送到用于制造和填充袋子的装置1处。利用缠绕装置36缠绕袋胎幅面是尤其优选的。但是也可设想,将袋胎幅面4以在线的方式、也就是说在没有缠绕的中间步骤的情况下输送到所述装置1。这两种以及其它设计可能性都包含在本发明中。
现在,图3显示了根据图2的截面III-III的平幅面材料43的俯视图。在该图中,显示了用于不同类型的封条45的多个示例。在右侧可看出两个独立的封条45,其通过包括已经解释的标记46的窄的区域被分离。如已经指出的那样,封条45不在平幅面材料43的整个宽度B上延伸,而是可留出窄的边缘区域51。该窄的边缘区域51在形成袋胎时(见图4)与另一包上的边缘重叠。现在,这些重叠的区域例如可通过涂敷粘合剂或压出胶相互连接,从而产生袋胎幅面4。
在图3中,在平幅面材料43的所示出的区域的中心示出了唯一的封条45,标记46伸延到该封条45的区域中。如已经描述的那样,该封条45在形成袋胎件时被分离成两个独立的部分封条。
从图4中也可看出,在形成袋胎时也可从封条45中产生环,其在袋胎幅面的内表面上环绕或者几乎在其上环绕。就此而言也可设想,不留出边缘区域51,从而在形成袋胎时,封条45自身重叠。
图5显示了按照根据本发明的方法的另一实施例。在这种情况中,将幅面52施加到平幅面材料43上,其中,幅面52包括例如通过冲裁产生的空白区域53。该通过冲裁保留的材料可例如用于再次利用,从而最终节省了材料。为了进行冲裁所需的冲模例如可被集成到在图3中显示的施覆工位44中。在该实施例中,例如可使布置在平幅面材料的边缘区域中的幅面52的两个在纵向上伸延的区域接触并且相互连接。在此,产生向外伸出的条带,但是其稍后被包回到袋胎幅面上或者袋子体上,从而其不会产生干扰。
现在,图6显示了完成的袋子27的实施例。在该袋子27中,可看出纵向接缝55,其在形成袋胎时得到。平幅面材料在袋胎形成时通过其与自身重叠的边缘区域51通过实线且通过虚线示出,其中,后者为在袋子27中不可见的线。
袋子27的所显示的实施例还包括侧折面叠部56,其以已知的方式但是未示出的方式在袋胎形成期间被引入。
在袋子27的上端部和下端部处分别在内表面上固定有封条45,利用该封条45封闭袋子27。在以阴影示出的区域57中,封条45在袋胎形成之前与袋子材料相连接,例如粘接。在其中示出了袋子27的侧视图的图7中可明显看出连接接缝59。该连接的区域59在x方向上在袋子27和封条45的整个宽度上延伸。相反地,在纵向(方向y)上,连接的区域不在封条45的整个长度或高度上延伸。由此,留出其中封条45不与平幅面材料相连接的区域58。该区域在图6中以不同的阴影示出。未连接的区域58用于,在填充之后封闭袋子27,其中,封条在该区域58中与自己相连接。这可通过焊接或密封实现,但是作用超声波或辐射、例如激光辐射以进行连接也是有利的。有利地,在该部位处可应用多种其它接合方法。
现在,图8显示了这样的情况,在该情况中,封闭已经利用填充物62填充的袋子27。在此,可再次看出连接接缝59和未连接的区域58。在此示出了接合区域60,优选地为头部或底部接缝焊接工位26的一部分的接合工具61作用到该接合区域60上,以用于使封条45沿着接合缝64、即头部或底部接缝相互连接并且由此封闭袋子27。在该实施例中设置成,接合工具外侧地与袋子27接触。但是也可设想,将接合工具引入平幅面材料43和封条45之间。此外可设想,首先使封条45相互连接并且紧接着还使平幅面材料43与封条45相连接,其中,后者的连接必须实施成不会强制地被加载。
此外,利用图8说明了在按照根据本发明的方法制造之后的已填充的袋子中存在的力情况。在工业填充物中常常具有大于25kg的重量的填充物62向外压袋子27的侧壁,从而在其中壁具有水平的方向的袋子的上部区域经受在平幅面材料的纵向上的力,这通过力箭头63指出。通过接合缝64相互连接的封条45通过连接接缝59提供反力65,从而以可靠的方式封闭袋子27。
现在,图9a至9d再次显示了带有不同材料成分的袋子壁的局部。在所有部分图中共同的是第一成分70,其在所显示的实施例中由两个层组成。主层71可为由拉长的塑料材料带制成的织物,其可设有同样由塑料制成的覆层72。该覆层72在完成的袋子中向外指向。其它成分、确切地说覆层向内指向。
现在,图9a和9c显示了带有第二成分73的第一成分70的局部覆层,其中,该覆层可为已经多次提及的压出胶、热熔胶或液体胶。
在图9a中示出了第三成分74,其可为薄膜件或封条。在图9b中,同样示出了该封条,但是在该实施例中其已经被焊接或被密封。因此,形成第二成分,为了与由压出胶产生的第二成分73区别,该第二成分设有参考标号75。
现在,图9d显示了至今未提及的实施例。在此,第二成分由全面地或至少大面积的(大于涂覆的面积的80%)的覆层76组成,其可借助于涂敷辊轻易地涂敷到该第一成分上并且可被视为其组成部分。由于小于20微米、优选地小于10微米的层厚度,该覆层可被视为很薄。现在,可例如通过密封或焊接将以封条形式的第二成分施加到该覆层76上。
在该专利申请中示出了多种特征,然而其仅仅结合一定的实施例进行了解释。尽管如此应明确强调的是,所有例举的特征可相互组合,以获得可实现本发明的基本想法的新的有利的实施例。

Claims (25)

1.一种用于制造、填充和封闭袋子(27)的方法,
- 在该方法中,由包括第一材料成分(43)的平幅面材料形成袋胎材料(4),
- 在该方法中,通过横向分离具有纵轴线的袋胎材料(4)形成袋胎件(18),
- 在该方法中,通过第一次横向接合使所述袋胎件(18)设有底部接缝,从而产生袋子(27),
- 在该方法中,通过袋子的保留的开口填充所述袋子,
- 并且在该方法中,所述袋子(27)的保留的开口通过第二次横向接合设有头部接缝(64),
其特征在于,
- 所述平幅面材料在形成所述袋子之前被附加至少另一材料成分(45,48),并且
- 所述平幅面材料的至少两种成分(43;45,48)的联合部沿着袋胎轴线的方向如此变化,即由所述平幅面材料形成的袋胎材料的性能沿着所述袋胎轴线的方向至少在袋胎宽度(B)的部分区域中变化,其中所述头部接缝(64)是焊缝,其中可将所述头部接缝布置在这样的部位处,即在该部位处所述至少另一材料成分不具有与所述第一材料成分的直接接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过将由压出胶或液体粘合剂制成的形成所述至少另一材料成分的层施加到所述第一材料成分上,联合所述袋胎材料的至少两个成分。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,施加到所述第一材料成分上的由压出胶或液体粘合剂制成的层的厚度至少在所述袋胎宽度的部分区域中在所述袋胎轴线的方向上变化。
4.根据上述权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,为所述袋胎材料附加以封条形式的至少另一材料成分。
5.根据上述权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,为所述平幅面材料附加以至少部分地中断的幅面的形式的至少另一材料成分。
6.根据上述权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少另一材料成分不在所述至少另一材料成分的整个长度和/或宽度上与所述平幅面材料相连接。
7.根据上述权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,作为形成袋胎件的基础的袋胎的两次横向分离中的至少一次沿着这样的线进行,即所述至少另一材料成分位于所述线的区域中。
8.根据上述权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,作为形成袋胎件的基础的袋胎的两次横向分离中的至少一次沿着这样的线进行,即在所述线的区域中所述至少另一材料成分不在其整个宽度和/或长度上与所述袋胎材料相连接。
9.根据上述权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在用于形成和封闭袋子所必须的两次横向接合中的至少一次时,不在一个接合过程中将所述袋胎材料的所有层连接成接合缝。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,在用于形成和封闭袋子所必须的两次横向接合中的至少一次时,在至少两个接合过程中封闭所述袋胎材料的至少两个不同的层。
11.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,通过这样的接合工具进行所述至少两个不同的层中的内部的层的接合,即所述接合工具在所述袋胎件轴线的方向上在外部的层的伸展范围之内到达其工作位置。
12.一种用于制造袋胎幅面的袋胎机(40),该袋胎幅面可在用于制造、填充和封闭的袋子(27)的装置中加工成袋子,所述袋胎机(40)至少包括:
- 用于至少一个由第一材料成分制成的平幅面(43)的开卷装置(41),
- 用于从所述平幅面(43)中形成具有纵轴线的袋胎幅面(4)的袋胎形成装置(50),
其特征在于,
设置至少一个用于施加可焊接的至少另一材料成分的施覆装置(44),利用所述施覆装置使所述袋胎材料(43)的至少两个成分的联合部在所述袋胎幅面(4)的纵轴线方向上如此变化,即所述袋胎材料(43)的性能在所述袋胎(4)的纵轴线的方向上至少在所述袋胎(4)的部分区域中变化。
13.根据权利要求12所述的袋胎机,其特征在于,所述施覆装置包括开卷装置,可由所述开卷装置将缠绕在卷轴上的幅面形的至少另一材料成分开卷。
14.根据权利要求12或13所述的袋胎机,其特征在于,所述施覆装置包括分离装置,可利用所述分离装置将所述幅面形的至少另一材料成分分离成单个的幅面区段。
15.根据权利要求12或13所述的袋胎机,其特征在于,设置粘合剂、覆层或压出胶涂敷装置,利用该涂敷装置可将粘合剂、覆层或压出胶涂敷到所述第一和/或至少另一材料成分上。
16.根据权利要求12或13所述的袋胎机,其特征在于,可利用缠绕装置(36)缠绕所述袋胎幅面。
17.一种用于制造、填充和封闭袋子(27)的系统(2,40),所述系统至少包括:
- 用于由第一材料成分制成的平幅面(43)的开卷装置(41),
- 用于从所述平幅面(43)中形成具有纵轴线的袋胎幅面(4)的袋胎形成装置(50),
- 用于从所述袋胎幅面(4)处分离袋胎件(18)的横向分离装置(16),
- 用于形成袋胎件(18)的底部接缝的横向接合装置(13),
- 用于通过保留的开口填充所述袋胎件(18)的填充装置(23),
- 另一横向接合装置(26),利用该另一横向接合装置借助于横向接合部(64)可封闭所述保留的开口,
其特征在于根据权利要求12至16中任一项所述的袋胎机。
18.一种袋子(27),所述袋子包括第一材料成分、纵轴线和至少一个封闭接缝,所述至少一个封闭接缝基本上横向于所述纵轴线伸延并且利用所述至少一个封闭接缝至少在一个端部处封闭所述袋子,
其特征在于,
在袋子内部中设置至少另一材料成分,其中所述至少另一材料成分在所述袋子(27)的纵轴线的方向上如此变化,即袋胎材料的性能在所述纵轴线的方向上至少在所述袋子宽度(B)的部分区域中变化,并且
所述封闭接缝在所述至少另一材料成分上伸延,
其中所述封闭接缝是焊缝,其中可将所述封闭接缝布置在这样的部位处,即在该部位处所述至少另一材料成分不具有与所述第一材料成分的直接接触。
19.根据权利要求18所述的袋子,其特征在于,所述至少另一材料成分包括至少一个材料件特别是封条,所述至少一个封闭接缝安置在所述至少一个材料件处。
20.根据权利要求18或19所述的袋子,其特征在于,利用粘合剂或利用压出胶将所述至少一个材料件固定在所述第一材料成分处。
21.根据权利要求19所述的袋子,其特征在于,所述至少一个材料件的仅仅部分区域固定在所述第一材料成分处。
22.根据权利要求21所述的袋子,其特征在于,在所述袋子的纵向上观察,所述材料件在所述第一材料成分处的固定和所述封闭接缝布置在不同的部位处。
23.根据权利要求18或19所述的袋子,其特征在于,所述第一材料成分是纸。
24.根据权利要求18或19所述的袋子,其特征在于,所述第一材料成分是塑料膜或由塑料窄带制成的织物。
25.根据权利要求24所述的袋子,其特征在于,所述至少另一材料成分包括塑料膜,其焊接温度低于所述第一材料成分的焊接温度。
