Abstract

本发明涉及一种石墨板栅的制造方法,适用于蓄电池领域。现有技术生产的铅酸蓄电池采用铅钙合金制造板栅,由于在充放电过程中容易被腐蚀,减少了蓄电池的使用寿命,本发明是使用石墨材料制造板栅。石墨具有很好的可塑性,韧性好,可碾成很薄的薄片,石墨又耐酸、耐碱,用它来制造板栅,不会被腐蚀,不参加电化学反应,所以可以延长蓄电池的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种石墨板栅的制造方法,适用于蓄电池领域。 
技术背景
铅酸蓄电池在比能量方面存在诸多缺陷,这是由于在蓄电池当中极板板栅和极板连接条以及焊接极柱等均采用铅来作为原材料,众所周知,铅的比重大,增加了蓄电池的重量,使比能量下降。为了提高蓄电池的比能量,本发明的特点是采用石墨材料来替代铅制作板栅,尽量减少使用铅原料,使用石墨板栅组装的蓄电池重量更轻,容量增大,寿命更长。 
石墨的导电性比一般非金属矿高一百倍。导热性超过钢、铁、铅等金属材料。石墨能够导电是因为石墨中每个碳原子与其他碳原子只形成3个共价键,每个碳原子仍然保留1个自由电子来传输电荷。由于石墨具有很好的导电性能,完全可以选用石墨材料制造蓄电池板栅。 
石墨又具有很好的可塑性,韧性好,可碾成很薄的薄片。 
石墨又耐酸、耐碱,用它来制造板栅,不会被腐蚀,不参加电化学反应,所以可以延长蓄电池的使用寿命。 
发明内容
本发明为解决现有铅酸蓄电池存在的技术问题而提供一种用石墨材料制作板栅的制备方法。 
1.选用99%以上纯度的人造石墨经过50-60Mpa压力下,制成厚度1-3mm的石墨片材。 
2.按照板栅设计规格制造冲模,石墨片材经冲压制成板栅形状。 
3.将(2)冲压好的板栅在温度150℃条件下用导电胶里面浸渍2小时进行 定型处理。 
4.由于石墨材料比较柔软,可以采用ABS工程塑料通过注塑的方式将定型好的石墨板栅再加上塑料边框加强石墨板栅的强度。 
5.使用与板栅极耳宽度相当,厚度1-1.5mm的铅条铆在极耳上边。 
6.正极板栅厚度为2-3mm。 
7.负极板栅厚度为1.5-2.5mm。 
根据蓄电池的设计容量,按照阿伦特(ARENDT)公式推算,可以制造任意规格的石墨板栅。 
使用石墨板栅装配的蓄电池,重量轻、导电性能好、抗腐蚀、成本低、使用寿命长,实为一种环保型、节约型、节能型的新一代蓄电池。

Claims (6)

1.选用99%以上纯度的人造石墨经过50-60Mpa压力下,制成厚度2.5-3mm的石墨片材。
2.按照板栅设计规格制造冲模,石墨片材经冲压制成板栅形状。
3.将(2)冲压好的板栅在温度150℃条件下用导电胶里面浸渍2小时进行定型处理。
4.采用ABS工程塑料通过注塑的方式将定型好的石墨板栅再加上塑料边框加强石墨板栅的强度。
