Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车脚垫卡扣及其制造方法,其主要是先制备料A和料B,然后干燥后按配比混合,加入到已经升温的注塑机里,通过设定注塑机不同段的注射压力、速度、注射时间及注射胶量,同时设定好最后的保压压力及保压速度已达到最佳的注塑工艺,得到最终合格产品。本发明解决了注塑成型的汽车脚垫卡扣在成型时产品易出现拉白、断裂、韧性差、强度低等物理性能缺陷,同时本注塑工艺稳定性,所得产品质量稳定,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车脚垫卡扣及其制造方法,属于汽车制造技术领域。
背景技术
尼龙有优良的韧性、自润滑性、耐磨性、耐化学性、气体透过性、及耐油性、无毒和容易着色等优点,所以尼龙在工业上得到广泛应用,随着社会的进步,汽车的使用量在不断增加,汽车的大多数零部件皆有尼龙制得,现有技术的塑胶常常具有装配不方便、定位不准确、连接不稳定、连接强度不够和影响接触性能等缺点。
发明内容
为了缓解现有技术的不足和缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车脚垫卡扣及其制造方法,本发明解决了注塑成型的汽车脚垫卡扣在成型时产品易出现拉白、断裂、韧性差、强度低等物理性能缺陷,同时本注塑工艺稳定性,所得产品质量稳定,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
汽车脚垫卡扣,其是由下述重量份的原料混合造粒再加工而得:A料40-50,B料45-55;
所述的A料由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA66  50-55,钛白粉0.04-0.06,ABS高胶粉 15-20,聚己酸内酯4-6,甲基三甲氧基硅烷0.6-0.8,抗氧剂1035 0.3-0.5,双十二碳醇酯0.1-0.3,氧化聚乙烯蜡0.3-0.5,聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯0.7-0.9;
所述的B料由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA66  55-65,玻璃纤维10-20,改性海泡石5-10,ABS高胶粉 12-18,ABS树脂8-10,聚己酸内酯5-10,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.8-1.2,抗氧剂1010  0.5-0.7,聚乙烯蜡0.5-0.8,双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡0.2-0.4。
汽车脚垫卡扣的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)料A的制备:
按组成原料的重量份称取料A的所有原料,然后置于高混机中混合4-6min,得到的混合物经主喂料口加入双螺杆挤出机中,控制加工温度在250-280℃,螺杆转数在450-650rpm,熔融后挤出造粒即得料A;
(2)料B的制备:
按组成原料的重量份称取料B的所有原料,取B料的除玻璃纤维以外各原料置于高混机中混合3-5min,得到的混合物经主喂料口加入双螺杆挤出机中,玻璃纤维从侧喂料口按重量份加入双螺杆挤出机,控制加工温度在250-275℃,螺杆转数在350-500rpm,熔融后挤出造粒即得料B;
(3)混合注塑:
将料A和料B按配比混合后进行干燥处理,干燥温度为90-100℃,干燥时间为3-5小时,然后加入到注塑机里;设置注塑机加热段的温度:第一段288±5℃,第二段282±5℃,第三段268±5℃,第四段263±5℃,第五段258±5℃;注塑段成型工艺参数如下:
a、第一段采用45-55Mpa的中压、40-50m/s的中速度注射,注射时间为1.0-1.5秒,注射胶量至产品的73-78%;
b、第二段采用55-60Mpa的中压、40-50m/s的中速度注射,注射时间为0.8-1.2秒,注射胶量至产品水口的100%;
(4)最后成型、脱模,即得。
所述的改性海泡石的制备工艺为:先用15-20%盐酸浸泡海泡石1-2小时,静置,澄清,离心,固体用水洗至中性,烘干后,加入相当于固体重量3-5%的3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷拌搅均匀,烘干,粉碎成粉末。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明解决了注塑成型的汽车脚垫卡扣在成型时产品易出现拉白、断裂、韧性差、强度低等物理性能缺陷,同时本注塑工艺稳定性,所得产品质量稳定,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1:汽车脚垫卡扣,其是由下述重量份的原料混合造粒再加工而得:A料40-50,B料45-55;
所述的A料由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA66  50-55,钛白粉0.04-0.06,ABS高胶粉 15-20,聚己酸内酯4-6,甲基三甲氧基硅烷0.6-0.8,抗氧剂1035 0.3-0.5,双十二碳醇酯0.1-0.3,氧化聚乙烯蜡0.3-0.5,聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯0.7-0.9;
所述的B料由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA66  55-65,玻璃纤维10-20,改性海泡石5-10,ABS高胶粉 12-18,ABS树脂8-10,聚己酸内酯5-10,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.8-1.2,抗氧剂1010  0.5-0.7,聚乙烯蜡0.5-0.8,双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡0.2-0.4。
汽车脚垫卡扣的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)料A的制备:
按组成原料的重量份称取料A的所有原料,然后置于高混机中混合4-6min,得到的混合物经主喂料口加入双螺杆挤出机中,控制加工温度在250-280℃,螺杆转数在450-650rpm,熔融后挤出造粒即得料A;
(2)料B的制备:
按组成原料的重量份称取料B的所有原料,取B料的除玻璃纤维以外各原料置于高混机中混合3-5min,得到的混合物经主喂料口加入双螺杆挤出机中,玻璃纤维从侧喂料口按重量份加入双螺杆挤出机,控制加工温度在250-275℃,螺杆转数在350-500rpm,熔融后挤出造粒即得料B;
(3)混合注塑:
将料A和料B按配比混合后进行干燥处理,干燥温度为90-100℃,干燥时间为3-5小时,然后加入到注塑机里;设置注塑机加热段的温度:第一段288±5℃,第二段282±5℃,第三段268±5℃,第四段263±5℃,第五段258±5℃;注塑段成型工艺参数如下:
a、第一段采用45-55Mpa的中压、40-50m/s的中速度注射,注射时间为1.0-1.5秒,注射胶量至产品的73-78%;
b、第二段采用55-60Mpa的中压、40-50m/s的中速度注射,注射时间为0.8-1.2秒,注射胶量至产品水口的100%;
(4)最后成型、脱模,即得。
所述的改性海泡石的制备工艺为:先用15-20%盐酸浸泡海泡石1-2小时,静置,澄清,离心,固体用水洗至中性,烘干后,加入相当于固体重量3-5%的3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷拌搅均匀,烘干,粉碎成粉末。

1.一种汽车脚垫卡扣,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料混合造粒再加工而得:A料40-50,B料45-55;
所述的A料由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA66  50-55,钛白粉0.04-0.06,ABS高胶粉 15-20,聚己酸内酯4-6,甲基三甲氧基硅烷0.6-0.8,抗氧剂1035 0.3-0.5,双十二碳醇酯0.1-0.3,氧化聚乙烯蜡0.3-0.5,聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯0.7-0.9;
所述的B料由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA66  55-65,玻璃纤维10-20,改性海泡石5-10,ABS高胶粉 12-18,ABS树脂8-10,聚己酸内酯5-10,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.8-1.2,抗氧剂1010  0.5-0.7,聚乙烯蜡0.5-0.8,双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡0.2-0.4。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的汽车脚垫卡扣的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)料A的制备:
按组成原料的重量份称取料A的所有原料,然后置于高混机中混合4-6min,得到的混合物经主喂料口加入双螺杆挤出机中,控制加工温度在250-280℃,螺杆转数在450-650rpm,熔融后挤出造粒即得料A;
(2)料B的制备:
按组成原料的重量份称取料B的所有原料,取B料的除玻璃纤维以外各原料置于高混机中混合3-5min,得到的混合物经主喂料口加入双螺杆挤出机中,玻璃纤维从侧喂料口按重量份加入双螺杆挤出机,控制加工温度在250-275℃,螺杆转数在350-500rpm,熔融后挤出造粒即得料B;
(3)混合注塑:
将料A和料B按配比混合后进行干燥处理,干燥温度为90-100℃,干燥时间为3-5小时,然后加入到注塑机里;设置注塑机加热段的温度:第一段288±5℃,第二段282±5℃,第三段268±5℃,第四段263±5℃,第五段258±5℃;注塑段成型工艺参数如下:
 a、第一段采用45-55Mpa的中压、40-50m/s的中速度注射,注射时间为1.0-1.5秒,注射胶量至产品的73-78%;
  b、第二段采用55-60Mpa的中压、40-50m/s的中速度注射,注射时间为0.8-1.2秒,注射胶量至产品水口的100%;
(4)最后成型、脱模,即得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车脚垫卡扣,其特征在于,所述的改性海泡石的制备工艺为:先用15-20%盐酸浸泡海泡石1-2小时,静置,澄清,离心,固体用水洗至中性,烘干后,加入相当于固体重量3-5%的3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷拌搅均匀,烘干,粉碎成粉末。
