本发明公开了一种用于单螺杆挤出机筒体的卸爆装置,包括单螺杆挤出机的筒体钢外套和螺杆,在筒体钢外套内壁上装有铜衬套,该铜衬套带有外槽和内槽,在筒体钢外套壁上留有泄压泄爆窗口,其中,泄压泄爆窗口和铜衬套形成了泄压泄爆壁。当螺杆挤出机工作过程中出现压力异常时,破坏铜衬套泄压泄爆壁,通过钢外套的专门泄压泄爆窗口将压力冲击释,保证了系统设备及人身的安全。

一种用于单螺杆挤出机筒体的泄压泄爆装置
技术领域
本发明属于火炸药成型技术领域,涉及火炸药成型工艺中的单螺杆挤出装置,尤其是涉及一种用于单螺杆挤出机筒体的泄压泄爆装置,该装置能使高固体含量推进剂在单螺杆挤出机工作时,于危险临界状态时进行泄压泄爆,有利于安全生产。
背景技术
通常火炸药成型工艺中,单螺杆挤出机通常采用在机头与筒体之间设置卸爆环,只有在挤出机机头压力在临界状态下泄压泄爆环才起作用,而对筒体内均化段产生的超压、超温燃爆等危险现象并不起任何作用。由于火炸药行业的特殊需求,螺杆工作在低转速高扭矩状态,筒体内的工况复杂,由内摩擦产生的压力、温度分布很不均匀,因此,研究一种用于单螺杆挤出机筒体的泄压泄爆装置,实现临界状态时的泄压或局部泄爆,消除爆轰或旬爆的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种用于单螺杆挤出机筒体的泄压泄爆装置,以提高高固体含量推进剂科研和生产过程的安全性。
为了实现上述任务,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种用于单螺杆挤出机筒体的泄压泄爆装置,包括单螺杆挤出机的筒体钢外套和螺杆,其特征在于,在筒体钢外套内壁上装有铜衬套,该铜衬套上有轴向均匀分布的外槽和内槽,在筒体钢外套壁上留有泄压泄爆窗口,其中,泄压泄爆窗口和铜衬套的外槽和内槽形成了泄压泄爆壁。
所述的筒体钢外套壁上留有泄压泄爆窗口、螺杆和铜衬套形成了泄压泄爆壁。
所述的铜衬套为铜合金材料制成。
所述铜衬套上的外槽和内槽对称设置。
本发明的用于单螺杆挤出机筒体的泄压泄爆装置,将铜衬套挤压配合在带有开口的筒体钢外套内,铜衬套上的内外矩形槽对应设置,通过抗冲击设计计算,形成了泄压泄爆壁厚,筒体钢外套开设专门泄压泄爆窗口,并与泄压泄爆筒体铜衬套对应设置,当螺杆挤出机工作过程中出现压力异常时,破坏铜衬套泄压泄爆壁,通过钢外套的专门泄压泄爆窗口将压力冲击释,保证了系统设备及人身的安全。

具体实施方式
参见附图1-3,本实施例给出一种用于单螺杆挤出机筒体的泄压泄爆装置,包括单螺杆挤出机的筒体钢外套5和螺杆6,在筒体钢外套5内壁上装有铜衬套1,该铜衬套1上有轴向均匀分布的外槽2和内槽3,在筒体钢外套5壁上留有泄压泄爆窗口4,其中,泄压泄爆窗口4和铜衬套1的外槽2和内槽3形成了泄压泄爆壁8。
螺杆6与筒体钢外套5、铜衬套1构成了整个单螺杆挤出机整体,铜衬套1采用铜合金材料制成,铜衬套1上的外槽2和内槽3对称设置。
当单螺杆挤出机工作时,物料7沿筒体内的铜衬套1轴向位移,随着机筒内压力的不断升高,从进料口加入的物料7逐渐被挤压密实,并沿螺杆落槽方向向机头移动,当筒体内的铜衬套1的压力异常升高并超过筒体设计临界压力时,铜衬套1最薄弱处泄压泄爆壁8由于压力冲击首先破裂,随后筒体内压力由泄压泄爆壁8破裂口沿筒体外套泄压泄爆窗口4处释放出来。铜衬套1的外槽2与内槽3的轴向尺寸决定了其单螺杆挤出机的泄压泄爆位置。

1.一种用于单螺杆挤出机筒体的泄压泄爆装置,包括单螺杆挤出机的筒体钢外套(5)和螺杆(6),其特征在于,在筒体钢外套(5)内壁上装有铜衬套(1),该铜衬套(1)带有外槽(2)和内槽(3),在筒体钢外套(5)壁上留有泄压泄爆窗口(4),其中,泄压泄爆窗口(4)和铜衬套(1)形成了泄压泄爆壁(8);所述的铜衬套(1)上的外槽(2)和内槽(3)对称设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于单螺杆挤出机筒体的泄压泄爆装置,其特征在于,所述的铜衬套(1)采用铜合金材料制成。
