 本发明主要提供的是一种盐蛋的泡制方法。本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:每年冬天杀年猪后,新鲜猪肉多,农村往往会把新鲜的猪肉用盐腌起来,腌个20天以后,再拿出来用柴火熏,这样猪肉在腌的时候就产生了大量的盐水,用这个盐水来泡制鸭蛋,泡制30天左右就可以了。这样泡制出来的盐蛋出油多,颜色非常黄亮,口味好。

1.一种盐蛋的泡制方法,其主要特征是:每年冬天杀年猪后,新鲜猪肉多,农村往往会把新鲜的猪肉用盐腌起来,腌个20天以后,再拿出来用柴火熏,这样猪肉在腌的时候就产生了大量的盐水,用这个盐水来泡制鸭蛋,泡制30天左右就可以了。
