背景技术
动力系统是车上必不可少的，一般都会在动力系统外安装有箱盖，可以保护箱盖内的各零部件，也可以在箱盖外端连接其他部件，其对孔位有一定要求，由于箱盖外形不规则，一般的量具无法对其进行检测，采用三坐标法过程较复杂。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种箱盖孔位检具，其能够快速准确地检测出箱盖上孔位是否符合规格。
其技术方案是这样的：其包括底座，其特征在于，所述底座上设置有基准座，所述基准座上设置有可浮动的定位销和底面检测孔，所述底面检测孔上设置有底面检测销，所述底座上设置有可调节的辅助支撑杆，所述底座上设置有横向测量座和纵向测量座，所述横向测量座和所述纵向测量座上分别安装有横向测量模板和纵向测量模板，所述横向测量模板和所述纵向测量模板分别上设置有触摸位置综合规，所述横向测量座上开有侧面检测孔，所述侧面检测孔内设置有侧面检测销。
其进一步特征在于，所述定位销通过弹簧和所述基准座连接；所述辅助支撑杆通过可调节螺母连接所述底座；所述底座上设置有快速夹座，所述快速夹座上设置有快速夹。

见图1，图2，图3所示，其包括底座1，底座1上设置有基准座2，基准座2上设置有一对可浮动的定位销3-1、3-2和底面检测孔4，底面检测孔4上设置有底面检测销5，底座1上设置有可调节的辅助支撑杆6，底座1上设置有横向测量座7和纵向测量座8，横向测量座7和纵向测量座8上分别安装有横向测量模板9和纵向测量模板10，横向测量模板9和纵向测量模板10分别上设置有触摸位置综合规11，横向测量座7上开有侧面检测孔12，侧面检测孔12内设置有侧面检测销13，定位销3通过弹簧14和基准座2连接，辅助支撑杆6通过可调节螺母15连接底座1，底座1上设置有快速夹座16，快速夹座16上设置有快速夹17。
其检测过程如下所述：将被检工件18放置于基准座2上，由定位销3-1、3-2定位，辅助支撑杆6为工件起到辅助支撑作用，用于辅助定位，插上底面检测销5和侧面检测销13对其底面安装孔和侧面安装孔进行检测，然后在横向测量模板9和纵向测量模板10插上触摸位置综合规11对工件12表面的孔位置进行检测，触摸位置综合规11还可以同时对端面轮廓度进行检测；辅助支撑杆6通过可调节螺母15连接底座1，调节可调节螺母15可以用来调整工件18的定位基准，底座1上设置有快速夹座16，快速夹座16上设置有快速夹17，可以使工件18定位后对其进行进一步固定，防止检测过程中工件18发生移动影响检测准确率。

1.一种箱盖孔位检具，其包括底座，其特征在于，所述底座上设置有基准座，所述基准座上设置有一对可浮动的定位销，所述基准座上设置有底面检测孔，所述底面检测孔上设置有底面检测销，所述底座上设置有可调节的辅助支撑杆，所述底座上设置有横向测量座和纵向测量座，所述横向测量座和所述纵向测量座上分别安装有横向测量模板和纵向测量模板，所述横向测量模板和所述纵向测量模板分别上设置有触摸位置综合规，所述横向测量座上开有侧面检测孔，所述侧面检测孔内设置有侧面检测销；所述定位销通过弹簧和所述基准座连接；所述辅助支撑杆通过可调节螺母连接所述底座。
