Abstract

一种框体成型方法,其包括:(1)提供一个由热固性材料制成的带状基材及一个芯轴,将该带状基材绕设于该芯轴上,以形成预型体;(2)提供一种模具,其具有与所需成型的框体形状相匹配的模仁,将预型体套设于模仁上;(3)将模具放入热压设备,对预型体进行热压成型以形成框体;(4)从模具取出所成型的框体。该成型方法只需将带状基材绕芯轴形成预型体,对预型体进行热压后即可成型所需框体,不会浪费原材料,且成型步骤中不会导致对框体性能的损害,得到的框体性能好。

框体成型方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种框体成型方法,尤其涉及一种热固性材料的框体成型方法。
背景技术
在成型树脂基复合材料、热固性塑料等热固性材料的框体时,由于其形状的特殊性,一般采用的成型方法为:先将原材料裁切成预定形状的薄片,将薄片重叠后放入冲压设备中进行冲裁得到预型框体,将预型框体放入模具中进行热压等处理。然而,利用该方法得到的框体在冲压过程中,会使得框体的材料特性发生改变,例如树脂基复合材料中的长纤维经冲压之后变成短纤维,影响框体的强度。同时,该成型方法中浪费大量的原材料,耗用较多人力,使得生产率较低,成本较高。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种能使成型的框体强度较好且节约材料、成型效率较高的框体成型方法。
一种框体成型方法,其包括:(1)提供一个由热固性材料制成的带状基材及一个芯轴,将该带状基材绕设于该芯轴上,以形成预型体;(2)提供一种模具,其具有与所需成型的框体形状相匹配的模仁,将预型体套设于模仁上;(3)将模具放入热压设备,对预型体进行热压成型以形成框体;(4)从模具取出所成型的框体。
一种框体成型方法,其包括:(1)提供一个热固性材料制成的带状基材及一个芯轴,将该带状基材绕设于该芯轴上,以形成素材体;(2)将该素材体切分为多个预型体;(3)提供一种模具,其具有与所需成型的框体形状相匹配的模仁,将预型体套设于模仁上;(4)将模具放入热压设备,对预型体进行热压成型;(5)从模具取出成型的预型框体,且预型框体尺寸与所需成型的框体尺寸接近;(6)加工预型框体,得到所需成型的框体。
上述框体成型方法中,仅需将带状基材绕芯轴缠绕形成预型体,将预型体放入模具中的模腔中,进行热压后进行适当加工即可成型所需框体,步骤中不会导致对框体性能的损害,得到的框体强度较好,且这种成型方法不会浪费材料,成型效率较高。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明的框体成型方法可以用于成型树脂基复合材料、热固性塑料等热固性材料的框体,在本实施方式中的框体100为矩形框状,其材料为玻璃纤维、碳纤维、克拉纤维等树脂基复合材料,以下以成型框体100为例对本发明的框体成型方法进行详细说明。
请参阅图2、图3及图4,在步骤S101中,提供一种用于制造框体100的带状基材10及一个芯轴20,将带状基材缠绕于芯轴20上以形成素材体30。在本实施方式中,带状基材10为预浸织物,芯轴20均为圆筒状,使用时,将芯轴20固定在复卷机(图未示)上,通过复卷机将带状基材10缠绕至芯轴20,根据带状基材的材质内缩率和厚度以及框体100的尺寸计算出带状基材10绕芯轴20缠绕的卷数n以及缠绕后所需形成的素材体的内径r和外径R,以一定的拉力f将带状基材10绕芯轴20形成一定厚度及宽度的素材体30。
请一并参阅图5,在步骤S102中,将素材体30分切成多个预型体50。在本实施方式中,先将素材体30固定在分切机(图未示)上,然后利用分切机垂直素材体30轴向分切,按照所需框体的尺寸参数分切成多个高度为h的预型体50。
请一并参阅图6,在步骤S103中,提供一个模具70,具有与所需成型的框体100形状相匹配的模仁71,将预型体50套设于模仁71上。可以理解,为方便脱模,还可以在模仁71上涂覆脱模剂。
在步骤104中,模具70经过合模后,将预型体50送入热压设备中(图未示),并根据所使用的带状基材10的材质,在预定温度、压力和时间条件下,使预型体50成型,形成预型框体90。
在步骤S105中,脱模后,取出预型框体90。
请再次参阅图1,在步骤S106中,对预型框体90进行机械加工,得到框体100。
可以理解,框体100可以为其他形状的框体,如三角形等,此时,模具70中的模仁71的形状相应改变。
可以理解,预型框体90满足框体100的尺寸要求时,可以省略步骤S106。
可以理解,模具70可为多层模具,可将多个预型体50放入多层模具中,一次性对多个预型体50进行热压成型。
可以理解,如果将带状基材10绕芯轴20复卷形成的素材体30的高度为h时,可省略步骤S102,而直接在步骤S101中形成预型体50。
本实施方式的成型方法,由于利用带状基材10复卷形成空心圆筒状的素材体30,继而利用分切方法对素材体30进行分切,分切成多个预型体50,将预型体50套设于模仁71上放入热压设备中进行热压,成型形成预型框体90,然后进行适当的机械加工得到满足尺寸和精度要求的框体100。在整个过程中,都不会影响框体100的特性,素材体30在分切后可以得到多个预型体50,每个预型体50在热压和机械加工后能得到框体100,效率较高。利用带状基材10绕芯轴20缠绕等一系列操作中,不会浪费材料,节约原料。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种框体成型方法,其包括:
(1)提供一个由热固性材料制成的带状基材及一个芯轴,将所述带状基材绕设于所述芯轴上,以形成预型体;
(2)提供一种模具,其具有与所需成型的框体形状相匹配的模仁,将预型体套设于模仁上;
(3)将模具放入热压设备,对预型体进行热压成型以形成框体;
(4)从模具取出所成型的框体。
2.如权利要求1所述的框体成型方法,其特征在于:所述热固性材料为树脂基复合材料。
3.如权利要求1所述的框体成型方法,其特征在于:所述芯轴为圆筒状,所述带状基材缠绕芯轴后形成空心圆筒状的预型体。
4.如权利要求1所述的框体成型方法,其特征在于:根据所述带状基材的材质内缩率和厚度以及所需成型的框体的尺寸,确定所述带状基材绕所述芯轴缠绕的圈数,形成一定内径和外径的空心圆筒状的预型体。
5.如权利要求1所述的框体成型方法,其特征在于:所述模具为多层模具,将多个所述预型体放入所述多层模具中同时热压成型。
6.一种框体成型方法,其包括:
(1)提供一个热固性材料制成的带状基材及一个芯轴,将所述带状基材绕设于所述芯轴上,以形成素材体;
(2)将所述素材体切分为多个预型体;
(3)提供一种模具,其具有与所需成型的框体形状相匹配的模仁,将预型体套设于模仁上;
(4)将模具放入热压设备,对预型体进行热压成型;
(5)从模具取出成型的预型框体,且预型框体尺寸与所需成型的框体尺寸接近;
(6)加工预型框体,得到所需成型的框体。
7.如权利要求6所述的框体成型方法,其特征在于:所述热固性材料为树脂基复合材料。
8.如权利要求6所述的框体成型方法,其特征在于:所述带状基材和所述芯轴为圆筒状,所述带状基材缠绕芯轴后形成空心圆筒状的素材体。
9.如权利要求8所述的框体成型方法,其特征在于:根据所述带状基材的材质内缩率和厚度以及所需成型的框体的尺寸,确定所述带状基材绕所述芯轴缠绕的圈数,形成一定内径和外径的空心圆筒状的素材体。
10.如权利要求6所述的框体成型方法,其特征在于:所述模具为多层模具,将多个所述预型体放入所述多层模具中同时热压成型。
