Abstract

本发明公开了一种复合纤维热成型毡,包括至少两层纤维毡,相邻两层纤维毡之间设有淋膜层。通过淋膜技术将两层纤维毡复合在一起,复合的纤维毡层间粘结力大、不易分层;而且采用的淋膜材料无刺激性气味,符合环保要求。本发明复合效率高,且能够连续生产、成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纤维毡领域,具体提供一种复合纤维热成型毡。
背景技术
现有生产两层不同性能的PET毡的复合,主要有两种方法:方法一是胶粘法,即在两层毡的接合面喷上一层胶水,把两片毡粘合起来;但是这种方法的缺点是胶水施工及压合工作费工费力,且粘合好的两片毡容易分层,而且生产工作中会有刺鼻气味产生,不利于环保。方法二是针刺法,通过针刺机使两层纤维毡形成缠绕抱合,从而使两层毡形成结合;但是这种方法的缺点是针刺设备投资大且费工,尤其是两层纤维间形成的抱合力有限,从而使两层间结合面很容易剥开。这些缺点在材料的后加工过程和成品中都必然出现,极大的影响成品的使用功能。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种复合纤维热成型毡,该制品层间粘结力大、不易分层;且该制品无刺激气味,符合环保要求。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种复合纤维热成型毡,包括至少两层纤维毡,相邻两层纤维毡之间设有淋膜层。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述淋膜层为PE淋膜、PP淋膜和EVA淋膜中的一种。
本发明的有益效果是:通过淋膜技术将两层纤维毡复合在一起,复合的纤维毡层间粘结力大、不易分层;而且采用的淋膜材料无刺激性气味,符合环保要求。本发明复合效率高,且能够连续生产、成本低。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图对本发明的一种复合纤维热成型毡的实施例进行详细说明。
本发明的一种复合纤维热成型毡,包括至少两层纤维毡1,相邻两层纤维毡之间设有淋膜层2。
在本实施例中,所述淋膜层为PE淋膜、PP淋膜和EVA淋膜中的一种。
在本实施例中,复合纤维热成型毡的制备过程为:首先将两块纤维毡分别放在淋膜机不同的放料架上,并分别将两块纤维毡牵引穿过淋膜机的复合辊和压紧辊;然后将淋膜机模口对准复合辊并挤出定量的熔融状淋膜料,使淋膜料均匀、连续的涂布在两层纤维毡中间;紧接着转动压紧辊和复合辊,使两层纤维毡连同纤维毡之间涂布的熔融状淋膜料在压紧辊的压力下牢固粘合;最后将复合为一体的纤维毡通过牵引进入切断机,切割成规定尺寸的片材供后续成型。

1.一种复合纤维热成型毡,其特征在于:包括至少两层纤维毡(1),相邻两层纤维毡之间设有淋膜层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合纤维热成型毡,其特征在于:所述淋膜层为PE淋膜、PP淋膜和EVA淋膜中的一种。
