技术领域
本发明主要涉及电连接件,尤其涉及用于将保护套管连接和接地至电连接件的连接件套筒。
背景技术
众所周知,金属保护套管可以保护细长电线,以屏蔽电磁干扰(EMI)。而且还公知的是通过套筒可以将保护套管接地至上游的金属电连接件。遗憾的是,套管和套筒通常在电连接件的内部连接,因而,其组装工艺复杂,并且在维护过程中必须先从电连接件中移除套筒,否则不能将套管从电线上移除。此外,还需要提高防止液体(例如水)进入电气组件的电气元件中——例如套管和套筒的连接位置之间以及套筒和电连接件的连接位置之间——的能力。又进一步地,还需要提供可以适用于各种保护套管结构的套筒,而无需为了各种情况提供单独的套筒或保护套管结构。
发明内容
根据本发明构造的套筒及带有其的组件使得保护织物套管和电连接件之间可以经济、易于组装/拆卸、防水且可靠地连接,同时还在织物套管和电连接件之间提供可靠的接地通路。

Claims (20)

5.根据权利要求4所述的用于将织物套管连接至电连接件的套筒,其特征在于,所述至少一个密封件结合至所述圆筒壁的所述内表面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于将织物套管连接至电连接件的套筒,其特征在于,所述圆筒壁具有至少两个通过一环形凹座彼此轴向地隔开的径向向外延伸的环形凸圆,且每个所述凸圆提供一径向朝内的环形凹槽。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于将织物套管连接至电连接件的套筒,其特征在于,所述至少一个密封件包括多个密封件,且各个所述密封件分别设置在每个所述凹槽中。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于将织物套管连接至电连接件的套筒,其特征在于,所述边缘形成邻近所述第二端的呈C型的环型凹槽,且该套筒进一步包括设置在所述呈C型的环型凹槽中的弹性密封件。
9.根据权利要求1所述的用于将织物套管连接至电连接件的套筒,其特征在于,所述至少一个径向向外延伸的环形凸圆为半凸圆。
10.根据权利要求1所述的用于将织物套管连接至电连接件的套筒,其特征在于,所述至少一个径向向外延伸的环形凸圆为一完整凸圆,该完整凸圆形成所述径向朝内的环形凹槽,该环形凹槽具有凹形的轮廓。
11.一种与导电的、容置有细长电气元件的织物套管、以及导电的电连接件结合的套筒组合,其特征在于,所述套筒包括:
圆筒壁,该圆筒壁具有形成一型腔的内表面,该型腔的大小适合容纳所述细长电气元件穿过,所述圆筒壁在第一端和第二端之间延伸,该第一端用于连接在所述织物套管的内腔中,该第二端具有用于连接至所述电连接件的径向向外延伸的环形边缘,所述圆筒壁具有至少一个邻近所述第一端、径向向外延伸的环形凸圆,所述环形凸圆具有径向朝内的环形凹槽;以及
至少一个密封件,该密封件设置在所述型腔内,以与所述内表面和所述细长电气元件密封邻接。
12.根据权利要求11所述的与导电的、容置有细长电气元件的织物套管、以及导电的电连接件结合的套筒组合,其特征在于,所述至少一个密封件设置在所述凹槽内。
13.根据权利要求11所述的与导电的、容置有细长电气元件的织物套管、以及导电的电连接件结合的套筒组合,其特征在于,所述至少一个密封件在所述凹槽和所述第二端之间延伸。
14.根据权利要求13所述的与导电的、容置有细长电气元件的织物套管、以及导电的电连接件结合的套筒组合,其特征在于,所述至少一个密封件固定至所述圆筒壁的所述内表面。
15.根据权利要求14所述的与导电的、容置有细长电气元件的织物套管、以及导电的电连接件结合的套筒组合,其特征在于,所述至少一个密封件结合至所述圆筒壁的所述内表面。
16.根据权利要求11所述的与导电的、容置有细长电气元件的织物套管、以及导电的电连接件结合的套筒组合,其特征在于,所述圆筒壁具有至少两个通过一环形凹座彼此轴向间隔开的径向向外延伸的环形凸圆,且每个所述凸圆形成一径向朝内的环形凹槽。
17.根据权利要求16所述的与导电的、容置有细长电气元件的织物套管、以及导电的电连接件结合的套筒组合,其特征在于,所述至少一个密封件包括多个密封件,且各个所述密封件分别设置在每个所述凹槽中。
18.根据权利要求11所述的与导电的、容置有细长电气元件的织物套管、以及导电的电连接件结合的套筒组合,其特征在于,所述边缘形成邻近所述第二端的呈C型的环型凹槽,且该套筒进一步包括设置在所述呈C型的环型凹槽中的弹性密封件。
19.根据权利要求11所述的与导电的、容置有细长电气元件的织物套管、以及导电的电连接件结合的套筒组合,其特征在于,所述至少一个径向向外延伸的环形凸圆为半凸圆。
20.根据权利要求11所述的与导电的、容置有细长电气元件的织物套管、以及导电的电连接件结合的套筒组合,其特征在于,所述至少一个径向向外延伸的环形凸圆为一完整凸圆,该完整凸圆形成所述径向朝内的环形凹槽,该环形凹槽具有凹形的轮廓。
