本发明公开了一种锻压机床缓冲垫,包括充气气囊和充气气囊内部的若干个承压弹簧,若干个所述承压弹簧的顶部设有缓冲板,每个所述承压弹簧的外部设有一个布套,在所述承压弹簧不受力时,所述充气气囊处于不饱和状态,所述充气气囊的饱和状态为80-90%,即只充入充气气囊体积80-90%的气体。通过上述设计的锻压机床缓冲垫,当受到外部压力时,承压弹簧首先进行收缩,不饱和状态的充气气囊逐渐进入饱和状态,当充气气囊达到饱和状态时,充气气囊也会承受压力,并和承压弹簧一起起到承压缓冲的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种锻压机床缓冲垫,是锻压机床常用装置。
背景技术
目前所使用的锻压机床的锻压头进行俯冲运动时,下部需要缓冲垫进行缓冲,但是由于锻压头的动能较大,缓冲垫在使用一段时间以后就容易产生塑性变形,材质也会由于重压而产生变化,缓冲垫的报废率非常高。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中缓冲垫报废率高的问题,本发明提供一种锻压机床缓冲垫。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
一种锻压机床缓冲垫,包括充气气囊和充气气囊内部的若干个承压弹簧,若干个所述承压弹簧的顶部设有缓冲板,每个所述承压弹簧的外部设有一个布套,在所述承压弹簧不受力时,所述充气气囊处于不饱和状态,所述充气气囊的饱和状态为80-90%,即只充入充气气囊体积80-90%的气体。
通过上述设计的锻压机床缓冲垫,当受到外部压力时,承压弹簧首先进行收缩,不饱和状态的充气气囊逐渐进入饱和状态,当充气气囊达到饱和状态时,充气气囊也会承受压力,并和承压弹簧一起起到承压缓冲的作用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明实施例所述的锻压机床缓冲垫,包括充气气囊1和充气气囊1内部的若干个承压弹簧2,若干个所述承压弹簧2的顶部设有缓冲板3,每个所述承压弹簧2的外部设有一个布套4,在所述承压弹簧2不受力时,所述充气气囊1处于不饱和状态,所述充气气囊1的饱和状态为80-90%,即只充入充气气囊1体积80-90%的气体。
通过上述设计的锻压机床缓冲垫,当受到外部压力时,承压弹簧首先进行收缩,不饱和状态的充气气囊逐渐进入饱和状态,当充气气囊达到饱和状态时,充气气囊也会承受压力,并和承压弹簧一起起到承压缓冲的作用。

1.一种锻压机床缓冲垫,其特征在于,包括充气气囊和充气气囊内部的若干个承压弹簧,若干个所述承压弹簧的顶部设有缓冲板,每个所述承压弹簧的外部设有一个布套,在所述承压弹簧不受力时,所述充气气囊处于不饱和状态,所述充气气囊的饱和状态为80-90%,即只充入充气气囊体积80-90%的气体。
