Abstract
本发明涉及一种铁路货车尼龙弹性体车钩钩舌销用材料,其组成成份及重量百分比为:尼龙1212,65-80%;马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙共聚物,5-20%;马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯,5-20%;成核剂P22,0.5-5%;硅酮,0.5-5%;抗氧剂H10,0.1-1.5%;石蜡,0.1-2%;特种白油,0.1-1%。本发明所述的铁路货车尼龙弹性体车钩钩舌销用材料为具有较好弹性和韧性的高分子弹性材料,用此材料制成车钩钩舌销,使钩舌、钩舌销、钩耳孔之间的接触由原来的刚性碰撞变为柔性碰撞,钩舌销还具有较高的拉伸模量、冲击强度和耐磨性,使钩舌、钩耳孔衬套等部件减少磨耗和裂损。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铁路货车尼龙弹性体车钩钩舌销用材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
高速重载铁路货车两辆车之间由车钩对接,车钩的钩舌部分为刚性连接,由钩舌销铆接;因牵引力作用,钩舌销长期受剪切力、刚性撞击等外力作用、加之使用工况恶劣,容易发生应力集中,使得钩舌销弯曲、裂损和钩耳孔衬套磨耗、裂损。因磨损量大,导致修复工作量大,工人劳动强度大,焊修后难以恢复原有性能,严重影响了行车安全。
如何提供一种冲击强度高、耐磨损、拉伸模量高的车钩钩舌销,是本领域所要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种冲击强度高、耐磨损、具有较好弹性和韧性的铁路货车尼龙弹性体车钩钩舌销用材料及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种铁路货车尼龙弹性体车钩钩舌销用材料,其组成成份及重量百分比为:尼龙1212,65-80%;马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙共聚物(MAH-g-EPDM),5-20%;马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(MAH-g-HDPE),5-20%;成核剂P22,0.5-5%;硅酮,0.5-5%;抗氧剂H10,0.1-1.5%;石蜡,0.1-2%;白油(C16~C31的正异构烷烃的混合物 、型号P60),0.1-1%。
应用上述材料的铁路货车尼龙弹性体车钩钩舌销的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将称取好的尼龙1212,马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙共聚物,马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯,硅酮,石蜡,成核剂P22,抗氧剂H10,特种白油投入高速混合机搅拌5-10分钟;
(2)搅拌后出料,然后通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,加工温度200-240℃,螺杆转速240-260转/分;
(3)将制得的改性尼龙1212粒子干燥后通过一次注塑成型制成成品。
所述铁路货车尼龙弹性体车钩钩舌销用材料在铁路货车的车钩钩舌销中的应用,即用此材料制成的车钩钩舌销。
本发明的技术效果:本发明所述的铁路货车尼龙弹性体车钩钩舌销用材料为具有较好弹性和韧性的高分子弹性材料,用此材料制成车钩钩舌销,使钩舌、钩舌销、钩耳孔之间的接触由原来的刚性碰撞变为柔性碰撞,在牵引力的作用下钩舌销发生较大的弹性弯曲变形,当牵引力消失后钩舌销能恢复原状;尼龙弹性体车钩钩舌销还具有较高的拉伸模量、冲击强度和耐磨性,使钩舌、钩耳孔衬套等部件减少磨耗和裂损。其中,马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙共聚物(MAH-g-EPDM)和马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(MAH-g-HDPE)作为增韧改性剂,提高了材料的韧性,成核剂P22有利于加速注塑成型,硅酮作为相容剂使各组分更为有效的结合,石蜡与白油作为润滑剂,使制成的产品耐磨损。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例的铁路货车尼龙弹性体车钩钩舌销用材料,其组成成份及重量百分比为:尼龙1212,70%;马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙共聚物(MAH-g-EPDM),12%;马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(MAH-g-HDPE),10%;成核剂P22,3%;硅酮,3%;抗氧剂H10,1%;石蜡,0.5%;白油(C16~C31的正异构烷烃的混合物 、型号P60),0.5%。
应用上述材料的铁路货车尼龙弹性体车钩钩舌销的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将称取好的尼龙1212,马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙共聚物,马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯,硅酮,石蜡,成核剂P22,抗氧剂H10,特种白油投入高速混合机搅拌5-10分钟;
(2)搅拌后出料,然后通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,加工温度200℃,螺杆转速260转/分;
(3)将制得的改性尼龙1212粒子干燥后通过一次注塑成型制成成品。
实施例2
本实施例的铁路货车尼龙弹性体车钩钩舌销用材料,其组成成份及重量百分比为:尼龙1212,75%;马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙共聚物(MAH-g-EPDM),10%;马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(MAH-g-HDPE),8%;成核剂P22,2.5%;硅酮,2.5%;抗氧剂H10,1%;石蜡,0.5%;白油(C16~C31的正异构烷烃的混合物 、型号P60),0.5%。
应用上述材料的铁路货车尼龙弹性体车钩钩舌销的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将称取好的尼龙1212,马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙共聚物,马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯,硅酮,石蜡,成核剂P22,抗氧剂H10,特种白油投入高速混合机搅拌5-10分钟;
(2)搅拌后出料,然后通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,加工温度220℃,螺杆转速250转/分;
(3)将制得的改性尼龙1212粒子干燥后通过一次注塑成型制成成品。

1.一种铁路货车尼龙弹性体车钩钩舌销用材料,其特征在于:其组成成份及重量百分比为:
尼龙1212,65-80%;
马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙共聚物,5-20%;
马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯,5-20%;
成核剂P22,0.5-5%;
硅酮,0.5-5%;
抗氧剂H10,0.1-1.5%;
石蜡,0.1-2%;
白油,0.1-1%。
2.一种应用权利要求1所述材料的铁路货车尼龙弹性体车钩钩舌销的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将称取好的尼龙1212,马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙共聚物,马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯,硅酮,石蜡,成核剂P22,抗氧剂H10,特种白油投入高速混合机搅拌5-10分钟;
(2)搅拌后出料,然后通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,加工温度200-240℃,螺杆转速240-260转/分;
(3)将制得的改性尼龙1212粒子干燥后通过一次注塑成型制成成品。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述铁路货车尼龙弹性体车钩钩舌销用材料在铁路货车的车钩钩舌销中的应用。
