本发明提供了一种新型复合钙PVC复合材料,本发明采用采用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒、注塑机注塑成型,选用复合钙填充,使PVC的拉伸强度增加18%,PVC的无缺口冲击强度增加3倍以上,达到40.65kJ/m2,PVC缺口冲击强度增加3倍左右,达到23.04kJ/m2,复合材料的综合力学性能最好,其拉伸强度、冲击强度和弯曲强度均有较大的提高。

一种新型复合钙PVC复合材料
技术领域
本发明提供了一种新型复合钙PVC复合材料,本发明采用采用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒、注塑机注塑成型,选用复合钙填充,使PVC的拉伸强度增加18%,PVC的无缺口冲击强度增加3倍以上,达到40.65 kJ/m2,PVC缺口冲击强度增加3倍左右,达到23.04 kJ/m2,复合材料的综合力学性能最好,其拉伸强度、冲击强度和弯曲强度均有较大的提高。 
背景技术
聚氯乙烯是五大通用树脂之一,其产量仅次于聚乙烯。随着化学建材的大量推广和使用,PVC硬制品的使用比例不断提高,尤其是管材、板材和型材等需求增长迅速,因此对聚氯乙烯的使用性能有了更高的要求。聚氯乙烯树脂较脆,传统增韧改性技术通常是在树脂中加人橡胶弹性体,却是以降低材料宝贵的刚性、耐热性、尺寸稳定性为代价的。 
聚氯乙烯冲击强度低,硬质PVC材料脆性大、耐热变形性差、热稳定性差,因此对其增韧改性是十分必要的。改性PVC的传统方法是填充弹性体,材料的韧性得到很大的提高,但是刚度、加工流动性及耐热性等性能降低。近年来采用非弹性体填充塑料的方法,不仅提高了PVC的韧性,同时也可以改善其弹性模量、强度、加工流动性、热变形温度等,体现出增韧增强的双重效应.填充塑料的非弹性体中首选碳酸钙,因为它价格低廉,用它填充树脂不仅可以降低成本,节省树脂,还能使制品弹性模量、硬度、热变形温度和尺寸稳定性等性能得到改善。CaCO3能增强增韧PVC,随着科技进步,要求材料有更好的性能,单一材料无力满足更高要求,然而集不同材料的各种性能于一体的新型材料却能制得综合性能优异的复合材料。CaCO3填充改性PVC的研究起步较早,最初由普通CaCO3和微米级CaCO3逐步发展至今天的纳米级CaCO3。纳米级碳酸钙因为具有小尺寸效应以及特殊的表面效应,增韧改性PVC达到了明显的效果.对矿物粉体表面进行纳米修饰是由清华大学材料系研发,在微米重钙表面实现无机化学包覆,粉体被包覆后不但具有微米粒子的性质和结构,还有纳米微粒的优异性质,从而将微米级颗粒良好的分散性能和纳米级粒子优良的增韧性能集中起来,产生了增韧增强的双重效果。 
发明内容
本发明提供了一种新型复合钙PVC复合材料,本发明采用采用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒、注塑机注塑成型,选用复合钙填充,使PVC的拉伸强度增加18%,PVC的无缺口冲击强度增加3倍以上,达到40.65 kJ/m2,PVC缺口冲击强度增加3倍左右,达到23.04 kJ/m2,复合材料的综合力学性能最好,其拉伸强度、冲击强度和弯曲强度均有较大的提高。

2.      步骤1所述的采用的复合钙为粒度1.81μm的重钙及纳米钙各为40和10 Phr的复合的碳酸钙,并且经过铝酸酯改性,PVC聚合度为1000。 
3.      步骤1所述的采用的树脂基体和助剂为聚氯乙烯 (PVC) 100 Phr,复合铅 7.5 Phr,硬脂酸钙1 Phr,固体石蜡2 Phr,硬脂酸2.5 Phr,CPE 4 Phr ACR 2 Phr。 
4.      步骤1所述的将高搅机升温至70℃,然后把采用的树脂基体和助剂一起加入高搅机,高速搅拌20min除去物料的水分,擦干机器中的水后再将改性后的碳酸钙倒入,继续搅拌1min出料。 
5.      步骤1所述的将同向双螺杆挤出机的八段温度分别设置为157,162,167,174,173,172,167和162℃,然后熔融共混、挤出造粒,接着把制得的粒子置于70℃的烘箱中烘干8h,最后将干燥后的粒子用注塑机在200~203℃下注塑成国标样条拉伸试样在切样机上用切样刀制成,拉伸性能按GB/T 1040-92标准在4302型Instron电子万能材料试验机上进行测定。 
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种新型复合钙PVC复合材料,本发明采用采用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒、注塑机注塑成型,选用复合钙填充,使PVC的拉伸强度增加18%,PVC的无缺口冲击强度增加3倍以上,达到40.65 kJ/m2,PVC缺口冲击强度增加3倍左右,达到23.04 kJ/m2,复合材料的综合力学性能最好,其拉伸强度、冲击强度和弯曲强度均有较大的提高。

具体实施方式
下面的实施例对本发明作详细说明,但对本发明没有限制。 
实施例1 
本实施例说明复合钙的用量对PVC/CaCO3复合材料拉伸强度的影响,而复合钙的用量对PVC/ CaCO3复合材料拉伸强度的影响。图1是复合钙的用量对PVC/ CaCO3复合材料拉伸强度的影响的变化曲线,从图中可以看出,复合钙的用量对PVC/ CaCO3复合材料拉伸强度有很大的影响,随着复合钙的用量的增加,拉伸强度增加,大约在50 Phr时达到最大值,再加入复合钙其力学性能则不升反降。这表明,加入适量复合钙,改善了复合材料的整体的力学性能。由图2可以看出对比原始PVC,PVC/ CaCO3复合材料的拉伸强度有了极大地提高。
实施例2 
本实施例说明复合钙的使用对PVC/ CaCO3复合材料冲击强度的影响。图3是复合钙的使用对PVC/ CaCO3复合材料冲击强度的影响,在图中对PVC/ CaCO3复合材料与原始PVC进行比较,从图中可以看出,复合钙的使用对PVC/ CaCO3复合材料冲击强度有很大的影响,较原始PVC相比,缺口冲击强度和无缺口冲击强度都有了很大的提高。
 实施例3 
本实施例说明复合钙的使用对PVC/ CaCO3复合材料弯曲强度的影响。图4是复合钙的使用对PVC/ CaCO3复合材料弯曲强度的影响,在图中对PVC/ CaCO3复合材料与原始PVC进行比较,从图中可以看出,复合钙的使用对PVC/ CaCO3复合材料弯曲强度有很大的影响,较原始PVC相比,PVC/ CaCO3复合材料弯曲强度有了很大的提高。

Claims (4)

1.一种复合钙PVC复合材料,其特征在于将高搅机升温至70℃,然后把采用的树脂基体和助剂一起加入高搅机,高速搅拌20min除去物料的水分,擦干机器中的水后再将改性后的碳酸钙倒入,继续搅拌1min出料;采用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒、注塑机注塑成型,选用复合钙填充。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合钙PVC复合材料,其特征在于所述的复合钙为粒度1.81μm的重钙及纳米钙各为40和10 Phr的复合的碳酸钙,并且经过铝酸酯改性,PVC聚合度为1000。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合钙PVC复合材料,其特征在于采用的树脂基体和助剂为聚氯乙烯100 Phr,复合铅 7.5 Phr,硬脂酸钙1 Phr,固体石蜡2 Phr,硬脂酸2.5 Phr,CPE 4 Phr ACR 2 Phr。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合钙PVC复合材料,其特征在于将同向双螺杆挤出机的八段温度分别设置为157,162,167,174,173,172,167和162℃,然后熔融共混、挤出造粒,接着把制得的粒子置于70℃的烘箱中烘干8h,最后将干燥后的粒子用注塑机在200~203℃下注塑成国标样条拉伸试样在切样机上用切样刀制成,拉伸性能按GB/T 1040-92标准在4302型Instron电子万能材料试验机上进行测定。
