土豆麻球的制作方法,属食品加工领域,它能有效的解决一般的土豆的食用方法比较单一,口感不够香脆的缺点。将猪肉放入锅里加温煮熟,用刀将新鲜的猪肉宰成细粒,加入食盐、鸡精、花椒粉,并分别揉成小肉球;将红薯清洗干净,放到蒸笼中加温蒸熟,用手将土豆的皮去除干净,然后放入搅拌器中将土豆搅拌成土豆泥,用刀将土豆泥切成小块;将土豆泥用手掌按扁,将小肉球放入土豆泥中,用手将小肉球包好并搓成汤圆大小的圆球,并在其表面上撒上一层芝麻;将锅放在火山,倒入菜油后加温烧开,然后逐个将土豆球放入锅里煎炸,等到土豆球的表面成金黄色时用漏勺捞起来,放入盆子中晾冷后即可食用。主要用于生产土豆麻球。

背景技术    土豆的营养非常的丰富,土豆中含有丰富的蛋白质和淀粉,土豆的食用方法较多,但是一般的土豆的食用方法有这样的缺点,就是一般的土豆的的食用方法比较单一,口感不够香脆。
发明内容    本发明的目的是要提供一种土豆麻球的制作方法,它能有效的解决一般的土豆的的食用方法比较单一,口感不够香脆的缺点。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:土豆麻球的制作方法,将新鲜的猪肉用清水清洗干净,放入锅里加温煮熟并沥干表面的水分,用刀将新鲜的猪肉宰成细粒,加入食盐、鸡精、花椒粉,然后用手搅拌均匀,并分别揉成小肉球;将红薯清洗干净,放到蒸笼中加温蒸熟,用手将土豆的皮去除干净,然后放入搅拌器中将土豆搅拌成土豆泥,用刀将土豆泥切成小块;将土豆泥用手掌按扁,将小肉球放入土豆泥中,用手将小肉球包好并搓成汤圆大小的圆球,并在其表面上撒上一层芝麻;将锅放在火山,倒入菜油后加温烧开,然后逐个将土豆球放入锅里煎炸,等到土豆球的表面成金黄色时用漏勺捞起来,放入盆子中晾冷后即可食用。

具体实施方式    
原料配方:猪肉2公斤、食盐50克、鸡精20克、花椒粉10克、土豆10公斤、芝麻100克、菜油3公斤。
制馅:将新鲜的猪肉用清水清洗干净,放入锅里加温煮熟并沥干表面的水分,用刀将新鲜的猪肉宰成细粒,加入50克食盐、20克鸡精、花椒粉5克,然后用手搅拌均匀,并分别揉成直径为1.5厘米的小肉球。
制皮:将红薯清洗干净,放到蒸笼中加温蒸熟,用手将土豆的皮去除干净,然后放入搅拌器中将土豆搅拌成土豆泥,用刀将土豆泥切成小块。
成型:将土豆泥用手掌按扁,将小肉球放入土豆泥中,用手将小肉球包好并搓成汤圆大小的圆球,并在其表面上撒上一层芝麻。
炸制:将锅放在火山,倒入菜油后加温烧开,然后逐个将土豆球放入锅里煎炸,等到土豆球的表面成金黄色时用漏勺捞起来,放入盆子中晾冷后即可食用。
