根据本发明的一个方面，提供一种液体容器，所述液体容器包括具有上端和下端的外壁，液体材料储集器安装在外壁内部，邻近外壁的上端，所述液体材料储集器具有邻近外壁的上端的开口端以及远离外壁的上端的闭合端，其中所述液体材料储集器由膜密封，所述膜经过布置以便被涂料器弄破。

具体实施方式
在各图中，所示为包括外圆周壁12的容器10。壁12具有下端14，下端14基本上水平并且使容器10能以稳定的方式放在平整表面上。
壁12还具有上端16。液体材料储集器18安装在壁12内部，邻近壁12的上端16。进一步地，储集器18从上端16悬垂下来，如在图1中可很好地看到。如图所示，储集器18具有邻近上端16的开口端20以及面向内的环形侧壁22，侧壁22在远离上端16的闭合端24处结尾。
进一步地，容器10具备盖26，盖26被布置成在邻近外壁12的上端16处与外壁12接合。
进一步地，在邻近壁12的上端16处，容器10具有圆周槽28。此外，盖26具有向下延伸的圆周凸缘29，圆周凸缘29具备内唇30。唇30被布置成与槽28接合。
进一步地，盖26是有孔的，有一个中心孔32被面向内的唇36环绕。
容器10在使用之前都是由膜34密封，膜34优选是柔性的。
此膜34可以是箔层。膜34在盖26与壁12的上端16之间横跨过液体材料储集器18的开口端20。膜34优选具有粘合剂层，通常在其下侧，如图1所示，以确保与壁12的密封接合。膜34和粘合剂层可热密封到壁12或通过其他方式密封。

在图3a中，膜34正施加到壁12的上端16，接下来施加的是盖26。
在图3b中，容器10所示为完全组装好的并且在液体材料储集器18中容纳液体材料40，通常是液体牙科粘合剂。
在图3c中，可看到膜34已被涂料器42弄破，涂料器42是通过孔32手动地插入到液体材料40中。
在图3d中，所示为从容器10中取回之后的涂料器42，在涂料器42的下端有一滴液体材料44。
唇36被布置成在图3d的步骤之后从涂料器42擦去过量的液体材料。
优选地，膜34的厚度范围是从0.001mm到0.2mm，更优选是从0.005mm到0.04mm。
壁12使容器10能被使用者拿在一只手中，同时另一只手可用于涂料器42，涂料器42可以是刷，例如粘合剂刷。
本发明的容器具有普遍适用性，但特别想到的是与牙科粘合剂等液体牙科材料一起使用。
对于所属领域技术人员而言，显而易见的修改和变化被认为在本发明的范围内。

Claims (7)

1.一种液体容器，其特征在于，包括具有上端和下端的外壁，液体储集器安装在所述外壁内部，邻近所述外壁的所述上端，所述液体材料储集器具有邻近所述外壁的所述上端的开口端以及远离所述外壁的所述上端的闭合端，所述液体材料储集器由膜密封，所述膜经过布置以便被涂料器弄破，其中所述液体材料储集器从其所述开口端到所述闭合端向内渐缩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液体容器，特征在于，所述外壁的所述下端基本上是平整的并且使所述容器能以稳定的方式放在平整的表面上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的液体容器，特征在于，所述外壁围绕所述液体材料储集器沿圆周延伸。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项权利要求所述的液体容器，特征在于，所述液体材料储集器从其在所述外壁上的安装点悬垂下来。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项权利要求所述的容器，特征在于，有孔的盖被布置成在邻近所述外壁的所述上端处与所述外壁接合，并且所述柔性膜安置在所述外壁的所述上端与所述盖之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的容器，特征在于，所述有孔的盖具有由内唇环绕的中心孔，所述内唇被布置成用于从所述涂料器擦去过量的液体材料。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项权利要求所述的容器，特征在于，所述储集器容纳液体材料。
