Abstract

Description
本发明涉及用于清洁露趾鞋和闭趾鞋的内部以及内外表面的试剂。
100多年以来,人们关注于清洁鞋子的外部,从而改进鞋子的外观。这最初仅限于对鞋子的纯机械清洁和随后的皮革处理。这种清洁是纯机械的,通常包括刷擦并使用油脂或蜡处理以滋润皮革。近来,用于清洁鞋子外部的化学手段也是已知的,例如在US-A-1447879或US-A-1439915中所描述的。
直到最近卫生方面的考虑才引起人们的关注。例如,EP 1234517公开了使用鞋子清洁方法的设备,其中,所述鞋子接受紫外光照射并接触含臭氧的气氛。然而,这种处理并不是为私人使用,而是为了对鞋底进行预处理以改进其抓地性。而居家常用的所谓鞋子除臭剂,其例如包含大比例的挥发性载体物质,例如丁烷、醇类、丙烷和水,和某些消毒剂、气味结合剂,例如蓖麻醇酸锌。蓖麻醇酸锌具有消除气味的性质,但没有起抑制细菌、真菌或蒸腾作用。但是,已知还有具有抑菌作用或抗真菌作用的鞋子除臭剂。使用这些类型的鞋子除臭剂通常不能达到清洁作用,特别是对沉淀物的清洁。相反,它们还产生额外的问题。
已知污垢、细菌和病毒会导致各种皮肤疾病和过敏性反应。特别是在闭趾鞋中,产生相对温暖,潮湿的环境。考虑到大多数人每天穿鞋达8小时或更长的时间,细菌和病毒有足够的时间在脚上增殖和积累,这并不奇怪。这些细菌和病毒不仅产生令人不适的气味,还污染并感染鞋子和脚。在此方面,统计学给出了清楚的证据。预计仅在欧洲,就有约5.5亿人受到脚臭的困扰。在美国,约1.22亿人患有脚癣(香港脚)。据计算,仅在美国,就有0.21亿人患有人乳头状瘤病毒导致的足底疣。预计,全世界约有2.9亿成年人患有甲癣,约13.4亿人在其周身携带金黄色葡萄球菌,该细菌导致影响脚的不同疾病和过敏性反应。
目前常见的鞋子喷雾难以应用。大部分喷雾甚至难以进入鞋子,并且导致空气被其中包含的快速挥发溶剂污染。此外,被杀灭的细菌和病毒仍留在鞋子中,从而为新的细菌和病毒提供了新的食物来源,使其能够指数级增殖。此外,由于实际的脚运动,不同颗粒诸如皮肤、纤维等受到动能的摩损,并由此提供了供细菌和病毒生存的基础。在此之外,大多数喷雾仅包含一种或两种抗菌物质,且几乎不可能在鞋子中实现长效作用。
日本专利申请JP 10276961-A公开了不激发过敏性反应的清洁剂。这种清洁剂用于清洁鞋子并且喷施在鞋子内部。已开发的试剂具有基于植物的配方,并且以微粒的形式溶于水,在压力下喷施到待清洁的鞋子中。为了提高油脂消毒和真菌灭杀,还喷入了包含臭氧酸的水。因此,鞋子内部也没有发生组合的物理和化学清洁。因此,本发明的目的是创造产生这种双重作用的清洁试剂。
根据本发明,使用高粘度模化材料(modelling material)形式的清洁化合物(cleaning compound)实现了这种鞋子内部清洁的目的,所述高粘度模化材料由天然胶质(native guar)和75重量%至95重量%结合水(combined water)和具有液体防腐作用的消毒剂和含氯化铝的清洁剂,以及抗菌和抗真菌剂组成,其中,浓稠度(consistency)使所述试剂能够用于鞋子的内部或表面并包封游离的颗粒。
可能的消毒剂优选包括醇类或乙醇。通常,醇类的其他形式也是可得的。作为抗真菌剂,优选添加最高达0.5重量%的羟苯甲酸甲酯。
多种活性成分同样可用于改进耐久性。在这种情况下,优选添加最高达0.5重量%的羟苯甲酸丙酯。
通常,还惯常添加少量的芳香物和染料。
芳香物也可提供抗菌作用,其中某些物质,例如柠檬醛和银离子,其抗菌作用也是已知的。
通常,按如下重量%再生产具有合理范围的优选制剂:

不言而喻,随情况不同,在此范围内的不同配方可产生具有更高或稍低的高粘度的清洁化合物。使用者可将本发明的清洁化合物直接压入到鞋子中,借助其高凝聚值,基于其浓稠度而充当模化材料的所述清洁化合物还可以整体拉出。从而使物理杂质在被软化的同时,与从袜子脱落的软毛或其他杂质一起粘附到所述清洁化合物上。同样少量地分散到鞋内表面上的内混物质(mixed-in substances)将这些杂质中和。借助少量的揉捏动作,这些杂质被揉到化合物中,其中在改变所述清洁化合物的表面的同时,又获得新的清洁化合物表面以用于进一步清洁的目的。因此,所述清洁化合物不必在使用一次后抛弃,而是可以反复使用很多次。因为所述清洁化合物在整体上是液体,并因此是流体,其在重力的作用下变成鞋子内部的形状。这所需的时间或多或少,依赖于粘度。因此,可将所述清洁化合物按压一段短时间,随后即刻再将其除去,或在除去前在鞋子中保持较长的时间。因为所述制剂中存在的水和其他液体是结合态,所以对鞋子内部具有轻微的润湿作用。这种作用是期望的,这是因为在表面上的短暂拖延的润湿还能松弛油脂和其他顽固的固体颗粒。
本文所述的制剂,除了相对高比例的5-8重量%的丙三醇外,还包含对鞋子皮革具有调理性的试剂。这种相对高比例的甘油使皮革保持柔软,还使鞋子内部柔顺。
本发明的模化化合物具有对抗脚部疾病的预防作用,例如脚癣、甲癣(灰指甲)和念珠菌病(鹅口疮)。对本文所述的模化化合物制剂的测试显示,在接触数分钟后,可杀灭99%的所有这些细菌。在除去所述清洁化合物后,经测定,经此方式处理的鞋子中游离颗粒和细菌明显减少达100%,因此,还有效消除了异味的形成。这与很多喷雾完全相反,喷雾试图通过添加芳香物掩盖不良气味。
已证明,比例占2-7重量%的烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵是特别有效的消毒剂。还可通过消毒剂二癸基二甲基氯化铵进一步改进这种作用,二癸基二甲基氯化铵还可与上述消毒剂和其他消毒剂有效地组合使用。已经证实,硼酸适合作为消毒剂,在本文中可以使用量为0.1-0.5重量%的硼酸。
添加小于0.5重量%的羟苯甲酸甲酯提高了所述清洁化合物的耐久性。羟苯甲酸丙酯,优选以小于0.5重量%的量添加到所述清洁化合物中,具有这种作用并且还具有一定的清洁作用。
可使用上述配方获得粘度在50,000至150,000mPa.s之间的清洁化合物。这意味着所述清洁化合物还能够穿透裂口、狭缝和接缝,同时内聚力也足以使所述化合物在被除去时保持在一起。因此,所述清洁化合物能够吸收或包封杂质,杀灭细菌和病毒,中和异味,并通过粘附并入死去的细菌。
Claims (13)
1.用于清洁露趾鞋和闭趾鞋的内部以及内外表面的试剂,其特征在于所述试剂是高粘度模化材料,其由天然胶质和75重量%至95重量%结合水和具有液体防腐作用的消毒剂和含氯化铝的清洁剂,以及抗菌和抗真菌剂组成,其中,所述试剂的浓稠度使其能够用于鞋子的内部或表面并包封游离的颗粒。
2.如权利要求1所述的试剂,其特征在于所述消毒剂是醇类。
3.如权利要求1所述的试剂,其特征在于所述消毒剂是乙醇。
4.如权利要求3所述的试剂,其特征在于存在作为额外消毒剂的烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的试剂,其特征在于存在作为额外消毒剂的二癸基二甲基氯化铵。
6.如权利要求3-5中任一项所述的试剂,其特征在于包含作为其他消毒剂的硼酸。
7.如权利要求1所述的试剂,其特征在于所述模化材料的粘度在50,000至80,000mPa.s之间。
8.如权利要求1所述的试剂,其特征在于包含最多0.5重量%的作为抗真菌剂的羟苯甲酸甲酯。
9.如权利要求1所述的试剂,其特征在于包含最多0.5重量%的羟苯甲酸丙酯以改进耐久性。
10.如权利要求1所述的试剂,其特征在于其包含双咪唑烷基脲以改进耐久性。
11.如权利要求1所述的试剂,其特征在于其至少还具有润湿作用,其溶解油脂和其他顽固的固体颗粒,随后将其吸附。
