本发明公开了合金辊环内圆研磨机，包括机架、设置在机架一端的合金辊环夹紧装置、设置在机架另一端的磨轮传动装置、磨轮组件，所述磨轮组件包括小传动轴和设置在小传动轴一端的磨砂轮，所述磨轮传动装置靠近夹紧装置的一端设有螺纹孔，所述小传动轴的另一端设有与螺纹孔相适配的螺纹。本发明的优点是：在加工不同尺寸的合金辊环内壁时，可以根据合金辊环的尺寸，选择不同大小的磨砂轮，配合不同尺寸的小传动轴。只用一台机床就可以加工多种不同尺寸的合金辊环，有效降低了企业的生产成本，更换磨砂轮也很方便，提高了生产效率。

本发明涉及合金辊环内圆研磨机。
背景技术
硬质合金辊环在多个行业中均有较为广泛的应用，比如在螺纹钢的生产中产用二维冷轧工艺就需要使用到。对于合金辊环内圈的研磨，目前都是将待加工的合金辊环夹在机床上，然后另一端利用电机带动传动轴传动，磨砂轮固定在传动轴上，传动轴的直径是固定的，因此设置在其上的磨砂轮范围较小，对于加工两批尺寸变化较大的合金辊环，就需要更换传动轴大小，费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供合金辊环内圆研磨机，能够有效解决现有合金辊环内圆研磨机在加工尺寸变化较大的不同批次合金辊环时需要更换传动轴，费时费力的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：合金辊环内圆研磨机，包括机架、设置在机架一端的合金辊环夹紧装置、设置在机架另一端的磨轮传动装置、磨轮组件，所述磨轮组件包括小传动轴和设置在小传动轴一端的磨砂轮，所述磨轮传动装置靠近夹紧装置的一端设有螺纹孔，所述小传动轴的另一端设有与螺纹孔相适配的螺纹。
优选的，所述磨轮传动装置包括磨轮电机、滑动设置在机架另一端的基座、由磨轮电机带动转动设置在基座上的大传动轴，所述螺纹孔设置在大传动轴靠近夹紧装置一端的端面上；结构简单，使用方便，故障率低。
优选的，所述夹紧装置为三爪卡盘；装夹方便，有效提高加工效率。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点是：在加工不同尺寸的合金辊环内壁时，可以根据合金辊环的尺寸，选择不同大小的磨砂轮，配合不同尺寸的小传动轴。只用一台机床就可以加工多种不同尺寸的合金辊环，有效降低了企业的生产成本，更换磨砂轮也很方便，提高了生产效率。

参阅图1为本发明合金辊环内圆研磨机的实施例，合金辊环内圆研磨机，包括机架1、设置在机架1一端的合金辊环夹紧装置8、设置在机架1另一端的磨轮传动装置、磨轮组件，所述磨轮组件包括小传动轴2和设置在小传动轴2一端的磨砂轮3，所述磨轮传动装置靠近夹紧装置8的一端设有螺纹孔4，所述小传动轴2的另一端设有与螺纹孔4相适配的螺纹，所述磨轮传动装置包括磨轮电机5、滑动设置在机架1另一端的基座6、由磨轮电机5带动转动设置在基座6上的大传动轴7，所述螺纹孔4设置在大传动轴7靠近夹紧装置8一端的端面上，所述夹紧装置8为三爪卡盘，研磨电机通过皮带轮带动大传动轴7转动。
在加工不同尺寸的合金辊环内壁时，可以根据合金辊环的尺寸，选择不同大小的磨砂轮3，配合不同尺寸的小传动轴2。只用一台机床就可以加工多种不同尺寸的合金辊环，有效降低了企业的生产成本，更换磨砂轮3也很方便，提高了生产效率。

1.合金辊环内圆研磨机，包括机架（1）、设置在机架（1）一端的合金辊环夹紧装置（8）、设置在机架（1）另一端的磨轮传动装置，其特征在于：还包括磨轮组件，所述磨轮组件包括小传动轴（2）和设置在小传动轴（2）一端的磨砂轮（3），所述磨轮传动装置靠近夹紧装置（8）的一端设有螺纹孔（4），所述小传动轴（2）的另一端设有与螺纹孔（4）相适配的螺纹。
2.如权利要求1所述的合金辊环内圆研磨机，其特征在于：所述磨轮传动装置包括磨轮电机（5）、滑动设置在机架（1）另一端的基座（6）、由磨轮电机（5）带动转动设置在基座（6）上的大传动轴（7），所述螺纹孔（4）设置在大传动轴（7）靠近夹紧装置（8）一端的端面上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的合金辊环内圆研磨机，其特征在于：所述夹紧装置（8）为三爪卡盘。
