Abstract

本申请提供一种硅酸锌锰的制备方法。所述方法包括如下步骤:步骤一,以蒸馏水、无水乙醇和正硅酸乙酯制备二氧化硅溶胶;步骤二,制备锌盐和锰盐的混合液;步骤三,将所述二氧化硅溶胶调节为中性或酸性;步骤四,将上述锌盐和锰盐的混合液加入到二氧化硅溶胶中形成凝胶;步骤五,干燥凝胶,保温,研磨,还原气氛下保温还原得到硅酸锌锰。该制备方法工艺简单、设备要求低。所述方法制备得到的硅酸锌锰荧光粉颗粒的大小均匀、形貌单一,发光性能好。
