背景技术

摆式悬挂驱动轴构造包括驱动轴20和摆式悬架,驱动轴20通过所述摆式悬架30摆动悬挂。
摆式悬架30包括驱动轴紧固件106以及固定连接到车辆的紧固构造32、34,的述驱动轴紧固件连接到驱动轴20并且相对于所述紧固构造32、34可枢转地以轴承支承的方式接合于轴承中。所述可枢转的轴承包括滑动轴承37、38。
紧固构造32、34包括前和后摇臂悬架32、34。前摇臂悬架32设置在驱动轴20的前方面,且后摇臂悬架设置在驱动轴20的后方,即,驱动轴20安装在前摇臂悬架32与后摇臂悬架34之间。因此,获得驱动轴20的稳定悬挂。根据该实施例,在驱动轴20由后驱动轴20构成时,前摇臂悬架32设置在驱动轴20与电动机60之间。各个摇臂悬架32、34通过紧固件32a、34a固定地连接到车辆。
各个摇臂悬架32、34具有大致环形的剖面(profile),通过该剖面,大致水平的臂部32b、34b从每侧中伸出。在各个臂部32b、34b处,所述紧固件32a、34a设置成附接到车辆。各个摇臂悬架32、34具有内环形表面32c、34c。
此外,驱动轴构造包括用于驱动驱动轴20的传动构造50,其中传动构造50包括从动输入轴52或小齿轮52。根据该实施例的传动构造50由锥齿轮构成。根据可替换实施例,传动构造50由差分器构成。
驱动输入轴52基本上沿车辆的纵向延伸,并且因此与驱动轴20垂直,其中驱动功率设置成通过传动构造50(此处为锥齿轮)进行传递。输入轴52连接到电动机60的转子62,转子62的转子轴64直接或通过诸如行星齿轮的齿轮构造(未示出)连接到所述输入轴52。根据一变型,转子轴64的延伸部分以及所述输入轴52(即,所述小齿轮)构成一整体部分。
驱动轴20的部分和传动构造50被容纳在外壳构造100的中心部分中。外壳构造100包括大致管状的延伸部分102、104,所述大致管状的延伸部分从外壳构造的中心部分的每侧横向地延伸,驱动轴20设置成在所述管状的延伸部分中延伸。
外壳构造100进一步包括第一锥形延伸部分106和第二锥形延伸部分108,第一锥形延伸部分从外壳构造的前部纵向地延伸并且沿向前的方向逐渐变细,第二锥形延伸部分从外壳构造的后部纵向地延伸并且沿向后的方向逐渐变细。
外壳构造的第一锥形延伸部分106在端部106a处通过第一滑动轴承37以轴承支承的方式连接到前摇臂悬架32,其中第一锥形延伸部分106相对于前摇臂悬架32可旋转。因此,第一滑动轴承37设置在前摇臂悬架32的内环形表面32c与第一锥形延伸部分106的端部106a的外表面106b之间。
外壳构造的第二锥形延伸部分108在端部108a处通过第二滑动轴承38以轴承支承的方式连接到后摇臂悬架34,其中第二锥形延伸部分108相对于后摇臂悬架34可旋转。因此,第二滑动轴承38设置在后摇臂悬架34的内环形表面34c与第二锥形延伸部分108的端部108a的外表面108b之间。
外壳构造100的第一锥形延伸部分106在端部106a处连接到电动机60的定子66,驱动轴紧固件包括所述锥形延伸部分106。电动机60在第一滑动轴承37内连接到锥形延伸部分106。
外壳构造100的第一锥形延伸部分106包括外锥体106c和设置在所述外锥体106c内部的内锥体106d。内锥体106d构成对输入轴52的保护。因此,外锥体106c的外表面106b抵靠第一滑动轴承37滑动地设置。根据该实施例,外锥体106c为承载式。根据该实施例,外锥体106c连接到电动机60的定子66,其中电动机60连接到外锥体106c并且其连接到第一滑动轴承37内部。外锥体106c和电动机的定子可通过任何合适的连接(诸如螺纹接头加固件)连接。
根据可替换实施例,电动机60连接到内锥体106d,电动机60还在第一滑动轴承37内部连接到内锥体106d。所述连接包括紧固件,根据实施例,紧固件通过螺纹接头加固件构成。
根据又一可替换实施例,电动机60通过紧固件连接在外锥体与内锥体之间,根据一变型,紧固件通过螺纹接头加固件构成。
由于电动机60连接到第一锥形延伸部分106(即外锥体和/或内锥体)的事实,所以消除了转子轴64与输入轴52之间由于车辆的重量造成的滑动轴承37的上部分的磨损而发生断裂的风险。
外壳构造100的第二锥形延伸部分108包括外锥体108c和设置在所述外锥体内部的内锥体108d。因此,外锥体108c的外表面108b抵靠第二滑动轴承38滑动地设置。根据该实施例,外锥体108c为承载式。内锥体108d构造成对传动构造的保护。
因此,驱动轴紧固件包括外锥体和设置在外锥体内部的内锥体。所述滑动轴承设置在所述外锥体与所述紧固构造之间。
电动机的转子60连接到输入轴以用于驱动所述输入轴。电动机60的包括电动机的转子60的非旋转部分固定地连接到驱动轴紧固件的所述内锥体。
根据可替换实施例,车辆的前驱动轴为摆式悬挂。

Claims (9)

1.用于机动车辆的传动系统,包括通过摆式悬架(30)悬挂的驱动轴(20),所述摆式悬架(30)包括紧固构造(32、34)以及驱动轴紧固件(106),所述紧固构造固定地连接到所述车辆,所述驱动轴紧固件连接到所述驱动轴(20)并且相对于所述紧固构造(32、34)可枢转地以轴承支承的方式接合,其中所述传动构造(50)包括从动输入轴(52),其特征在于包括被设置成用于驱动所述驱动轴(20)的电动机(60),其中所述电动机(60)的转子连接到所述输入轴(52),并且所述电动机(60)的非旋转部分固定地连接到所述驱动轴紧固件(106),所述电动机的所述非旋转部分包括所述电动机(60)的定子(66)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的传动系统,其中,所述可枢转的轴承包括滑动轴承(37、38)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的传动系统,其中,所述电动机(60)的所述非旋转部分在所述滑动轴承(37)的内轴承部分内部连接到所述驱动轴紧固件(106)。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的传动系统,其中,所述驱动轴紧固件(106)包括外锥体,其中所述滑动轴承(37)设置在所述外锥体与所述紧固构造(32)之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的传动系统,其中,所述紧固构造(32、34)包括前摇臂悬架(32)和后摇臂悬架(34)。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的传动系统,其中,所述驱动轴紧固件(32、34)包括设置在所述外锥体内部的内锥体。
7.根据权利要求4至6中任一项所述的传动系统,其中,所述电动机(60)的所述非旋转部分连接到所述外锥体。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的传动系统,其中,所述电动机(60)的所述非旋转部分连接到所述内锥体。
9.机动车辆,包括根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的传动系统。
