本发明公开了一种柴油机箱体,属于内燃机技术领域。 
背景技术
市场上柴油机的机油泵位于上缸体后端、由凸轮轴驱动,机油泵的进油管路分别由上、下缸体内的铸造油道组成;其缺点在于:首先,机油泵位置较高,机油泵进油时间长,润滑系统供油时间长,轴颈等运动表面容易出现因为干摩擦而引起的拉瓦、咬死现象;其次,上、下缸体之间可能存在缝隙而引起机油泵吸空不上油,给发动机带来致命的故障。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种润滑速度快、安全性高的柴油机箱体。
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:一种柴油机箱体,包括上、下箱体,所述上箱体、气缸套、气缸盖通过螺栓连接压紧,所述下箱体齿轮室内设有有机油泵。
上述技术方案与现有技术的区别在于:该机油泵位于下箱体上,位置较低,进油时间短,可快速润滑曲颈等结构;上箱体、气缸套、气缸盖通过螺栓连接压紧,使得上箱体结构更加稳固。
进一步地,所述机油泵的进油管道和出油管道位于下箱体内,缩短了机油泵的进油和出油路程,避免上、下箱体之间的缝隙引起机油泵吸空不上油。
本发明结构简单,安全性高,适于推广。

具体实施方式
参照图1,一种柴油机箱体,包括铸造成型的上箱体1和下箱体2,上箱体1和下箱体2通过螺栓连接,所述上箱体1、气缸套、气缸盖通过长螺栓连接压紧,所述下箱体2齿轮室内设有有机油泵3,该机油泵3的进油管道和出油管道均设置于下箱体2内。
该机油泵3位于下箱体2上,位置较低,进油时间短,可快速润滑曲颈等结构,进油管道和出油管道位于下箱体2内,缩短了机油泵的进油和出油路程,避免由于上箱体1和下箱体2之间的缝隙引起机油泵吸空不上油。

1.一种柴油机箱体,其特征在于:包括上、下箱体,所述上箱体、气缸套、气缸盖通过螺栓连接压紧,所述下箱体齿轮室内设有机油泵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柴油机箱体,其特征在于:所述机油泵的进油管道和出油管道位于下箱体内。
