本发明公开了一种异径螺杆冷喂料排气挤出机,包括多阶异径螺杆构成的挤出螺杆,与异径螺杆配合使用的挤出机筒、排气机筒、塑化机筒、喂料座以及薄通环等,为实现产能平衡,所述挤出螺杆工作段螺纹外径分阶改变,挤出螺杆可采用整体结构也可采用分体结构,各阶之间采用螺纹联接,设计有保证相邻两阶螺杆外径同轴度的定位段,并采用轴向密封和端面密封共用的形式保证螺杆水道的密封性;螺杆头焊接或通过螺纹联接在螺杆体上,螺杆体前段加工更大的水道。本发明的冷喂料排气挤出机通过采用异径挤出螺杆,巧妙的释放了采用强制冷喂料的第一阶冷喂料螺杆的最大产能,可大幅提高冷喂料排气挤出机的生产效率,降低单位能耗。

Description

异径螺杆冷喂料排气挤出机
(一)技术领域:
本发明涉及橡胶冷喂料排气挤出机,特别是一种异径螺杆冷喂料排气挤出机。
(二)背景技术:
冷喂料排气挤出机是橡胶加工过程中常用的一种设备,采用常压硫化、无模硫化的橡胶制品如橡胶密封条、电线、内胎及部分电缆、胶管等多采用冷喂料排气挤出机进行连续化生产。随着轮胎加工工艺的发展以及轮胎部件预硫化技术的应用,部分轮胎部件也表现出对排气挤出技术的需求。
冷喂料排气挤出机多采用二阶等径螺杆,由两根普通螺杆串联而成,第一阶为普通冷喂料螺杆,通过带有喂料辊的喂料座进行强制喂料后,胶料经过塑化、增温,然后通过第一计量段和薄通段进入第二阶;第二阶为热喂料螺杆,通过调整排气段螺杆的结构,增加螺槽深度、增大螺纹导程,使得胶料在排气段并不充满螺槽,在排气段的机筒设置排气口进行抽真空,在较高的温度和负压共同作用下,胶料中的水分蒸发为气态、一些溶剂和易挥发的单体也同时气化,连同胶料中本来夹杂的少量空气被真空泵抽走,从而实现了胶料排气,然后胶料经过压缩,通过第二计量段稳定进入机头,再通过机头口型挤出成型橡胶制品。由此可见,排气挤出机正常工作的基本条件是第一阶螺杆和第二阶螺杆的产能相同。
普通二阶等径螺杆由于第一阶为强制冷喂料,第二阶相当于自由热喂料,且为保证排气效率,其第二阶螺杆相当于不充足喂料,故前后两阶螺杆理论最大产能有着巨大的差异,只能通过限制第一阶螺杆的产能来实现前后两阶产能平衡,使得排气挤出机的产能只有同规格同转速下销钉冷喂料挤出机的50%~60%,且当胶料更换或机头模具更换引起机头压力改变时,前后两阶产能平衡很容易被打破,出现冒料或挤出波动现象,若追求产能提升则排气效率无法保证,排气效果不稳定。
(三)发明内容:
本发明提供一种异径螺杆冷喂料排气挤出机,其目的是解决排气挤出机产能低,适应能力差,排气效果不稳定的问题,以提高和扩大现有排气挤出机的应用水平和范围。
能够实现上述目的的异径螺杆冷喂料排气挤出机,包括由二阶螺杆或多阶螺杆构成的挤出螺杆、以及配合挤出螺杆工作的机筒和喂料座、和驱动挤出螺杆旋转的传动机构,所不同的是为实现产能平衡,所述挤出螺杆的工作段螺纹外径分阶改变,与其配合的机筒内径也相应改变。
所述挤出螺杆常规为二阶螺杆,二阶螺杆包括第一阶冷喂料螺杆和第二阶热喂料螺杆,所述机筒包括挤出机筒、排气机筒和塑化机筒,所述排气机筒和塑化机筒之间设置薄通环;按挤出方向,所述冷喂料螺杆工作段分别为对应于喂料座的喂料段、对应于塑化机筒的塑化段和和第一计量段,对应于薄通环的薄通段(薄通环与薄通段形成配合,控制胶料进入排气段的形态,可通过改变薄通环的结构来改变胶料进入排气段的形态),所述热喂料螺杆工作段分别为对应于排气机筒的排气段、对应于挤出机筒的压缩段和第二计量段;所述热喂料螺杆工作段的螺纹外径大于冷喂料螺杆工作段的螺纹外径,即在冷喂料螺杆工作段的螺纹外径保持不变的情况下,加大热喂料螺杆工作段的螺纹外径。
由于加大了热喂料螺杆的直径,使其最大产能与冷喂料螺杆相同,实现产能平衡,因此排气挤出机的最大产能就与同直径强制喂料的冷喂料挤出机相同,产能可比同规格普通排气挤出机提高50%以上,并且由于热喂料螺杆的生产能力得到释放,前后两阶螺杆都在一种稳定状态下运行,产能平衡也更稳定。
所述冷喂料螺杆工作段螺纹外径的三次方与热喂料螺杆工作段螺纹外径的三次方的比值为0.5~0.7。
所述冷喂料螺杆工作段螺纹外径的三次方与热喂料螺杆工作段螺纹外径的三次方的优选比值为0.5、0.55、0.6、0.65、0.7。
所述挤出螺杆为整体结构;或挤出螺杆为各阶螺杆可拆卸单独更换的分体结构(可在胶料特性或其它外部条件发生较大改变时更换其中一阶螺杆,满足适应性要求),分体结构中,各阶螺杆之间采用螺纹连接,连接处设计有保证相邻两阶螺杆外径同轴度的定位段,并采用轴向密封和端面密封形式保证连接处螺杆水道的密封性。
所述挤出螺杆的最后一阶螺杆的螺杆头焊接或螺纹连接在该螺杆前段的螺杆体上,便于在前段螺杆体加工出更大的螺杆水道,从而更好的控制胶温,减轻螺杆重量。
所述挤出机筒和排气机筒可设计为整体结构或设计为分体结构。
分体结构的挤出机筒和排气机筒中,设计有(在胶料特性等外部条件发生重大改变时)配合螺杆进行更换的可拆卸挤出机筒衬套和排气机筒衬套。
所述薄通环可采用单体结构,也可采用定环与动环组合的结构。当采用定环与动环组合的结构时,可通过伸出机筒外的旋臂,使动环旋转一定的角度,改变胶料通过的截面积,调节胶料的流量,实现在线动态调节,更好地平衡两阶螺杆的产能。
所述传动机构为电机驱动的减速箱。
本发明的优点:
1、本发明异径螺杆冷喂料排气挤出机改变传统的调节冷喂料螺杆产能适应热喂料螺杆产能的模式,通过调整热喂料螺杆的直径来实现产能平衡,最大限度的释放排气挤出机的生产能力,提高生产效率,降低单位能耗。
2、本发明中,二阶螺杆可采用整体结构,也可采用分体结构,前后两阶采用螺纹联接;挤出机筒和排气机筒可采用整体结构,也可采用分体结构,设计可更换的衬套。使得胶料特性等外部条件发生重大改变时,设备可通过更换少量部件来适应。
3、本发明中,热喂料螺杆头部采用分体式结构,加大热喂料螺杆的计量段螺杆水道截面积,有利于控制进入机头的胶料温度,有利于提高挤出稳定性。
4、本发明中采用可更换的薄通环设计,有利于控制胶料进入排气段的形态,增大胶料的自由表面积,提高排气效率。
5、本发明中采用的薄通环亦可设计为定环与动环的组合,实现在线动态调节胶料通过的截面积,从而调节胶料的流量,更好地平衡两阶螺杆的产能,消除冒料或挤出波动。

下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明:
本发明异径螺杆冷喂料排气挤出机包括二阶螺杆1、机筒、喂料座5、电机16和减速箱17。所述喂料座5固装于减速箱17的输出端,减速箱17输入端的输入轴连接电机16的输出轴,所述机筒末端连接喂料座5(喂料座5上带有旁压辊,具有强制喂料功能),机筒前端连接挤出机头,所述二阶螺杆1置于机筒和喂料座5内,二阶螺杆1的轴端连接减速箱17输出端的输出轴,所述电机16的动力通过减速箱17传递给二阶螺杆1,二阶螺杆1的旋转完成橡胶胶料的挤出过程,如图1所示。
所述二阶螺杆1采用分体结构,沿挤出方向,二阶螺杆1由第一阶冷喂料螺杆9和第二阶热喂料螺杆10螺纹连接而成。所述冷喂料螺杆9从喂料开始,其工作段(采用产能高、塑化效果好、挤出稳定、适应能力强的销钉式结构)依次可分为喂料段、塑化段、第一计量段和薄通段;所述热喂料螺杆10的工作段依次可分为排气段、压缩段和第二计量段;冷喂料螺杆9与热喂料螺杆10的螺纹连接处设于薄通段,连接处设计有保证前、后两阶螺杆外径同轴度的定位段13,并采用轴向密封圈15和端面密封圈15保证连接处螺杆水道14的密封性,如图3、图4所示。
为便于在热喂料螺杆10的前段,即热喂料螺杆10第二计量段处的螺杆体11内加工出更大的螺杆水道14(大螺杆水道14可以减轻螺杆重量,降低螺杆自重的影响,也有利于控制胶料温度,提高挤出稳定性),热喂料螺杆10的螺杆头12与第二计量段的螺杆体11采用分体结构,所述螺杆头12可焊接在螺杆体11上,也可以通过螺纹旋接在螺杆体11上(需通过采取密封措施来保证两者之间的密封面不漏水),如图5所示。
所述机筒由挤出机筒2、排气机筒3和塑化机筒4同轴连接构成(其中挤出机筒2和排气机筒3采用分体结构),所述塑化机筒4连接喂料座5,排气机筒3和塑化机筒4连接处设置薄通环6;冷喂料螺杆9配合于塑化机筒4与喂料座5,冷喂料螺杆9的喂料段位置对应于喂料座5,塑化段和第一计量段位置对应于塑化机筒4,薄通段位置对应于薄通环6,薄通环6与薄通段形成环形狭缝;热喂料螺杆10配合于挤出机筒2和排气机筒3,热喂料螺杆10的排气段位置对应于排气机筒3(排气机筒3上开设有抽气孔,可通过真空泵抽真空,实现排气挤出),压缩段和第二计量段位置对应于挤出机筒2;所述挤出机筒2和排气机筒3内设计可拆卸的挤出机筒衬套8和排气机筒衬套7,配合热喂料螺杆10单独进行更换,如图1、图2所示。
所述薄通环6亦可设计为定环与动环组合的结构,定环和动环的内圆上加工数个周向均布大小相等的凹槽,通过伸出机筒外的旋臂,使动环旋转一定的角度,改变胶料通过的截面积,调节胶料的流量,实现在线动态调节,更好地平衡两阶螺杆的产能。为平衡产能,所述热喂料螺杆10工作段的螺纹外径大于冷喂料螺杆9工作段的螺纹外径,两者工作段螺纹外径之间的大小关系应满足:冷喂料螺杆9工作段螺纹外径三次方与热喂料螺杆10工作段螺纹外径三次方的比值处于0.5~0.7之间,该区间的最佳取值分别为0.5、0.55、0.6、0.65、0.7。
以上所述仅为本发明采用二阶螺杆1的实施方式,若按更细致的功能要求,挤出螺杆还可进一步细分为多阶螺杆。凡在本发明公开的范围之内所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.异径螺杆冷喂料排气挤出机,包括由二阶螺杆(1)或多阶螺杆构成的挤出螺杆、以及配合挤出螺杆工作的机筒和喂料座(5)、和驱动挤出螺杆旋转的传动机构,其特征在于:为实现产能平衡,所述挤出螺杆的工作段螺纹外径分阶改变,与其配合的机筒内径也相应改变。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷喂料排气挤出机异径挤出螺杆,其特征在于:所述挤出螺杆为二阶螺杆(1),包括第一阶冷喂料螺杆(9)和第二阶热喂料螺杆(10),所述机筒包括挤出机筒(2)、排气机筒(3)和塑化机筒(4),所述排气机筒(3)和塑化机筒(4)之间设置薄通环(6);按挤出方向,所述冷喂料螺杆(9)工作段分别为对应于喂料座(5)的喂料段、对应于塑化机筒(4)的塑化段和第一计量段、对应于薄通环(6)的薄通段,所述热喂料螺杆(10)工作段分别为对应于排气机筒(3)的排气段、对应于挤出机筒(2)的压缩段和第二计量段;所述热喂料螺杆(10)工作段的螺纹外径大于冷喂料螺杆(9)工作段的螺纹外径。
3.根据权利要求2所述的冷喂料排气挤出机异径挤出螺杆,其特征在于:所述冷喂料螺杆(9)工作段螺纹外径三次方与热喂料螺杆(10)工作段螺纹外径三次方的比值为0.5~0.7。
4.根据权利要求3所述的冷喂料排气挤出机异径挤出螺杆,其特征在于:所述冷喂料螺杆(9)工作段螺纹外径三次方与热喂料螺杆(10)工作段螺纹外径三次方的优化比值分别为0.5、0.55、0.6、0.65、0.7。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任意一项所述的异径螺杆冷喂料排气挤出机,其特征在于:所述挤出螺杆为整体结构;或为各阶螺杆可拆卸单独更换的分体结构,各阶螺杆之间采用螺纹连接,连接处设计有保证相邻两阶螺杆外径同轴度的定位段(13),并采用轴向密封和端面密封形式保证连接处螺杆水道(14)的密封性。
6.根据权利要求1~4中任意一项所述的异径螺杆冷喂料排气挤出机,其特征在于:所述挤出螺杆的最后一阶螺杆的螺杆头(12)焊接或螺纹连接在该螺杆前段的螺杆体(11)上,于前段螺杆体(11)加工出更大的螺杆水道(14)。
7.根据权利要求2~4中任意一项所述的异径螺杆冷喂料排气挤出机,其特征在于:所述挤出机筒(2)和排气机筒(3)为整体结构或为分体结构。
8.根据权利要求7所述的异径螺杆冷喂料排气挤出机,其特征在于:分体结构的挤出机筒(2)和排气机筒(3)中,设计有配合螺杆进行更换的可拆卸挤出机筒衬套(8)和排气机筒衬套(7)。
9.根据权利要求2~4中任意一项所述的异径螺杆冷喂料排气挤出机,其特征在于:所述薄通环(6)采用单体结构;为在线动态调节胶料通过的截面积,薄通环(6)采用定环与动环组合的结构。
10.根据权利要求1~4中任意一项所述的异径螺杆冷喂料排气挤出机,其特征在于:所述传动机构为电机(16)驱动的减速箱(17)。
