Abstract

本发明公开了一种心包穿刺针组件,包括穿刺针,导丝在所述的穿刺针内延伸;所述导丝包括远端和近端,其远端为固定弯形;在穿刺针的近端还固定有接头;所述固定弯头端由所述导丝弯曲构成,其弯形是适合于从展开结构弯曲成预定弯形的结构,末端为尖形结构,由形状记忆材料制成;所述固定弯头端的曲率半径从尖形头端处开始呈逐渐变大或阶梯性变大,在尖形头端处最小。本发明的心包穿刺针组件,在对心包进行穿刺时,不会对心脏造成损害。

Description

一种心包穿刺针组件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种穿刺针组件,具体的讲涉及一种心包穿刺针组件。 
背景技术
心包是心脏外围紧紧包裹着的一层结缔组织膜结构。在进行心外消融手术的时候,必须人为的把紧贴于心脏外壁的心包打一个通路,以便于消融设备通过该通路进入心脏外壁和心包之间进行消融。 
目前现有的心包穿刺设备形状多样,如中国专利CN00257117.X公开一种无创心包穿刺针,包括外套管、针芯和端封帽组成;所述的外套管为内空的套在针芯外面的有柔性的套管,针芯为实心的穿刺针,通过端封帽固定于外套管的末端。在针芯刺入心包后,将针芯退出,外套管继续送入心包腔,抽取心包积液或注入药物。 
但是,现有的穿刺针多为直针结构,在临床操作时,常因进针不到位而导致穿刺失败,有时也因进针过深而刺伤心肌。 
发明内容
本发明提供一种心包穿刺针组件,包括穿刺针,导丝在所述的穿刺针内延伸;所述导丝包括远端和近端,其远端为固定弯头端;在穿刺针的近端还固定有接头;所述固定弯头端由所述导丝弯曲构成,其弯形是适合于从展开结构弯曲成预定弯形的结构,末端为尖形结构,由形状记忆材料制成;
所述固定弯头端的曲率半径从尖形头端处开始呈逐渐变大或阶梯性变大,在尖形头端处最小。 
所述固定弯头端的弯形是类渐开线状或不规则弯形。 
在本发明的一个具体实施方案中,所述固定弯头端的弯形是类渐开线状,包括第一弯曲部,第二弯曲部和第三弯曲部。 
所述第一弯曲部的曲率半径不大于2mm,所述第二弯曲部的曲率半径不大于 1.5mm,第三弯曲部的曲率半径不大于1mm。 
所述固定弯头端部分的导丝是圆柱形结构,其直径为0.2-0.5mm。 
所述固定弯头端部分的导丝是扁型结构,其宽度优选为0.2-0.5mm。 
所述穿刺针为无针尖结构。 
所述穿刺针由两段管连接构成,所述远端管由镍钛合金材料制成,所述近端管由不锈钢材料制成。 
所述穿刺针远端的直径小于其近端的直径。 
所述穿刺针近端部分的内径为0.5-1.1mm,远端部分的内径为0.2-0.6mm。 
当所述穿刺针由两段管连接构成时,所述远端管的长度优选为40-100mm,所述近端管的长度优选60-120mm。 
所述导丝的远端在所述穿刺针的内部轴向上延伸,所述导丝的近端为自由端或固定于所述接头上。 
在本发明的一个优选实施方式中,所述的心包穿刺针组件,在对心包进行穿刺时,不会对心脏造成损害。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细的说明,但本发明不仅仅限于下面的实施例。 
图1所示的是本发明的一种优选的心包穿刺针组件10的立体结构示意图,包括穿刺针12,导丝13在所述的穿刺针12内延伸。所述导丝为细长、可弯曲的柔性结构,其包括远端和近端。所述导丝13的远端为固定弯形,其末端为尖 形结构。在穿刺针13的近端还固定有接头11。 
图2所示的是根据本发明的心包穿刺针组件的平面结构示意图;图3所示的是根据本发明的优选实施例的心包穿刺针10沿图2所示的B-B线的剖视图,表示接头11、穿刺针12以及导丝13之间的连接关系,图4所示的是沿图2所示的A-A线的剖视图。所述穿刺针12为管状结构,其包括远端和近端,其可由任何合适的生物相容性的材料制成,如不锈钢材料或镍钛合金材料。所述穿刺针12的远端为无针尖结构,优选的为圆角结构,防止其刺破心脏。 
所述穿刺针12可由一段管一体成型,也可以是两段管连接构成。优选的,所述穿刺针12由两段管连接构成,包括远端管21和近端管22,如图3所示。所述远端管21和近端管22的连接方法为,将所述远端管21的末端插入所述近端管22内,通过粘结或焊接进行固定。所述远端管21和近端管22可由相同的材料制成,也可由不同的材料制成。优选的,所述远端管21由镍钛合金材料制成,所述近端管22由不锈钢材料制成,这样可以保证所述穿刺针12在体内的一定的弯曲度。 
所述穿刺针12的直径,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要进行设定。所述穿刺针12可以是直径均一的管状结构,也可以是远端和近端具有不同的直径。优选的,所述穿刺针12远端的直径小于其近端的直径,因为所述穿刺针12的近端需要提供一定的支撑力,而所述穿刺针12的远端需要有一定的柔软度,用来实现弯曲。在一个具体实施方案中,所述穿刺针12近端部分的内径为0.5-1.1mm,远端部分的内径为0.2-0.6mm。 
所述穿刺针12的长度,本领域技术人员也可以根据实际需要进行设定。在一个具体实施方案中,当所述穿刺针12由远端管21和近端管22连接构成时,所述远端管21的长度优选为40-100mm,所述近端管22的长度优选60-120mm;所述远端管21和所述近端管22之间的连接部分的长度,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要进行设定。 
如图5所示的是图1中C处的放大图,表示本发明优选实施例的心包穿刺组件的导丝13头端的结构。如图3和图5所示,所述导丝13为细长、可弯曲的柔性结构,其可由任何合适的具有形状记忆功能的高弹性材料制成,优选为镍钛合金材料。所述导丝13优选为实心结构,其内部没有空腔。 
图3和图5所示,所述导丝13包括远端和近端,所述导丝13的远端为 固定弯头端32。所述固定弯头端32的结构是适合于从展开结构弯曲成预定弯形的结构,所述固定弯头端32的末端为尖形结构,可用于对心包进行穿刺,而不会造成任何损伤。所述固定弯头端32由所述导丝13弯曲构成,由于镍钛合金材料具有形状记忆功能,使得所述固定弯头端32在展开与弯曲时可以恢复到预定形状。所述固定弯头端32的弯形可以是类渐开线状,也可以是其他适合的不规则弯形,其曲率半径从尖形头端处开始呈逐渐变大或阶梯性变大,在尖形头端处最小。所述的固定弯头端32的尖端刺破心包后,所述尖端的朝向与所述导丝的推进方向相反,因此不会刺破心脏;即使随着所述固定弯头端32逐渐进入心包,尖端的朝向与导丝的推进方向相同,此时由于导丝很长且柔软,导丝上的力无法传递到尖端,因此,也不会对心脏造成损伤。 
如图5所示,在该实施例中,所述固定弯头端32的弯形是类渐开线状,所述固定弯头端32包括第一弯曲部321,第二弯曲部322和第三弯曲部323。所述第一弯曲部321与第二弯曲部322之间,以及第二弯曲部322与第三弯曲部323之间的导丝,优选为在与所述穿刺针12平行的方向上延伸。本发明中所述的类渐开线状和不规则弯形是指曲率半径逐渐变大或阶梯性变大的连续曲线。例如,在一个具体实施方案中,所述第一弯曲部321与第二弯曲部322之间或第二弯曲部322与第三弯曲部323之间为一段直线;在另一个具体实施方式中,所述第一弯曲部321与第二弯曲部之间322或第二弯曲部322与第三弯曲部323之间也可以是连续的圆弧;但是其曲率半径从尖形头端处开始呈逐渐变大或阶梯性变大,在尖形头端处最小。 
在本发明的优选实施方案中,所述第一弯曲部321,第二弯曲部322以及第三弯曲部323的曲率半径,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要进行设定,所述第一弯曲部321的曲率半径不大于2mm,所述第二弯曲部322的曲率半径不大于1.5mm,第三弯曲部323的曲率半径不大于1mm。 
所述固定弯头端32部分的导丝13可以是圆柱形结构,其直径可由本领域技术人员根据实际需要进行设定,在本发明的优选实施方案中,优选为0.2-0.5mm。所述固定弯头端32部分的导丝13也可以是扁型结构,如图5所示,其宽度优选为0.2-0.5mm。 
如图1、图2或图3所示,所述导丝13的远端在所述穿刺针12的内部轴向上延伸,所述导丝13的近端,根据本领域技术人员需要,可以固定于所述接头 11上,也可以是自由端,不进行固定。 
所述接头11固定于所述穿刺针12的近端,其优选为鲁尔接头,在穿刺完成后,将导丝13抽出后,可用于向体内输入药物或其他液体,也可以用于从体内抽取积液。 
根据本发明一优选的实施例,所述的心包穿刺针组件在使用时,当所述固定弯头端32全部位于所述穿刺针12内时,所述固定弯头端32为展开结构。当向前推送所述导丝13的时候,所述固定弯头端32的末端刺破心包,所述导丝13逐渐进入心包内部,所述固定弯头端32开始慢慢弯曲,至其恢复为预定形状,穿刺针12进入心包内部,穿刺完成。将所述导丝13抽出体外,抽出过程中,导丝13从弯曲状态恢复为展开状态,退回至所述穿刺针12中,所述导丝13退出体外后,可通过所述接头11向体内注射药物、造影剂或抽取体内积液。 
本发明的实施方式并不限于上述实施例所述,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,本领域普通技术人员可以在形式和细节上对本发明做出各种改变和改进,而这些均被认为落入了本发明的保护范围。 

Claims (10)

1.一种心包穿刺针组件,其特征在于包括穿刺针,导丝在所述的穿刺针内延伸;
所述导丝包括远端和近端,其远端为固定弯头端;在穿刺针的近端还固定有接头;
所述固定弯头端由所述导丝弯曲构成,其弯形是适合于从展开结构弯曲成预定弯形的结构,末端为尖形结构,由形状记忆材料制成;
所述固定弯头端的曲率半径从尖形头端处开始呈逐渐变大或阶梯性变大,在尖形头端处最小。
2.根据权利要求1所述的心包穿刺针组件,其特征在于所述固定弯头端的弯形是类渐开线状或不规则弯形。
3.根据上述权利要求所述的心包穿刺针组件,其特征在于所述固定弯头端的弯形是类渐开线状,包括第一弯曲部,第二弯曲部和第三弯曲部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的心包穿刺针组件,其特征在于所述第一弯曲部的曲率半径不大于2mm,所述第二弯曲部的曲率半径不大于1.5mm,第三弯曲部的曲率半径不大于1mm。
5.根据上述权利要求所述的心包穿刺针组件,其特征在于所述固定弯头端部分的导丝是圆柱形结构,其直径为0.2-0.5mm。
6.根据上述权利要求所述的心包穿刺针组件,其特征在于所述固定弯头端部分的导丝是扁型结构,其宽度为0.2-0.5mm。
7.根据上述权利要求所述的心包穿刺针组件,其特征在于所述穿刺针为无针尖结构。
8.根据上述权利要求所述的心包穿刺针组件,其特征在于所述穿刺针由两段管连接构成,所述远端管由镍钛合金材料制成,所述近端管由不锈钢材料制成,优选的,所述远端管的长度优选为40-100mm,所述近端管的长度优选60-120mm。
9.根据权利要求8所述的心包穿刺针组件,其特征在于所述穿刺针远端的直径小于其近端的直径,优选的,所述穿刺针近端部分的内径为0.5-1.1mm,远端部分的内径为0.2-0.6mm。
10.根据上述权利要求所述的心包穿刺针组件,其特征在于所述导丝的远端在所述穿刺针的内部轴向上延伸,所述导丝的近端为自由端或固定于所述接头上。
