一种绞合导体纵向耐压密封潜油泵电缆,包括绞合导体,还包括绝缘层,绞合导体包括绞合在一起的中心导体和周边导体,中心导体和周边导体之间设置有半导电橡胶填充,该半导电橡胶填充纵向挤包在中心导体的外表面上。绞合导体纵向耐压密封潜油泵电缆的制作方法:在各导体单丝表面涂抹粘接剂,然后进行高温干燥处理;在一根干燥后的导体单丝的外表面挤包一层半导电橡胶;将挤包有半导电橡胶的导体单丝置于中心位置,其他导体单丝布置在外围,对导体单丝进行绞合;在绞合后的导体外部挤包绝缘层。这种绞合导体纵向耐压密封的潜油泵电缆结构简单,耐高温、耐高压,密封效果好;这种电缆的制作方法操作简单,生产成本低,填充效果好,工作效率高。

绞合导体纵向耐压密封潜油泵电缆及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及绞合导体潜油泵电缆,特别是一种绞合导体纵向耐压密封潜油泵电缆及其制作方法。
背景技术
目前,国内使用的潜油泵电缆都是采用传统的油膏类填充,但由于电缆的工作温度范围是100-200摄氏度,油膏在此温度下由常温下的固态变为液态,成为流体,在一定压差下,流体的油膏容易出现移位,无法阻止油井中的油气侵入,易造成电缆损坏,甚至报废,无法满足使用要求。
发明内容
本发明是针对现有技术中潜油泵电缆存在的诸多缺陷,一是提供一种结构简单、密封效果好的绞合导体纵向耐压密封潜油泵电缆,二是提供这种电缆的制作方法。
实现上述目的采用的技术方案是:一种绞合导体纵向耐压密封潜油泵电缆,包括设置在电缆中心部位的绞合导体,还包括包裹在绞合导体外部的绝缘层,所述的绞合导体包括绞合在一起的中心导体和周边导体,所述的中心导体和周边导体之间设置有半导电橡胶填充,该半导电橡胶填充纵向挤包在中心导体的外表面上。
绞合导体纵向耐压密封潜油泵电缆的制作方法,按照以下步骤进行:
a、在各导体单丝表面涂抹粘接剂,然后进行高温干燥处理;
b、在其中一根干燥后的导体单丝的外表面挤包一层半导电橡胶,半导电橡胶的厚度为0.15-0.20mm;
c、将挤包有半导电橡胶的导体单丝作为中心导体置于中心位置,将其他导体单丝布置在中心导体外围作为周边导体,对导体单丝进行绞合,在绞合过程中对导体进行紧压处理;
d、在绞合后的导体外部挤包绝缘层。
中心导体和周边导体在绞合过程中,其紧压系数为90-95%。
与现有技术相比,本发明所公开的这种绞合导体纵向耐压密封的潜油泵电缆结构简单,耐高温、耐高压,密封效果好;这种电缆的制作方法操作简单,生产成本低,填充效果好,工作效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
如附图1,本发明所公开的这种绞合导体纵向耐压密封潜油泵电缆,包括设置在电缆中心部位的绞合导体,还包括包裹在绞合导体外部的绝缘层1,绞合导体包括绞合在一起的中心导体2和周边导体3,中心导体2和周边导体3之间设置有半导电橡胶填充3。
绞合导体纵向耐压密封潜油泵电缆的制作方法,主要按照以下步骤进行。
a、在导体单丝的表面涂抹粘接剂,并进行高温干燥处理,干燥温度80-90℃,干燥时间2-4小时。
b、将其中一根干燥后的导体单丝的外表面挤包一层半导电橡胶,其厚度为0.15-0.20mm;半导电橡胶与绝缘层橡胶为同一胶种,确保半导电橡胶的耐温等级。将挤出半导电橡胶的芯线表面涂抹滑石粉,以防成盘式粘连。
c、对导体单丝进行绞合,将挤包有半导电橡胶的导体单丝作为中心导体置于中心位置,将其他导体单丝布置在中心导体外围作为周边导体,在绞合过程中对导体进行紧压处理。将挤出的中心导体和周边导体在绞合过程中,其紧压系数为90-95%,最佳为92%,以确保半导电橡胶将中心导体和周边导体之间的空隙填满,同时确保内外导体有紧密接触,满足导体直流电阻要求。
d、在绞合后的导体外部挤包绝缘层。
这种潜油泵电缆是通过现在绞合导体的中心导体表面挤包一层半导电橡胶填充,然后采用绞合挤包压紧的方法实现导体内部的纵向耐压密封。经过这种制作工艺作出的潜油泵电缆的最高使用温度为232度,工作压力为20Mpa,不仅可以满足使用环境的要求,而且完全满足国外标准关于电缆气密性的要求。

Claims (2)

1.一种绞合导体纵向耐压密封潜油泵电缆,该潜油泵电缆,包括设置在电缆中心部位的绞合导体,还包括包裹在绞合导体外部的绝缘层,所述的绞合导体包括绞合在一起的中心导体和周边导体,所述的中心导体和周边导体之间设置有半导电橡胶填充,该半导电橡胶填充纵向挤包在中心导体的外表面上;其特征在于,上述绞合导体纵向耐压密封潜油泵电缆的制作方法,按照以下步骤进行:
a、在各导体单丝表面涂抹粘接剂,然后进行高温干燥处理;
b、在其中一根干燥后的导体单丝的外表面挤包一层半导电橡胶,半导电橡胶的厚度为0.15-0.20mm;
c、将挤包有半导电橡胶的导体单丝作为中心导体置于中心位置,将其他导体单丝布置在中心导体外围作为周边导体,对导体单丝进行绞合,在绞合过程中对导体进行紧压处理;
d、在绞合后的导体外部挤包绝缘层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绞合导体纵向耐压密封潜油泵电缆,其特征在于,中心导体和周边导体在绞合过程中,其紧压系数为90-95%。
