Description
本发明涉及一种液体组合物,所述组合物特别是当局部施用给例如人或动物等身体的一部分时,特别可用于同时对表面提供清洁处理和抗菌效益。在一些优选的实施方式中,将本发明的组合物配制成用于处理皮肤表面(如手部、臂部、面部等)的液体洗手皂组合物。
局部组合物本身在化妆品、皮肤病学以及药物学领域是众所周知的。大多数局部组合物旨在施用于人类皮肤之后提供至少一种、通常提供多种或者更多种特定效益。例如,在化妆品和个人护理产品领域中广为人知的个人护理组合物主要旨在作为人类皮肤常规清洁用皂类,如洗手皂或沐浴皂。在提供主要的清洁效益的同时,这些个人护理组合物还时常提供辅助效益,如润湿和滋养皮肤。提供良好的常规清洁效益的这些个人护理组合物通常基于一种或多种认为可提供良好清洁性与良好起泡性的阴离子型皂类或阴离子型表面活性剂。然而,这样的组合物通常只提供有限的杀菌效益。
本领域中还已知的是在施用时主要旨在对表皮或其他身体部分提供杀菌效益的局部组合物。这样的组合物通常采取粘胶的形式,并常常主要由醇(通常为乙醇)和其他的组分(例如增稠剂)构成。尽管通常在技术上可有效提供杀菌效益,但这样的组合物也并非没有缺点,包括在一些情况中令人不悦的皮肤感觉,以及在其他情况中令人不悦的气味以及不理想的皮肤干燥效果。
在专利申请US 2003/0190302公报中公开的组合物公开了液体组合物,该液体组合物包含季铵化合物,而该液体组合物仍需要一种或多种选自烷基硫酸盐或烷基醚硫酸盐的阴离子型表面活性剂。
本发明正是为了克服本领域的这些缺点以及其他缺点。
在本发明的第一方面中,提供了一种液体组合物,其用于处理皮肤(表皮)以及包括毛发在内的其他身体表面,该液体组合物能够提供有效的清洁和/或杀菌效益。
根据本发明的第二方面,提供了用于制造或生产如本文所述的液体组合物的方法。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了用于处理皮肤(表皮)和包括毛发在内的其他身体表面的改进型方法,该方法包括施用清洁和/或杀菌有效量的本文所述的液体组合物,以提供有效的清洁和/或杀菌效益。
如本说明书中描述的那样提供了本发明的这些和其他方面。
大致来说,在本发明的第一方面中,提供了施用于表皮(例如手部、臂部、腿部、面部、头皮以及其他身体区域)并向其提供杀菌效益的水性液体组合物。这些液体组合物包含(在某些实施方式中,这些液体组合物基本上由以下组分构成或者由以下组分构成):
0.02重量%~10重量%的杀菌有效量的季铵表面活性剂化合物,该化合物在用作阳离子源的同时还向其上施用了所述液体组合物的表皮赋予杀菌效益;

所述液体组合物的特征在于:
(a)所述杀菌有效的季铵和阳离子型调节剂组分与所述阴离子型表面活性剂组分的重量比为不小于0.6;和/或
(b)所述杀菌有效的季铵表面活性剂化合物与所述阳离子型调节剂组分的重量比为小于0.14;和/或
(c)所述阳离子型调节剂组分与所述阴离子型表面活性剂组分的比率为至少0.5;和
(d)所述液体组合物的pH为约3.5~约7.5。
在优选的实施方式中,所述液体组合物提供了一种局部杀菌组合物,其特征在于所述组合物对以下微生物中的一种或多种,优选至少两种以上是有效的:大肠杆菌(E.coli)、铜绿假单胞菌(P.aeruginosa)和抗万古霉素肠球菌(“VRE”)。
所述液体组合物必要地包含杀菌有效量的至少一种季铵表面活性剂化合物,该化合物在用作阳离子源的同时还向其上施用了所述液体组合物的表皮赋予杀菌效益。优选的阳离子型表面活性剂化合物的非限制性实例(并且也是尤其优选的)是季铵化合物及其盐,其可以表征为以下结构通式:
其中,R1、R2、R3和R4中的至少一个是具有6~26个碳原子的烷基、芳基或烷基芳基取代基,该分子的整个阳离子部分具有的分子量为至少165。所述烷基取代基可以是长链烷基、长链烷氧基芳基、长链烷基芳基、经卤素取代的长链烷基芳基、长链烷基苯氧基烷基、芳基烷基等。氮原子上除上述烷基取代基之外的其余取代基是通常包含不超过12个碳原子的烃。取代基R1、R2、R3和R4可以是直链的,也可以是支化的,不过优选为直链的,而且可以包含一个或多个酰胺键、醚键或酯键。平衡离子X可以是使季铵络合物具有水溶性或水混溶性的任何成盐阴离子,例如氯离子、溴离子、甲硫酸根、乙硫酸根、乳酸根、糖精根、乙酸根或磷酸根。如前式所示的可充当杀菌剂的优选季铵化合物是这样的化合物:其中R2和R3为相同或不同的C8~C12烷基,或R2是C12-16烷基、C8-18烷基乙氧基、C8-18烷基酚乙氧基且R3是苯甲基,并且X是卤离子(例如氯离子、溴离子或碘离子),或是甲硫酸根阴离子。R2和R3中所述的烷基可以是直链的或支化的,不过优选基本上为线性的。明确预计有用的是两种以上不同的季铵表面活性剂化合物的混合物。
所述至少一种季铵表面活性剂化合物必要地以能够对其上施用了本文教导的液体组合物的皮肤表面或其他身体表面提供或赋予杀菌效益的量存在。有利的是,所述至少一种季铵表面活性剂化合物以液体组合物(该化合物形成其一部分)的约0.025重量%~10重量%的量存在,优选以约0.1重量%~5重量%的量存在。所述至少一种季铵表面活性剂化合物在液体组合物中特别优选的量在下文公开的一个或多个实施例中有所公开。
本发明的液体组合物还必要地包含阴离子型表面活性剂组分,该组分包括除硫酸盐型和磺酸盐型的阴离子型表面活性剂化合物之外的至少一种阴离子型表面活性剂化合物,该阴离子型表面活性剂组分在提供清洁效益的同时还用作阴离子源。
可用于阴离子型表面活性剂组分的阴离子型表面活性剂化合物可以是以下物质中的一种或多种:醇磷酸盐和醇膦酸盐、烷基羧酸盐、烷基醚羧酸盐、烷基烷氧基羧酸盐(尤其是具有1~5摩尔氧化乙烯的那些)、辛基酚聚醚(octoxynol)磷酸盐、壬基酚聚醚(nonoxynol)磷酸盐、牛磺酸盐、脂肪族牛磺酸盐(fatty tauride)、烷基磷酸盐、羟乙基磺酸盐、N-酰基牛磺酸盐、烷基琥珀酰胺酸盐、烷基聚乙氧基羧酸盐和肌氨酸盐。
示例性的阴离子型表面活性剂化合物包括烷基醚羧酸盐,特别是具有以下结构通式的那些化合物:

其中,R是含有8~18个碳原子的直链或支化的长链烷基,n为2~4的整数,m为1~100的整数,R1为CH2、CH2CH2或CH2CH2CH2,M是平衡离子,如有机或无机的阳离子,包括单价阳离子以及多价阳离子。示例性的阳离子包括碱金属(包括钠或锂)的阳离子,或有机阳离子如铵、二乙基铵或三乙基铵阳离子,以及此处并未具体详述的其他阳离子。已知此类阴离子型烷基醚羧酸盐可用作表面活性剂组合物,并可用于本文教导的液体组合物中。这些表面活性剂目前可以商品名SANDOPAN(来自Clariant Chemical Corp.)、NEODOX 25-6和NEODOX 23-4(来自Shell ChemicalCo.)、SURFINE WLG(来自Finetex Inc.)以及MIRANATE LEC和MIRANATE LEC-80(来自Rhodia)商购得,MIRANATE LEC和MIRANATE LEC-80通常被描述为月桂醇聚醚-13羧酸钠表面活性剂,其中特别优选MIRANATE LEC-80,其被描述为包含C12直链烷基、13个乙氧基基团以及钠阳离子。供应原样的MIRANATE LEC-80包含约79%的活性成分,该活性成分提供于水性/醇类载体中。

有利的是,所述阴离子型表面活性剂组分以液体组合物(该表面活性剂形成其一部分)的约0.1重量%~25重量%的量存在,优选以约0.5重量%~10重量%的量存在。阴离子型表面活性剂组分在本发明的液体组合物中特别优选的量在下文公开的一个或多个实施例中有所公开。
在优选的实施方式中,杀菌有效的季铵和阳离子型调节剂组分与阴离子型表面活性剂组分的重量比为不小于0.6,但优选为至少1,进而更优选为至少1.5,特别优选为至少3。

所述阳离子型调节剂组分还可以是一种或多种咪唑啉衍生物,例如异硬脂基苄基氯化咪唑啉鎓、椰油酰基苄基羟乙基氯化咪唑啉鎓、椰油酰基羟乙基PG-氯化咪唑啉鎓磷酸盐、硬脂基羟乙基氯化咪唑啉鎓等等。

所述阳离子型调节剂组分有利地以基于液体组合物(该调节剂形成其一部分)总重量的约0.1重量%~15重量%的量,优选2重量%~12重量%的量存在于本发明的液体组合物中。
在优选的实施方式中,杀菌有效的季铵表面活性剂化合物与阳离子型调节剂组分的重量比为小于0.14(以重量计)。
在优选的实施方式中,阳离子型调节剂组分与阴离子型表面活性剂组分的重量比为至少0.5;优选为至少1,尤其优选为至少2。
可选地但极为优选地,所述液体组合物还包含泡沫稳定剂组分。这类泡沫稳定剂组分有利地为一种或多种非离子型表面活性剂,但优选为两性或两性离子型表面活性剂,或是脂肪醇酰胺。
可用的示例性泡沫稳定剂是氧化胺表面活性剂,其可以是下列物质:

本发明的液体组合物显示出约3.5~约7.5的pH,但优选为显示出约4~约6.6的pH。特别优选的pH范围和pH值在下文公开的一个或多个实施例中有所公开。

本发明的液体组合物还可包含一种或多种二甲硅油或硅酮作为其他的皮肤处理剂或皮肤保护剂组分,当其存在时,可以以有效量包含在组合物内。当存在该一种或多种皮肤处理剂或皮肤保护剂组分时,其有利地以基于液体组合物(该皮肤处理剂或皮肤保护剂形成其一部分)的总重量为0.01重量%~10重量%的量存在,但最理想的是以较少的重量百分比约0.1重量%~5重量%存在。

本发明的液体组合物可包含一种或多种精油,该精油经选择用于向使用者提供所谓的“芳香疗法效益”或“整体效益”。精油是不同有机分子如萜烯、醇、酯、醛、酮和酚等的复杂混合物。此类精油通常提取自天然存在的植物源,如芳香植物的花、茎、叶、根和皮。虽然精油可以单独使用,但是也经常采用精油的共混物以提供联合的芳香效益、芳香疗法效益、整体效益以及可能的治疗效益。
可用在本发明的液体组合物中提供芳香疗法效益的优选精油包括选自甘菊油、杂薰衣草油、薰衣草油、葡萄柚油、柠檬油、白柠檬油(line oil)、柑橘油、橙花油和橙油的一种或多种精油。甘菊油可用于提升清新、清洁和诱人的气味并可能向本发明组合物的使用者提供缓解压力的效益。薰衣草油和杂薰衣草油可用于提升清新和诱人的气味并可能还向本发明液体组合物的使用者提供缓解压力的效益。葡萄柚油、柠檬油、白柠檬油、柑橘油、橙花油和橙油中的一种或多种在使用时提供清新的柑橘香味并可能赋予可感受到的治疗效益。

本发明的组合物可选地包含离子源,优选一种或多种无机盐。此类离子源可有助于使液体组合物增稠。发明人已经观察到,可利用的离子的存在有利地改善了组合物的增稠作用,而同时并没有不利地减损液体组合物的保存稳定性。这些离子可以作为单独的组分而另行添加至液体组合物中,或者它们可以作为所述液体组合物中使用的各种材料的一部分而进行递送并由此包含在同一部分中。可用的示例性无机盐是水溶性盐,包括碱金属盐、碱式氢氧化物、碱式碳酸盐和碱式硫酸盐。可用的示例性碱金属盐包括一价和二价的盐,例如硫酸镁、硫酸钙、硫酸钾和氯化钠中的一种或多种。
当存在时,离子源(尤其是其中离子源是碱金属盐)可以以任何有效量存在于所述液体组合物中,不过有利地以基于液体组合物(该离子源形成其一部分)的总重量为0.01重量%~5重量%的量存在,优选以0.1重量%~2重量%的量存在,进而更优选以约0.05重量%~0.5重量%的量存在。
可选的是,所述液体组合物中还可包含一种或多种研磨材料。作为非限制性实例,这类材料包括以下物质中的一种或多种:氧化物(如煅烧的氧化铝等)、碳酸盐(如碳酸钙等)、石英、硅质白垩、硅藻土、胶态二氧化硅、碱式偏硅酸盐(如偏硅酸钠等)、珍珠岩、浮石、长石、磷酸钙、基于粉碎状或微粒状聚合物(尤其是聚烯烃、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酯、聚苯乙烯、乙腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂、三聚氰胺、聚碳酸酯、酚醛树脂、环氧树脂类和聚氨酯中的一种或多种)的有机研磨材料、天然材料(如稻壳、玉米芯等)或滑石以及它们的混合物。包含有研磨材料可在对皮肤表面施用液体组合物时改善污渍和污物从皮肤表面的去除。
除了作为本发明必要组分的至少一种季铵表面活性剂化合物之外,所述液体组合物可选地还包含辅助性抗菌剂。此类辅助性抗菌剂的实例可包括以下物质中的一种或多种:如吡啶硫酮锌等吡啶硫酮、如二甲基二羟甲基乙内酰脲等卤代乙内酰脲、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮/甲基异噻唑啉酮、亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠、咪唑烷基脲、双咪唑烷基脲、苯甲醇、2-溴-2-硝基丙烷-l,3-二醇、福尔马林(甲醛)、丁基氨基甲酸碘代丙烯酯、氯乙酰胺、甲酰胺、甲基二溴腈戊二腈、戊二醛、5-溴-5-硝基-1,3-二氧六环、苯乙醇、邻苯基苯酚/邻苯基苯酚钠、羟甲基甘氨酸钠、聚甲氧基双环噁唑烷、乙酰二甲二噁烷(dimethoxane)、硫柳汞、二氯苯甲醇、克菌丹、氯苯甘醚、双氯酚、氯丁醇、甘油月桂酸酯、卤化二苯基醚(如2,4,4-三氯-2-羟基-二苯基醚和2,2-二羟基-5,5-二溴-二苯基醚);酚类抗菌化合物,如单烷基卤代苯酚、多烷基卤代苯酚和芳香族卤代苯酚,如对氯苯酚、甲基对氯苯酚、4-氯-3,5-二甲基苯酚、2,4-二氯-3,5-二甲基苯酚、3,4,5,6-四溴-2-甲基苯酚、5-甲基-2-戊基苯酚、4-异丙基-3-甲基苯酚,对氯间二甲苯酚、二氯间二甲苯酚、氯化百里酚、5-氯-2-羟基二苯基甲烷、间苯二酚及其衍生物;双酚化合物,如2,2-亚甲基二(4-氯苯酚)硫醚和二(2-羟基-5-氯苯甲基)硫醚;苯甲酸酯(尼泊金);卤化碳酰替苯胺,如3-三氟甲基-4,4′-二氯碳酰替苯胺(三氯卡班)、3-三氟甲基-4,4-二氯碳酰替苯胺和3,3,4-三氯碳酰替苯胺。所述其他抗菌剂可包括以下物质中的一种或多种:双胍类,如聚六亚甲基双胍、对氯苯基双胍;4-氯二苯甲基双胍、1,6-二-(4-氯苯甲基双胍)-己烷卤化己啶(hexidine),包括但不限于氯己啶(1,1’-六亚甲基-二-5-(4-氯苯基双胍)以及任何前述物质的盐类,如聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐。
理想的是,当存在时,所述辅助性抗菌剂可以以任何有效量包含在本发明的液体组合物中。有利的是,所述抗菌剂的含有量为液体组合物(该辅助性抗菌剂形成其一部分)的约0.0001重量%~2重量%,但优选为约0.01重量%~1重量%。
在某些特别优选的实施方式中,本发明的液体组合物明确地不包含如上所述的辅助性抗菌剂。
本发明的液体组合物还可包含过氧化合物,该化合物本质上是包含双氧(O--O)键的任何化合物。双氧键,特别是二价O--O键易于断裂,从而使得包含该双键的化合物能够用作强氧化剂。过氧化合物类的非限制性实例包括过酸、过酸盐和诸如过氧化氢等过氧化物。过氧化物可以是任何脂肪族或芳香族的过酸(或过氧酸),不过,在可以使用任何官能性过氧酸的情况下,最实用的是包含1~7个碳原子的过氧酸。这些过氧酸可包括但不限于过氧甲酸、过氧乙酸、过氧草酸、过氧丙酸、过氧乳酸(perlactic acid)、过氧丁酸、过氧戊酸、过氧己酸、过氧己二酸、过氧柠檬酸和/或过氧苯甲酸。示例性过酸盐包括高锰酸盐、过硼酸盐、高氯酸盐、过乙酸盐、过碳酸盐、过硫酸盐等。示例性的过氧化物化合物包括过氧化氢、金属过氧化物和过氧水合物(peroxyhydrate)。可使用的金属过氧化物包括但不限于过氧化钠、过氧化镁、过氧化钙、过氧化钡和/或过氧化锶。还认为连接有过氧化氢的其他盐(例如过碳酸钠)也可作为过氧化氢源,由此原位生成过氧化氢。过氧化氢特别优选用于本发明的液体组合物中。
理想的是,当存在时,这些过氧化合物有利地以液体组合物(该过氧化合物形成其一部分)的约0.1重量%~10重量%的量,但优选约0.5重量%~5重量%的量包含在内。
本发明的液体组合物还可包含酸组分,所述酸组分可用来调节,并可选地将液体中组合物的pH缓冲至所需的pH值或pH值的范围内。该酸组分可以是一种或多种酸,包括一种或多种有机酸和/或一种或多种无机酸。示例性的无机酸包括硫酸、磷酸、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸二氢钠、亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸钾、焦亚硫酸钠(偏亚硫酸氢钠)、焦亚硫酸钾(偏亚硫酸氢钾)、酸式六偏磷酸钠、酸式六偏磷酸钾、酸式焦磷酸钠、酸式焦磷酸钾、盐酸和氨基磺酸。示例性的有机酸包括在其结构中通常包含至少一个碳原子并包含至少一个羧基(--COOH)的那些有机酸。还认为所述有机酸的衍生物是可用的。示例性的有机酸包括线性脂肪酸如乙酸;二羧酸、酸性氨基酸和羟基酸如羟基乙酸、乳酸、羟基丙烯酸、α-羟基丁酸、甘油酸、苹果酸、酒石酸和柠檬酸,以及这些有机酸的酸式盐。特别优选的酸组分在一个或多个实施例中有所公开。当包含时,所述酸组分可以以任何有效量存在,但有利的是酸组分以将液体组合物的pH有效地确立在约3.5~约7.5的优选范围内的量存在。有利的是,当所述酸组分存在于液体组合物中时,其以约0.001重量%~1重量%、优选约0.01重量%~0.2重量%、进而更优选约0.01重量%~0.1重量%的量存在。
在另一方面中,本发明还涉及对皮肤或其他局部表面提供杀菌效益的方法,该方法涉及以清洁和/或杀菌有效的量局部施用本文公开的本发明的液体组合物。优选的是,根据前述方法,对已经施用了所述组合物的皮肤或其他局部表面提供杀菌效益。该局部杀菌组合物的优选实施方式显示出对表皮(即,身体皮肤)表面的有害微生物,尤其是大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和抗万古霉素肠球菌具有良好的杀菌功效。有利的是,本发明的液体组合物还显示出针对某些革兰阳性致病菌、某些革兰阴性致病菌、某些病毒、某些真菌和/或某些霉菌中的一种或多种具有抗菌功效。
本发明人意外地发现,尽管本领域中长期存在的偏见警告人们不要在主要为水性的组合物中组合使用阴离子型表面活性剂与一种或多种杀菌有效的阳离子型表面活性剂,这是因为在这些不同的化学物种之间会发生预期的络合反应从而导致阳离子型表面活性剂失活并失去它们的杀菌效益,但是本发明的液体组合物却克服了该偏见。虽然不希望受到下列理论的约束,不过据认为,以特定比率同时包含杀菌有效的阳离子型表面活性剂化合物和阳离子型调节剂组分,并进一步使用也处于特定比率内的如本文公开的特定类型的阴离子型表面活性剂,出人意料地提供了一种体系,其中液体组合物的杀菌功效并未过度减少,正如由所提供的优异的杀菌效益所证明的。尽管据认为杀菌有效的阳离子型表面活性剂化合物的确与存在的阴离子型表面活性剂化合物形成了络合物,从而形成了阴离子-阳离子络合物,但该络合物在遇到微生物时能够解离从而释放出生物有效浓度的阳离子,由此使得从阴离子-阳离子络合物提取出的阳离子此时能够作为与微生物结合并发生反应的阳离子。由于液体组合物中阳离子减少,这将改变液体组合物的平衡浓度。解离出的(或此时“未络合的”)阴离子型表面活性剂化合物将与杀菌有效的阳离子型表面活性剂的另一分子或阳离子型调节剂组分的分子形成新的阴离子-阳离子络合物,像以前一样,络合物在遇到微生物时能够解离从而释放出生物有效浓度的阳离子,由此使得从阴离子-阳离子络合物提取出的阳离子能够作为与微生物结合并发生反应的阳离子,再一次提供解离出的阴离子型表面活性剂化合物,其随后又将与杀菌有效的阳离子型表面活性剂的另一可利用的分子或与阳离子型调节剂组分的分子形成新的络合物。以该方式,阳离子可由液体组合物提供给微生物,特别是如革兰氏阳性和革兰氏阴性微生物等有害微生物,该阳离子降低了其所接触的或结合的此类微生物的存活率。
还应当清楚地理解的是,本文公开的液体组合物可以局部施用到身体任何部分上的皮肤,例如面部、颈部、胸部、背部、臂部、腋窝、手部、腿部和头皮上的皮肤。本文公开的该液体组合物还可用于毛发。据认为,在使用中,使用者取出一定量的本文描述的液体组合物并将其施用于皮肤或身体的任意其他部分上,可使所述组合物保留在这些部位上,不过有利的是使用者将所述组合物揉搓进所施用的皮肤或身体的其他部分中,以对处理的皮肤或身体的其他部分提供杀菌效益和/或清洁效益。有利的是,使如此施用的液体组合物保留在施用了该组合物的皮肤或身体的其他部分上,而不进行任何后续的洗涤或冲洗。不过,如果使用者需要,使用者也可以在流动的水流下(例如淋浴)或者通过浸入水中(例如盆浴)冲洗掉所述液体组合物。因此,本发明的另一方面涉及本文描述的液体组合物作为用于清洁并处理身体表面的洁肤皂型(dermal soap-type)产品的应用。
以下实施例描述了本发明的示例性制剂以及优选实施方式。应当理解的是,仅以描述的方式提供这些实施例,而且本领域技术人员在不脱离本发明的范围和实质的情况下可轻易地制造落在本发明和权利要求书范围之内的其他有用的制剂。
实施例
在下列组合物中,各组分按其各自的供应商的“供应原样”使用。
下表1中描述了本发明的液体组合物的实施例;表1中所示的用于制造各制剂的组分基于“供应原样”使用,其可能构成少于100重量%的“活性物”,或者可能以构成指定化合物的100重量%“活性物”的形式提供,如表1中所示。表1中所示的量指的是基于所确定的100重量%组合物的总重量,该组合物中使用的指定化合物的重量%。表2中更为详细地公开了这些组分的特性。各液体组合物如下制造:在烧杯中于室温将如表1中所述的各组分混合进入水中,用常规的磁力搅拌棒或桨式混合器进行搅拌;继续搅拌直至制剂的外观均匀为止。注意,各组分可以按照任意顺序添加,不过优选的是第一预混物由本发明的液体组合物中使用的任意芳香剂组分与一种或多种表面活性剂在等分量的水中制成。添加的顺序并不重要,不过在将剩余的组分添加至水之前制得表面活性剂(其也可以是芳香剂与表面活性剂的预混物)时得到了良好的结果。

根据下列测试方案中的一种或多种来测试并评估几种前述组合物。
杀菌功效的评估
根据British Standard EN 1276的方法(食品、工业、家庭和公共环境中所用的用于评估化学消毒剂和防腐剂的杀菌活性的定量悬浮测试——测试方法和要求(阶段2,步骤1)Ref.No.EN 1276:1997E,其内容以引用的方式并入本文中),对由表1所描述的本发明的几种制剂进行评估,以评估其针对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcusaureus)(ATCC 6538)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)(ATCC 10536)、铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)(ATCC 15442)和抗万古霉素肠球菌菌株(ATCC 51299)的抗菌功效。该“污物”测试的方法遵循下列与公布方法不同之处:表1的测试制剂用无菌的去离子水以90体积%或80体积%(组合物与水的比例)进行稀释,并以进行1分钟或5分钟接触时间的测试;使用最终浓度为3g/l的牛血清白蛋白来测试污物状况(第5.2.2.8.2节,b部分)。根据British Standard EN 1276的方法中的详细说明来计算各测试体系中各个微生物的存活率的下降。该测试按照British Standard EN 1276的结果记载于下表3中。

参考表3所测试的组合物对表1中描述的另一制剂进行类似的评估。使用制备后在测试前于室温保存至少6个月的样品对该另一制剂(E12)进行测试,在测试之前,用无菌的去离子水中以50体积%或80体积%(组合物与水的比例)稀释E12制剂,对这些稀释液进行1分钟接触时间的测试。测试的结果记载于表4中。

由以上所示的结果可以看出,测试的组合物显示出优异的杀菌效益,并在大多数情况中4种测试微生物中的每一种(如表3的记载,包括抗万古霉素肠球菌)均显示出超过4Log10的下降。
保存稳定性
在下列测试保存条件下测试表1中所有组合物的保存稳定性:(A)在40℃保存4个月,(B)在50℃保存4周,(C)在60℃保存2周和(D)在40℃保存6个月。周期性地在测试中和在测试结束后,表1中的所有组合物均没有发生相分离、沉淀或与经历以上测试保存条件之前的初始pH相比有超过5%的变化。
本发明易于采用各种改进形式和替代形式,但是应当理解的是,本发明的具体实施方式已通过图表中的实例方式示出,这些实例并非旨在将本发明限制于已公开的特定形式;相反,本发明涵盖了落在如所附权利要求书所表示的本发明的范围和要旨之内的所有改进形式、等同形式和替代形式。
Claims (11)
1.水性液体组合物,其施用于表皮并对其提供杀菌效益,所述水性液体组合物包含:
0.02重量%~10重量%的杀菌有效量的季铵表面活性剂化合物,该化合物在用作阳离子源的同时还向其上施用了所述液体组合物的表皮赋予杀菌效益;
0.1重量%~25重量%的至少一种阴离子型表面活性剂组分,该组分不包括硫酸盐型和磺酸盐型的阴离子型表面活性剂,该阴离子型表面活性剂组分在提供清洁效益的同时还用作阴离子源;
0.1重量%~15重量%的阳离子型调节剂组分,该组分同时用作额外的阳离子源;
0重量%~10重量%的泡沫稳定剂组分;
至少70重量%的水,和
可选地一种或多种任选组分,该任选组分用于赋予所述液体组合物以美学效益或其他技术效益,所述美学效益选自颜色和香味,所述其他技术效益选自粘度调节,
其中,所述季铵表面活性剂化合物表征为以下结构通式:

所述液体组合物的特征在于:
(a)所述杀菌有效量的季铵表面活性剂化合物和阳离子型调节剂组分与所述阴离子型表面活性剂组分的重量比为不小于0.6;和
(b)所述杀菌有效量的季铵表面活性剂化合物与所述阳离子型调节剂组分的重量比为小于0.14;和
(c)所述阳离子型调节剂组分与所述阴离子型表面活性剂组分的比率为至少0.5;和
(d)所述液体组合物的pH为3.5~7.5。
2.如权利要求中1所述的组合物,其中,所述杀菌有效量的季铵表面活性剂化合物和阳离子型调节剂组分与所述阴离子型表面活性剂组分的重量比为不小于0.6。
