本发明公开了一种化工厂节能循环水系统,包括贮水池和冷却塔,循环水凉水塔设置排水罐,排水罐外部加装蒸汽反应室,所述的排水罐一侧通往蒸汽冷凝室并进入冷凝水贮存罐,蒸汽反应室一侧连通蒸汽冷凝水,另一侧连接冷凝水贮存罐,冷凝水贮存罐通入冷却塔。本发明通过把废弃的高温蒸汽冷凝水引入到循环水系中,用高温的废旧蒸汽把冷却塔排除的废弃循环水变成一部分蒸汽冷凝水和废旧蒸汽的冷凝水一起注入冷却塔,大大节约了用水量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种化工厂节能循环水系统。
背景技术
化工厂车间的蒸汽用量很大,能耗较大,各个工段的取暖后的废蒸汽、脱硫工段的加热熔硫釜后的废蒸汽、硫铵工段蒸汽加热器加热空气后的废蒸汽都白白的排放出去,造成了热能的浪费。同时在化工厂都是需要循环水系统的,目前都以工业水为介质通过冷却塔进入循环水用户,在冷却塔的顶部设有轴流风机及双曲线风筒,在轴流风扇螺旋桨旋转的作用下空气由下而上通过冷却塔与热水喷头喷淋的水经蜂窝状填料的均匀分布接触进行换热,同时部分水分蒸发吸收汽化热,从而循环水得到冷却,由于水分蒸发,水中溶解的固性物浓缩,水的硬度增加,会对设备产生腐蚀和结垢,因此循环水系统要不断的补充新水,排出一部分循环水,这部分排掉的循环水无法充分利用,造成水资源的巨大浪费。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种化工厂节能循环水系统,充分利用废旧蒸汽和排放的废循环水,节约热能和水能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种化工厂节能循环水系统,包括:贮水池和冷却塔,所述冷却塔设置排水罐,排水罐外部加装蒸汽反应室,所述的排水罐一侧通往蒸汽冷凝室并进入冷凝水贮存罐,蒸汽反应室一侧连通蒸汽冷凝水,另一侧连接冷凝水贮存罐,冷凝水贮存罐通入冷却塔。
本发明通过把废弃的高温蒸汽冷凝水引入到循环水系中,用高温的蒸汽把冷却塔排除的废弃循环水变成一部分蒸汽冷凝水和热交换设备排出的蒸汽冷凝水一起注入循环水凉水塔,节约了热能和水能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明包括贮水池和冷却塔,所述冷却塔连通排水罐,排水罐外部加装蒸汽反应室,所述的排水罐一侧通往蒸汽冷凝室并进入冷凝水贮存罐,蒸汽反应室一侧通入废旧蒸汽,另一侧连接冷凝水贮存罐,冷凝水贮存罐通入冷却塔,排水罐设有排水管排除残留废水。
贮水池里的水通过水泵进入冷却塔冷却并给循环水用户供给循环水,冷却塔的废弃循环水进入排水罐,热交换设备排出的蒸汽冷凝水进入蒸汽反应室给排水罐加热,排水罐的水大部分变成水蒸气进入蒸汽冷凝水罐汇入冷凝水贮存罐,从热交换设备排出的蒸汽冷凝水也从蒸汽反应室内汇入冷凝水贮存罐,最后冷凝水贮存罐的冷凝水流入冷却塔,排水罐残留废水通过管道排出去。

1.一种化工厂节能循环水系统,包括贮水池和冷却塔,其特征在于:冷却塔连接排水罐,排水罐外部加装蒸汽反应室,所述的排水罐一侧通往蒸汽冷凝水罐并进入冷凝水贮存罐,蒸汽反应室一侧连通蒸汽冷凝水,另一侧连接冷凝水贮存罐,冷凝水贮存罐通入冷却塔,排水罐设有排水管。
