Abstract

Energy sources: solar collectors (4), air to water high temperature heat pump (5) and hot- water boiler (6). By using radial ventilator (86) drying air flows through duct (114), passes through perforated floor (115), enters into chamber (3), it becomes moist by flowing through moist product, flows through the opening (94) into duct (34). When moisture is not removed moist air flows through duct (35) and hot water to air heat exchanger (15), becoming drying air and repeating the circulation. When moisture is removed, part of moist air in duct (34) flows through air to air plate heat exchangers (7) and (8), air to water heat exchanger (9) and through ducts (96) and (97) flowing into the environment The air from environment enters through jalousies (108) and (109), flows through ducts (110) and (111), passes through hot water to air heat exchangers (10) and (11), air to air plate heat exchangers (7) and (8), and mixes with moist air in duct (35). Mixed air flows through hot water to air heat exchanger (15), becomes drying air and keeps on flowing. The moistening is performed by super-heated water steam.
