Abstract

本发明的目的是提供一种多晶铸锭炉干式炉壳,炉壳上安装热门,其特征在于:炉壳整体为方形,炉壳四壁为内外双层,夹层内注入循环冷却水;炉壳底部为单层,底板外壁面焊接冷却铜管,冷却铜管内通循环冷却液。本发明的多晶铸锭炉干式炉壳,即使发生严重漏硅造成底部局部熔穿也不会造成热场进水发生爆炸危险。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种多晶铸锭炉干式炉壳。
背景技术
国内外传统多晶硅铸锭炉采用圆形双层设计,增加了原材料的消耗且加工难度大,底部冷却不易控制和测量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种多晶铸锭炉干式炉壳。
具体方案如下:
一种多晶铸锭炉干式炉壳,炉壳上安装热门,其特征在于:炉壳整体为方形,四壁为内外双层,夹层内注入循环冷却水;炉壳底部为单层,底板外壁面焊接冷却铜管,冷却铜管内通循环冷却液。
炉壳内壁和底板组焊,然后组焊炉壳法兰;拼焊炉壳外壁;底板下面铺设铜管,组焊。
有益效果:
本发明的多晶铸锭炉干式炉壳为方形,四壁采用双层,底部采用单层,铜管冷却。热场中没有水冷部件并且设备壳体底部没有水冷夹层,即使发生严重漏硅造成底部局部熔穿也不会造成热场进水发生爆炸危险;干式炉壳设计,使整体结构更紧凑,加工更方便,精度更易保证;炉壳底部设计节省了原材料,降低了成本。
传统炉壳为圆形,加工简单,但整机占地面积大,炉内结构复杂, 炉内运动部件的运动精度直接影响结晶质量,晶体质量不稳定;  
方形外形炉壳加工复杂,但内部结构简单,晶体生长过程无运动部件的相对运动,使结晶环境平稳,晶体生长稳定质量可控。方形炉壳与热场、石墨坩埚形状一致,无多余空间间隙,抽真空易保证。又由于结晶工艺的不同,内部结构简单,维护方便,装料快捷,省时省料省空间,是对圆形炉壳复杂工艺的一种革命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明作进一步描述。
一种多晶铸锭炉干式炉壳,炉壳4整体为方形,炉壳4上安装热门3,炉壳4四壁为内外双层,夹层内注入循环冷却水;使炉体温度达到机密可控,炉壳4底部为单层,底板外壁面焊接冷却铜管2,所有焊缝采用先进的焊接工艺,达到很高的密焊效果,做到循环层为完全密封,冷却铜管2内通循环冷却液。
最后,还需要注意的是,以上列举的仅是本发明的具体实施例子,显然,本发明不限于以上实施例子,还可以有许多变形。本领域的普通技术人员能从本发明公开的内容直接导出或联想到的所有变形,均应认为是本发明的保护范围。

1.一种多晶铸锭炉干式炉壳,炉壳上安装热门,其特征在于:炉壳整体为方形,炉壳四壁为内外双层,夹层内注入循环冷却水;炉壳底部为单层,底板外壁面焊接冷却铜管,冷却铜管内通循环冷却液。
