Abstract

本发明公开了一种底模,包括底座与设置在底座中心处的托台,在托台上设有与瓶底相对应的型腔,在型腔的上下两侧各设有一排与瓶底上凸点相配合的凹孔,上排中部的2~5个凹孔与下排两端的各2~5个凹孔的深度比其余凹孔的深度大0.3~0.5mm。本发明是采用了三点定位的原理,加深了上排中部的2~5个凹孔与下排两端的各2~5个凹孔的深度,而瓶底相应位置的凸点也高出其它凸点,高度较高的凸点插入深度较深的凹孔,使得瓶子站立更加平稳,提高了加工速度与生产效率。

本发明涉及一种底模,特别涉及一种用于制瓶机的底模。
背景技术
在行列式制瓶系统中,如图1~4所示,瓶子3是放在底模4上,然后再通过输送带进行输送,在瓶底上设有两排高度相同的凸点1,而在底模型腔内对应设有两排凹孔2,瓶子放在型腔内,凸点正好插入凹孔内,实际应用中发现,瓶子不大站得稳,在输送过程中容易产生倒瓶的现象,从而降低了生产效率;究其原因,是因为存在加工误差,导致瓶子站立不平稳。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述现有技术中存在的不足,提供了一种站立平稳、不会出现倒瓶现象的底模。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种底模,包括底座与设置在底座中心处的托台,在托台上设有与瓶底相对应的型腔,在型腔的上下两侧各设有一排与瓶底上凸点相配合的凹孔,上排中部的2~5个凹孔与下排两端的各2~5个凹孔的深度比其余凹孔的深度大0.3~0.5mm。
为了提高底模的冷却能力,作为优选,在托台四周的底座上垂直设有1~3排冷却通孔。
作为优选,在托台四周的底座上垂直设有2排冷却通孔。
采用了上述技术方案的本发明的有益效果是:
本发明是采用了三点定位的原理,加深了上排中部的2~5个凹孔与下排两端的各2~5个凹孔的深度,而瓶底相应位置的凸点也高出其它凸点,高度较高的凸点插入深度较深的凹孔,使得瓶子站立更加平稳,提高了加工速度与生产效率。

具体实施方式
本发明的具体实施方式如下:
实施例:一种底模,如图5~7所示,包括底座6与设置在底座6中心处的托台7,在托台7上设有与瓶底相对应的型腔8,在型腔8的上下两侧各设有一排与瓶底上凸点1相配合的凹孔2,上排中部的4个凹孔与下排两端的各4个凹孔的深度比其余凹孔的深度大0.4mm;如图5所示,相对应的,瓶底相应位置的上排中部的4个凸点与下排两端的各4个凸点高出其它凸点0.4mm。
本发明利用了三点定位一个平面的原理,使得瓶子站立更加平稳,即便存在有加工误差,也不会影响。
此外,为提高底模散热能力,在托台7四周的底座6上垂直设有2排冷却通孔9。这样可以提高生产能力,解决了胴凹的问题。

1.一种底模,包括底座与设置在底座中心处的托台,在托台上设有与瓶底相对应的型腔,在型腔的上下两侧各设有一排与瓶底上凸点相配合的凹孔,其特征是:上排中部的2~5个凹孔与下排两端的各2~5个凹孔的深度比其余凹孔的深度大0.3~0.5mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种底模,其特征在于:在托台四周的底座上垂直设有1~3排冷却通孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种底模,其特征在于:在托台四周的底座上垂直设有2排冷却通孔。
