本实用新型涉及电机座的加工工装。
背景技术
目前对电机座的加工，因为没有专用工装，不能保证正反两面圆的同心度及两面平行度，加工耗时为90分钟，影响了机器的使用及产品质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种定位迅速可靠、可以有效缩短电机座加工时间的电机座的加工工装。
本电机座的加工工装，包括一块底板，在底板上表面开有与电机座上的凸起圆环相应的沉孔，在底板上还设置有用于压紧电机座四个角部的四个压板装置。
所述的电机座的加工工装，压板装置包括压板、穿过压板并与底座相连的压板螺栓。
本实用新型的有益效果：使用时，把电机座上的凸起圆环（φ600 -0.019 ）放入底板上的沉孔内进行定位，然后通过压板把电机座固定在底板上即可加工。电机座正面加工完后，把电机座翻转，同样固定在底板上即可加工电机座的反面。本工装使用简单，保证正反两面圆的同心度及两面平行度，既保证了技术要求又保证了机床的整体利用率，加工工时缩短为现在的15分钟。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
如图1、2所示电机座的加工工装，在底板1上表面开有与电机座2上的凸起圆环（φ600 -0.019）21相应的沉孔11，在底板上还设置有用于压紧电机座四个角部的四个压板装置3。压板装置3包括压板31、穿过压板并与底座相连的压板螺栓32。

1.电机座的加工工装，其特征是：它包括一块底板，在底板上表面开有与电机座上的凸起圆环相应的沉孔，在底板上还设置有用于压紧电机座四个角部的四个压板装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的电机座的加工工装，其特征是：压板装置包括压板、穿过压板并与底座相连的压板螺栓。
