Abstract
一种透水汲水生态铺面,主要为于一般施作铺面工程用的透水材料中,另添加有特殊设制的中空体,使其与各工程材料元素混拌后铺设而成的铺面层。该铺面层除具有原本材质的透水作用外,更具有快速汲水及储水、保水功效,不仅可减少地表积水的情形发生,亦能使铺面内部高度保水,当大气温度高温时则可让内部的水气蒸发释出,以减缓热岛效应。
Description
技术领域
本发明是有关于一种透水汲水生态铺面设计,尤指一种铺设于道路、庭院、空地地表的铺面,可建构成为一透水汲水生态铺面层,当降雨时可将雨水快速地瞬间排入于集水中空体,且被导引地缓慢下渗保存于铺面下层的级配层中,能有效地降低地面的积水,同时亦可调节环境的温度及湿度作用。
背景技术
自古以来,土壤因具有吸附水份的功用,又可与大气层相接触,当大气环境中处于干燥或炎热时,充份具有湿润度的土壤便可散发出水蒸气,作为与大气环境一热交换作用,本身亦自动具有湿度调节的功能,如此可避免热岛效应的产生。
但,因都市土地的高度开发以及基础建设等工程,使得土壤被大量的人工铺面所覆盖,导致自然生态环境逐渐失衡,因此为了使现代建设与环境保护间取得平衡,近来有关单位及相关人土则大量推动生态工法,以让生态环境保有原来的自然特性。然,一般传统常见透水铺面技术,虽具有毛隙现象可让雨水下渗,但其容易因粉尘或氧化受阻塞,且排导雨水的功能较差,因此遇到降下暴大雨时,极易使地面上产生积水,甚而造成水灾。
有鉴于此,本发明人乃设计一种透水透气效益绝佳,且具储水、保水功效的透水汲水生态铺面。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种透水汲水生态铺面,不仅可使地面雨水快速排除进而储存且保留于级配层,亦可调控地表温度降低热岛效应,具有改善地球暖化的优点。
为达上述目的,本发明的一种透水汲水生态铺面,其特征在于:该铺面为采用一般工程用透水材料,并于该材料中混拌有中空体,且中空体上设有透孔。
本发明的有效增益,在于设置一透水汲水生态铺面,为于一般施作铺面工程用的透水材料中另添加有特殊设制的中空体,使其与各元素混拌后铺设而成为一生态铺面层,通过利用中空体内部空间快速汲水及储水、保水作用,以于降雨时可将雨水快速导入地底,使雨水快速被导入级配层,因此具有较快速排水且令路面较不会经常性积水功效。且当大气温度高温时,则可让级配层内部的水气蒸发释出,以减缓热岛效应。

具体实施方式
请参图1~图2所示,本发明的透水汲水生态铺面,其基础结构主要为采极具生态、环保优势的建造工法,如图2所示该工法的地质结构中,可包括具有地下水源层10与地底土壤层20,并于土壤层20上方铺设有级配层30,该级配层30则可采用依当地现有土方,或一般道路工程级配材料,包括设有砂石或泥土或碎石或混合透水混凝土等之外,亦可混掺其它对环境无害可作为铺设物的级配料皆可使用,并经适度施压夯实铺设,最后再于级配层30上方铺设本发明的生态铺面层40。当然只要该铺面不是要行驶重车,则可直接使用于一般土壤层上。
请再参图1~图4所示,上述所提的生态铺面层40所使用的材质,为一般施作铺面工程用的透水材料中,本实施例为透水柏油41,另添加有特殊设制的中空体42,且该中空体42外壳具有较厚的结构或壁厚及设有多个的透孔43,并使各材料元素混拌后铺设;而所述的中空体42较佳为制呈圆形状,因圆形于任一面侧可为承受最大的压应力,且能提供铺面层40里最大的空隙空间。另该中空体42可设为两剖半的半壳黏结而结合成,或对合端设置阶级面嵌合成,或设计以扣合结构扣组而成,另亦可采用吹气成型技术、灌注成型技术加工制成一体成型的中空体;且较佳制成材料可为塑料制成,也可为以其它可行的传统材料或再生环保材料制成。
而当本发明应用于道路铺面时,该中空体42将伴随透水柏油41铺设,且位于表面的中空体42则呈局部裸露状设置,如图2、图4所示,因此当地面上大量降雨时,则可利用壳体的透孔32快速将雨水导入中空体42内部空间提供含水饱合,如图3所示,进而可达到减少地表积水的情形。甚至于较短时间具有防范区域水灾发生的机率;待地表面雨水不再下渗,中空体42内的储水亦可再缓慢地释出,慢慢下渗至地底土壤层20及地下水源层10,如此不仅可使地面上获致一短时间有效快速排水并可补充地下水的功能。
所述的中空体42伴随透水柏油41铺设成道路铺面,如果应用在铺设强度需求不同的道路或庭园步道时,亦可将透水柏油41改以透水混凝土替代。
再者本发明所设的中空体42内部更可填装设有含水物质,例如海棉或可吸附水份但不易被微生物分解的物质,并藉由该含水物质使下渗水流经过时,以达到吸附水份不易流失的优点,使本发明的铺面层40具有高度保水的功效。当地面上高温炎热时,可藉由该铺面层40中含有较高含水度,因此可转化为水蒸气而向外释出水蒸气,以进行环境中的热交换,避免热岛效应的发生,或降低热岛效应。
请参图5、图6所示,本发明生态铺面层40的透水材料,亦可视预铺设的地点与使用场合所,将透水混凝土41a加入中空体42混拌后铺设,如图5所示,或将透水柏油41依比例加入透水混凝土41a,再混拌中空体42后铺设,如图6所示,如此同样可达到应用本发明建构出透水汲水生态铺面,获得与前揭相同的效果。
综上所述,本发明所设计的生态铺面,可当地表面雨水,利用该铺面层能具较高含水饱合度,而使下渗雨水快速由中空体的壳体透孔溢入而储存,不仅可提供地下水份补充,对于气候炎热时更可以释出水蒸气,更可调和大气温度,达到成为环保贡献的生态铺面工法。
惟以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,当不能以此限定本发明实施的范围;故,凡依本发明申请专利范围及发明说明书内容所作简单的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。
Claims (8)
1.一种透水汲水生态铺面,其特征在于:该铺面为采用一般工程用透水材料,并于该材料中混拌有中空体,且中空体上设有透孔。
2.如权利要求1所述一种透水汲水生态铺面,其特征在于:其中该透水材料为透水柏油。
3.如权利要求1所述一种透水汲水生态铺面,其特征在于:其中该透水材料为透水混凝土。
4.如权利要求1所述一种透水汲水生态铺面,其特征在于:其中该透水材料为柏油加透水混凝土。
5.如权利要求1所述一种透水汲水生态铺面,其特征在于:其中该中空体为一保水中空体,于中空体内填装设有含水物质,含水物质如海棉或可吸附水份但不易被微生物分解的物质。
6.如权利要求1所述一种透水汲水生态铺面,其特征在于:其中该中空体由两剖半的外壳对合成。
7.如权利要求1所述一种透水汲水生态铺面,其特征在于:其中该中空体采用吹气成型技术加工制成一体成型。
8.如权利要求1所述一种透水汲水生态铺面,其特征在于:其中该中空体采用灌注成型技术加工制成一体成型。
