本发明涉及“一种不用充气的车轮”的主要缓冲部位的缓冲技术。 
技术背景:
现有的一种不用充气的车轮主要依靠置于胎状腔体中的填充橡胶和内钢圈来实现缓冲回弹,填充橡胶虽具有一定的缓冲性能,但回弹力极差,内钢圈又只能在特定的载重冲击时才能发挥作用,在不规范的载重冲击情况下,车轮就会因没有合适的缓冲回弹力而无法保证车辆平稳柔和地运行。 
发明内容:
为解决上述问题,使车轮能保证在车辆任意载重冲击时都保持平稳柔和的运行状态,本发明特提供“一种不充气车轮的万能缓冲装置”以下简称“万能缓冲装置”。 
本发明的“万能缓冲装置”具有固定座,一端厚、一端薄的缓冲片,所述缓冲片厚的一端固定在固定座外缘周围,薄的一端斜向外即成。 
由于缓冲片是一端厚一端薄,且装配时呈薄的一端均向外形式,故自然具备的承重缓冲回弹能力亦是外小渐至内大。因车轮承受载重冲击力时是先外后内,所以当载重冲击力小的时候,仅靠外较薄部位所具有的功能便能适应解决。载重冲击力渐大,其力的落点必然移至缓冲片的较厚部位,此时则有相对应的较厚部位自然产生相对应的缓冲回弹力应对,因此其承重缓冲回弹力始终能保持与载重冲击力基本相等。所以在车辆的任意载重冲击时均能获得平稳柔和的运行效果。

具体实施: 
用坚硬材料设制如附图所示固定座一个,用具有优良弹性的材料设制如附图所示缓冲片若干。将缓冲片厚的一端固定在固定座外缘周围,薄的一端斜向外,后将固定座内缘与钢圈外缘叠合固牢。或将车轮钢圈外缘部分设制成如附图中固定座形状,后装配上缓冲片,亦均成为带万能缓冲装置的钢圈。 
由以上形式构成的本发明装置,配装形成胎状腔体的侧面 板,外钢圈(缓冲片薄的一端轻触外钢圈内缘)灌制橡胶后即成无气万能缓冲车轮,经试制试用证明具有本发明装置的车轮对车辆的任意载重冲击均具有相对应的缓冲回弹效果,为车辆的平稳柔和运行提供了可靠保证。
