Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种依据权利要求1的前序部分所述的双主轴机床,用于加工旋转驱动的工件。
背景技术
在根据摆动原理工作的机床中,交替地对在两个主轴中的工件进行加工。在一个工件在其中一个主轴中进行加工期间,可卸载另一主轴。如果非加工时间等于或大于加工时间,则摆动原理在短的加工时间情况下是特别具有优势的。为减少非加工时间,在EP1711309B1中设置两个工件主轴以及两个具有四根数控轴的刀具转塔。装载经由两个设置在工作空间两侧的装载和卸载装置实现。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,简化双主轴车床,实现一种紧凑的结构,并改进切屑防护装置,用于防止切屑从工作空间溢出。
此任务通过依据权利要求1所述的车床得以解决。优选的实施例由从属权利要求给出。
由于在利用摆动原理的机床中,切屑交替地落到两个主轴上,所以必须也将它们交替地装载或遮蔽。特别在紧凑的机器中,只有很小的空间可用于切屑防护装置。
根据本发明的一个有利的方面,为两个工件主轴配备一个可伸缩的切屑防护装置,该切屑防护装置有选择地分别遮蔽一个或需要时也同时两个遮蔽工件主轴。

具体实施方式
图1示出一个双主轴车床的示意图。床身构成为具有一些竖直的侧壁2、2′和一个同样竖直的前壁3的支柱1。主轴托架4、4凭借一些导向座5经由一些导向装置6、6′沿垂直方向(Z轴)在侧壁2、2′上可移动。驱动装置通过电机7、7′和未示出的球珠丝杠实现。主轴托架4、4′分别支撑工件主轴8、8′。在其下侧设置用于夹紧工件10的夹紧装置9、9′。在前壁3的上部中,带有用于刀具13的刀具架12的支座托架11在导轨14上沿水平方向(X轴)可移动。支座托架11由电机15经由球珠丝杠16进行驱动。工件主轴8与工件10一起位于工作位置17,并且刀具13嵌接在工件10上。传送装置18将未加工的工件10传送至装载位置19、19′并且再将已加工工件运走。有利的是,装载位置19、19′直接设置在工作位置17、17′下方,从而工件主轴8、8′可以通过一次移动沿着导向装置6、6′沿垂直方向进行装载和卸载。切屑防护装置20具有一种类似漏斗的形状并且在轨道22、23上可移动地设置在前壁3上。落到工作位置17、17′的切屑经由一些导板25、25′被导入到一个收集槽21中,从而保护传送装置18免受落下的切屑和冷却液影响。特别有利的是,切屑防护装置20沿水平方向可伸缩。为此两个导板25、25′可以利用分开的行程缸24的在需要时单独地移动。在按图1所示的图中,两个导板25、25′设置在加工位置17、17′下方。在一个工件在工作位置17进行加工期间,夹头9′可以例如在工作位置17通过冲洗或吹风进行清洁。在上侧,切屑防护装置20如此地向上延伸,以致它从下面包围刀具架12。
图2示出图1的车床在工件主轴8′装载时。导板25′由行程缸24移动到停放位置26′并且工件主轴8′沿着导向装置6′移动到用于夹紧一个未加工工件10的装载位置19′。图3示出在变换加工侧之后的车床。工件主轴8′再次位于工作位置19′并且刀具架12通过移动沿着导轨14从机器左侧移到右侧,以便在那里加工一个新的工件10。为装载工件主轴8,导板25停放在停放位置26。
图4示出车床侧视图。在此看到在侧壁2上在导向装置6上可移动的主轴托架4。工件主轴8中的工件10由悬挂在后部的刀具架12的刀具进行加工。切屑防护装置20利用一些导向座在轨道22、23上进行引导。

Claims (6)

1.机床,包括一个具有两根工件主轴(8、8’)和一个带有刀具(13)的刀具架(12)的床身、一个用于工件(10)的传送装置(18)、一个具有两个导板(25、25’)的切屑防护装置(20),其中刀具架(12)可移动地设置在床身上,棚Ij用刀具(13)可交替地时在各工件主轴(8、8’)中工件(10)进行加工,从而同时分别可以对不同的工件主轴(8、8’)进行装载和卸载,同时每个工件主轴(8、8’)都从尸个㈨口工工件(10)的工作位置(17、17’)可移动到一个装载位置(19、19’),其特征在于,为了工件主轴(8、8’)的装载和卸载,各导板(25、25’)从尸些在工作位置(17、17’)和装载位置(19、19’)之间的区域可移动到各停放位置(26、26’)。

3.依据权利要求1或2所述的机床,其特征在于,在床身上的工件主轴(8、8’)沿垂直方向沿着导向装置(6、6’)山口工位置(17、17’)可移动到装载位置(19、19’)。
4.依据枳利要求1至3之一所述的机床,其特征在于,在床身上的导板(25、25’)沿水平方向可移动地在轨道(22、23)上进行引导。
5.依据权利要求1至4之尸所述的机床,其特征在于,切屑防护装置(20)可伸缩,并且同时导板(25、25’)可移动到一些在工作位置(17、17,)和装载位置(19、19’)之间的区域内。
