Abstract

本发明公开一种随行托盘,包括夹具,夹具设置在基板,基板底部设有定位块,基板下方设有平滚轮和导向滚轮。所述基板下方设有附件轴,附件轴上套设牵引板,牵引板两侧设有弹簧,弹簧套设在附件轴上。本发明中,锭杆和锭盘都装在夹具内,随行托盘带着锭杆锭盘在生产线上移动,依次实现锭盘装运、锭杆装运、锭杆锭盘装运高度检测、锭杆锭盘压配、打印标记等工序。随行托盘下设有定位块,能够实现精确定位。

随行托盘
技术领域
本发明涉及一种锭杆锭盘压配生产线,具体涉及一种运输锭杆锭盘的托盘。 
背景技术
锭子是棉纺织行业细纱机上加捻卷绕的重要部件,而锭杆锭盘压配是其典型的压力装配工序之一。通过大量的实际调研发现,目前锭子生产企业的该压配工序基本还是采用手动压配,工人的劳动强度大、自动化程度低、严重影响了锭子的生产效率和产品质量。而手动压配的主要原因是:锭杆和锭盘的输送是手动。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是现有锭杆锭盘生产过程中没有输运锭杆锭盘的装置,提供一种输运、组装锭杆锭盘的随行托盘。 
本发明的技术方案是以下述方式实现的:一种随行托盘,包括夹具,夹具设置在基板上,基板底部设有定位块,基板下方设有平滚轮和导向滚轮, 基板下方设有附件轴,附件轴上套设牵引板。 
所述牵引板两侧设有弹簧,弹簧套设在附件轴上。 
所述基板四角设有定位镶块,定位镶块的上表面呈弧形。 
本发明中,锭杆和锭盘都装在夹具内,随行托盘带着锭杆锭盘在生产线上移动,依次实现锭盘装运、锭杆装运、锭杆锭盘装运高度检测、锭杆锭盘压配、打印标记等工序。随行托盘下设有定位块,能够实现精确定位。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,一种随行托盘,包括夹具3,夹具3设置在基板21上,基板21底部设有定位块1,基板21下方设有平滚轮19和导向滚轮20。所述基板21下方设有附件轴8,附件轴8上套设牵引板12. 
   本发明放置在工作台上,其中牵引板12通过销轴与输送链条相连,在链条的带动下,本发明所述随行托盘随之向前运动,进而带动放置在工作台上的锭杆、锭盘运动。
本发明使用过程如下:使用时,平滚轮19和导向滚轮20放置在工作台的导轨上,工作台上设有压块9,压块9正好压在定位镶块7上,当随行托盘运行到相应的工位的时候。汽缸6向上伸出,带动汽缸6上方的定位滑块15向上运动,定位滑块15上端的凹槽16卡在定位块1上。在压块9和定位滑块15工作作用下,随行托盘被精确的定位。 
作为本发明的优选方案,所述基板21四角设有定位镶块7,定位镶块7的上表面呈弧形。工作台上的压块9也呈现弧形,与定位镶块7的上表面相配合,使得随行托盘到达相应工位时定位精确。 
作为本发明的另一优选方案,牵引板12两侧设有弹簧11,弹簧11套设在附件轴8上。牵引板12在受力的状态下可沿附件轴3滑动,在弹簧11的作用下做有弹性的运动,使得随行托盘在输送过程中始终保持在附件轴的中心位置,从而实现了工作台上的随行托盘在定位时不会出现各工位间相互干涉或过定位的现象。

1.一种随行托盘,包括夹具(3),夹具(3)设置在基板(21)上,其特征在于:基板(21)底部设有定位块(1),基板(21)四角设有定位镶块(7),定位镶块(7)的上表面呈弧形;基板(21)下方设有平滚轮(19)和导向滚轮(20), 基板(21)下方设有附件轴(8),牵引板(12)两侧设有弹簧(11),弹簧(11)套设在附件轴(8)上,附件轴(8)上套设牵引板(12);随行托盘放置在工作台上,其中牵引板通过销轴与输送链条相连,在链条的带动下,随行托盘随之向前运动,进而带动放置在工作台上的锭杆、锭盘运动;
使用过程如下:平滚轮和导向滚轮放置在工作台的导轨上,工作台上设有压块,压块正好压在定位镶块上,当随行托盘运行到相应的工位的时候,汽缸向上伸出,带动汽缸上方的定位滑块向上运动,定位滑块上端的凹槽卡在定位块上;在压块和定位滑块工作作用下,随行托盘被精确的定位。
