本发明公开了一种易碎板包装箱及其底部制作设备、制作方法,该包装箱包括包装箱底部和包装箱侧壁;包装箱侧壁围绕包装箱底部而形成一收容易碎板的空间;包装箱底部为吹塑成型的镂空结构。通过上述方式,本发明能够有效降低包装箱的材料成本,进而降低产品的成本。

Description

一种易碎板包装箱及其底部制作设备、制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及包装技术领域,特别是涉及一种易碎板包装箱及其底部制作设备、制作方法。
背景技术
现有技术液晶显示器的生产过程基本包括:
前段的Array制程:整块阵列基板的制作以及彩色滤光片基板的制作;
中段的Cell制程:将整块阵列基板和彩色滤光片基板结合并在两片基板间滴上液晶后贴合、将滴上液晶后贴合的整块面板切割成多个液晶显示面板的制作;
后段的Module制程:将切割后得到的液晶显示面板与其他组件如背光板、电路、外框等多种零组件组装的制作。
其中,将滴上液晶后贴合的整块面板切割成多个液晶显示面板并进行检查之后,需要用包装构件将液晶显示面板包装起来运送到专门负责Module制程的模组厂完成Module制程。
现有技术中的易碎板包装箱包括箱体和箱盖,箱体通过EPP(Expanded polypropylene,聚丙烯塑料发泡材料)材料通过工艺手段制作成型。而采用EPP材料成型的箱体,在制作过程中需要损耗大量EPP材料,成本高。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种易碎板包装箱及其底部制作设备、制作方法,能够使有效地降低包装箱的材料成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种易碎板包装箱,包装箱包括包装箱底部和包装箱侧壁;包装箱侧壁围绕包装箱底部而形成一收容易碎板的空间;包装箱底部为吹塑成型的镂空结构。
其中,包装箱进一步包括吸塑托盘;吸塑托盘固定于包装箱底部上,并且吸塑托盘的下表面形状与包装箱底部的镂空结构适配。
其中,包装箱底部上表面的周边区域设置有第一卡合结构,吸塑托盘下表面的相应位置设置有第二卡合结构,第一卡合结构与第二卡合结构卡合固定而把吸塑托盘固定于包装箱底部上。
其中,第一卡合结构是竖直方向的盲孔,第二卡合结构是竖直方向的柱体。
其中,所述盲孔和柱体的数量均为四个。
其中,吸塑托盘的材质为聚对苯二甲酸类塑料或者聚苯乙烯。
其中,包装箱包括盖设于包装箱侧壁上端的包装箱顶盖,顶盖设计为镂空结构。
其中,包装箱侧壁和包装箱底部的材料均为塑胶。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种制作易碎板包装箱底部的设备,包括模具和吹塑机构;所述模具设有用于形成镂空结构的图案,所述吹塑机构用于对模具内的熔融塑料进行吹塑,进而使所述模具内的熔融塑料吹塑形成带镂空结构的包装箱底部和围绕包装箱底部的包装箱侧壁。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的又一个技术方案是:提供一种易碎板包装箱底部的制作方法,所述方法包括准备模具和吹塑机构,模具设有用于形成镂空结构的图案;在模具内放置塑胶材料并加热至熔融状态进而形成熔融塑料,或将熔融塑料灌入所述模具内;使用吹塑机构对模具内的熔融塑料进行吹塑,进而使模具内的熔融塑料吹塑形成带镂空结构的包装箱底部和围绕包装箱底部的包装箱侧壁。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明包装箱将包装箱底部设计为镂空结构,能够减少材料使用量;并且通过吹塑成型,对模具的要求大大降低,降低模具成本,同时吹塑的工艺使得包装箱底部为中空结构,进一步节省材料费用。通过上述方式,使得包装箱可以有效地降低材料、模具成本,进而降低产品成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
请参阅图1和图2,图1是本发明一种易碎板包装箱实施方式的立体示意图,图2是图1所示包装箱底部的截面示意图。所述包装箱10包括包装箱侧壁11和包装箱底部12。包装箱侧壁11围绕并固定于包装箱底部12,形成一收容易碎板的空间。包装箱底部12为镂空结构。而镂空结构的包装箱底部12是通过吹塑机构结合设计有该镂空结构图案的模具使材料吹塑成型的。在本发明实施方式中,包装箱侧壁和底部的材料均优选为塑胶材料。
目前出现的一种与本实施方式不同的新型的包装箱,其特点为:外框使用塑胶材料,四个角和长边中部设置EPP材料,以缓冲保护承载物,箱体的底部结构为实体结构,并且通过注塑方式成型的。注塑成型的工艺为:加热材料后,再对熔融材料施加高压,使其射出而注入模具型腔,注射结束后,对注射到模腔中的熔融材料保持定型而形成产品。采用注塑成型工艺,在制作产品的过程中模具需要承受较大的压力,因此模具的材料需要使用硬度和质量都较好的材料,而硬度和质量都较好的材料的价格一般比较昂贵。相比于上述的新型包装箱,本发明实施方式的包装箱具有如下优点:镂空结构的包装箱底部能够节省包装箱底部的材料成本;包装箱底部为吹塑成型而得到,吹塑成型的工艺为:借助于气体压力使闭合在模具中的热熔材料吹胀形成产品,采用吹塑成型的工艺,在制作产品过程对模具的压力比较小,模具对硬度要求较低,因此模具的材料可以选用较为便宜的材料,节省模具成本,吹塑成型的包装箱底部12为中空结构,进一步节省材料成本。
请进一步参阅图3和图4,图3是图1所示包装箱及吸塑托盘的立体示意图,图4是图3所示吸塑托盘固定于包装箱底部的立体示意图。本发明实施方式中,包装箱10进一步包括吸塑托盘13,吸塑托盘13的下表面的形状与包装箱底部12的镂空结构相适配。包装箱底部12上表面的周边的区域设置有第一卡合结构121,吸塑托盘13下表面的相应位置设置有第二卡合结构131,第一卡合结构121和第二卡合结构131卡合固定,从而把吸塑托盘13固定于包装箱底部12上。
本发明实施方式中,第一卡合结构121优选为竖直方向的盲孔,第二卡合结构131优选为竖直方向向下凸起的柱体,盲孔和柱体的数量均优选为四个,分别位于包装箱底部12上表面和吸塑托盘13下表面的四个角落处。当然,吸塑托盘固定于包装箱底部的方式不限定上述的卡合式,例如:可利用螺栓配合螺帽把吸塑托盘固定于包装箱底部。
其中,吸塑托盘的材料优选为缓冲性能较好的材料,例如:PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate,聚对苯二甲酸类塑料)、PS(Polystyrene,聚苯乙烯)等。在吸塑托盘的制作过程中向原材料中添加抗静电剂,使得吸塑托盘具有抗静电的功效。包装箱底部12设置吸塑托盘13,缓冲性能较优的吸塑托盘13直接支撑易碎品,避免易碎品直接与缓冲性能一般的包装箱底部12接触,有效地起到缓冲保护易碎品的作用。
需要特别说明的是:本发明实施方式中,包装箱底部的镂空结构的图案不限定于附图所示的图案,也可以为其他图案。
进一步地,请参阅图5,图5是图1所示包装箱带顶盖的截面示意图。包装箱10还包括顶盖14,顶盖14盖设于包装箱侧壁11上端。顶盖14优选设计为镂空结构,以节省包装箱的材料成本。
本发明实施方式中,使包装箱底部设计为为镂空结构,节省了包装箱底部的材料用量,从而节省材料成本;镂空结构的包装箱底部是通过设计有该镂空结构的模具使材料吹塑成型的,节省模具的材料用量,从而节省模具成本。通过上述方式,使得包装箱可以有效地降低材料成本,进而降低产品成本。
本发明还提供了一种制作易碎板包装箱底部的设备。请参阅图6,图6是一种制作易碎板包装箱底部的设备实施方式的结构示意图。所述设备30包括模具301和吹塑机构302。模具301是用来成型产品的工具,它是产品的原始模型。吹塑机构302用于吹出风力,将熔融塑料吹附到具有一定形状的模具301上,从而制成产品。在模具301上形成镂空结构的图案,吹塑机构302对模具301内的熔融塑料进行吹塑,进而使模具301内的熔融塑料吹塑形成带镂空结构的包装箱底部和围绕包装箱底部的包装箱侧壁。
本发明实施方式中,镂空结构的包装箱底部能够节省材料成本;吹塑的方式成型包装箱底部能够节省模具成本,吹塑成型的包装箱底部为中空结构进一步节省材料成本,从而节省包装箱的成本,进而降低产品成本。
本发明又提供了一种易碎板包装箱底部的制作方法。请参阅图7,图7是一种易碎板包装箱底部的制作方法实施方式的流程图。所述方法包括:
步骤S401:准备模具和吹塑机构,模具设有用于形成镂空结构的图案;
模具是用来成型产品的工具,它是产品的原始模型。
步骤S402:在模具内放置塑胶材料并加热至熔融状态进而形成熔融塑料,或将熔融塑料灌入所述模具内;
塑胶材料为制作包装箱底部的原材料,受热达到一定程度就变成熔融状态。
步骤S402:使用吹塑机构对模具内的熔融塑料进行吹塑,进而使模具内的熔融塑料吹塑形成带镂空结构的包装箱底部和围绕包装箱底部的包装箱侧壁;
吹塑机构用于吹出风力,将熔融塑料吹附到具有一定形状的模具上,从而制成产品。
本发明实施方式中,使模具设计有镂空结构的图案,吹塑机构将熔融塑料吹附到模具,从而制作出带镂空结构且内部为中空结构的包装箱底部。镂空结构的包装箱底部能够节省材料成本,吹塑成型的方式能够节省模具成本,中空结构的包装箱底部进一步节省材料成本,从而节省包装箱的成本,进而降低产品的成本。

所述包装箱侧壁围绕包装箱底部而形成一收容易碎板的空间,其中,所述包装箱底部为吹塑成型的镂空结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其特征在于,所述包装箱进一步包括吸塑托盘;
所述吸塑托盘固定于包装箱底部上,并且所述吸塑托盘的下表面形状与包装箱底部的镂空结构适配。
3.根据权利要求2所述的包装箱,其特征在于,所述包装箱底部上表面的周边区域设置有第一卡合结构,所述吸塑托盘下表面的相应位置设置有第二卡合结构,所述第一卡合结构与第二卡合结构卡合固定而把吸塑托盘固定于包装箱底部上。
4.根据权利要3所述的包装箱,其特征在于,所述第一卡合结构是竖直方向的盲孔,所述第二卡合结构是竖直方向的柱体。
5.根据权利要4所述的包装箱,其特征在于,所述盲孔和柱体的数量均为四个。
6.根据权利要求3所述的包装箱,其特征在于,所述吸塑托盘的材质为聚对苯二甲酸类塑料或者聚苯乙烯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其特征在于,所述包装箱包括盖设于包装箱侧壁上端的包装箱顶盖,所述顶盖设计为镂空结构。
