Description

一种液晶面板包装箱及其防水结构
本申请要求于 2012 年 12 月 14 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201210542446.8、 发明名称为 "一种液晶面板包装箱及其防水结构" 的中国 专利申请的优先权, 上述专利的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示装置制造领域, 尤其涉及一种液晶面板包装箱及其 防水结构。
背景技术
一般来说, 薄膜晶体管液晶显示器( Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display, TFT-LCD ) 面板的制程包括前段 Array、 中段 Cell与后段 LCM制 程。 其中, Cell段制程主要是以前段 TFT Array的玻璃为基板, 让其与彩色 滤光片结合,并在并在两片玻璃基板间灌注液晶,而后切割成所需要的尺寸。 经过 Cell段制程的液晶面板(Open Cell )与其他元件如背光模组、 电路板、 框架等组装完成, 然后再交由液晶显示终端厂商进行整机的组装, 最终生产 出液晶显示器成品。
在上述过程中, 液晶面板需要在不同车间或者不同厂商之间运送。 为防 止在运送过程中液晶面板不被损坏,一种用以盛放液晶面板的包装箱被设计 出来, 使得运送更为可靠。 这种包装箱通常为一体式结构, 由于用吹塑材料 制成, 又被称为吹塑箱。 然而, 一体式包装箱重量较重, 搬运不太便捷, 存 在可改进空间。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种可减轻重量并且具有防水效 果的液晶面板包装箱及其防水结构。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供一种液晶面板包装箱的防水结构, 包括: 第一"" ^合部, 设置在所述液晶面板包装箱的底板上, 所述底板上还设置 有至少一个贯穿所述底板的开口, 所述第一"" ^合部位于所述开口与所述液晶 面板包装箱的侧壁之间; 以及
第二卡合部, 设置在所述液晶面板包装箱的垫片的底面上, 所述第二卡 合部的位置对应于所述第一"" ^合部的位置, 当把所述垫片放置到所述底板上 时, 所述第二卡合部与所述第一卡合部相卡合。
进一步地, 所述第一"" ^合部为凹设在所述底板上的防水槽, 并围绕所述 开口。

本发明所提供的液晶面板包装箱及其防水结构,一方面通过在底板上设 置贯穿底板的开口, 形成镂空结构, 减轻了包装箱的整体重量, 另一方面通 过设置相互卡合的卡合结构, 即使有水汽经由开口进入, 也可使水汽进入路 径由直线变为折线, 从而阻断或者延长水汽进入路径, 起到防水作用。 附图说明

具体实施方式
下面参考附图对本发明的优选实施例进行描述。
请参照图 1所示, 本发明实施例提供一种液晶面板包装箱 1 , 包括矩形 底板 10和沿底板 10边缘设置的侧壁 11 ,底板 10和侧壁 11共同形成一容纳 空间, 用来放置液晶面板。 同时, 为防止在运送过程中, 液晶面板与底板 10 发生碰撞遭到损坏,将垫片 2设置在底板 10上,再将液晶面板放置于垫片 2 之上, 由垫片 1来起到緩沖作用。 垫片 1的边缘形状与侧壁 11相适应, 以 使垫片 2放置在底板 10上之后不会发生松动。 图 2、 3所示分别为垫片 2的 顶面 21和底面 22的示意图, 其中顶面 21上将放置液晶面板, 底面 22覆盖 在底板 10上并紧密贴合。
为了克服现有技术缺陷, 减轻整个包装箱 1的重量, 本实施例中在底板 10上设置有至少一个贯穿底板 10的开口 12, 即该开口 12在底板 10上形成 镂空结构。 开口 12在底板 10上的设置位置以及数量并无严格限制, 但考虑 到生产的便捷性和设置开口 12后底板 10的受力均衡性, 开口 12最好在底 板 10上对称设置。 一种优选的方式是设置 4个开口 12, 呈 "田"字形排布。 这样, 由于采用了镂空设计, 使底板 10的重量减轻, 从而整个包装箱的重 量也随之减轻。
应当注意的是, 开口 12贯穿了底板 10, 在减轻底板 10重量的同时, 还 需要考虑包装箱的防水问题。 开口 12导致垫片 2会直接与外部环境接触, 并且垫片 2和底板 10为面接触, 存在一定的缝隙, 在液晶面板运送过程中, 空气中的水汽, 或者恶劣天气下的雨水、 雪水, 都有可能经过开口 12进入 到包装箱 1内, 沿着垫片 2和底板 10之间的缝隙, 污染到液晶面板。
本发明实施例为实现防水效果, 提供一种防水结构, 其思路是: 由于液 晶面板是放置在垫片 2之上, 水汽从开口 12处进入, 须经由垫片 2的四周 边缘才能到达液晶面板, 因此可以在这条路径上设置卡合结构, 使水汽进入 路径由直线变为折线, 从而阻断或者延长水汽进入路径。 卡合结构包括两部 分, 第一"" ^合部设置在底板 10上, 位于开口 12与侧壁 11之间; 第二卡合 部对应设置在垫片 2的底面 22上, 满足当把垫片 2放置到底板 10上时, 垫 片 2的底面 22上的第二卡合部与底板 10上的第一卡合部相卡合,形成紧密 上凹设防水槽(第一卡合部), 垫片 2的底面 22上凸设凸棱(第二卡合部); ( 2 )在底板 10上凸设凸棱(第一"" ^合部), 垫片 2的底面 22上凹设防水槽 (第一卡合部)。 由于这两种实现方式在原理和结构上均相似, 为叙述筒洁, 以下主要以第 ( 1 )种实现方式为例进行详细介绍。 应当理解的是, 第 (1 ) 种实现方式中所提及的原理和结构, 也同样可应用在第 (2 )种实现方式中。
请参照图 4所示,本实施例的包装箱 1在开口 12周围的底板 10上设置 防水槽 13。 由于液晶面板是放置在垫片 2之上, 水汽从开口 12处进入, 须 经由垫片 2的四周边缘才能到达液晶面板, 因此防水槽 13的设置位置需在 这条路径上, 以便起到阻断或者延长水汽进入路径的作用。 本实施例中, 防 水槽 13在底板 10上的设置位置位于开口 12与侧壁 11之间, 并且围绕开口 12。 由于垫片 2的四周边缘是与侧壁 11紧密贴合的, 因此, 防水槽 13也即 是位于开口 12与垫片 2边缘之间。 优选的, 防水槽 13的数量为至少四条。 如果开口 12为前述 "田" 字形排布, 则防水槽 13的较佳设置方式是将这 4 个开口 12围绕在内, 防水槽 13呈 "口" 字形。 当然, 也可以为每个开口 12 分别设置将其围绕在内的防水槽 13。
再如图 3所示, 本实施例的包装箱 1中, 垫片 2的底面 22上对应防水 槽 13的位置设有凸棱 23。 当把垫片 2放置到底板 10上时, 垫片 2底面 22 上的凸棱 23与底板 10上的防水槽 13相配合, 即凸棱 23卡入防水槽 13中, 形成紧密卡合结构。 装配完成后的立体结构示意图如图 6所示。
通过上述在底板 10上设置防水槽 13 ,和在垫片 2的底面 22上对应设置 凸棱 23 , 当有水汽从开口 12进入的时候, 将有效阻断或延长其进入路径。 图 5是在本发明实施例的包装箱结构下, 水汽进入路径的示意图, 图中箭头 所示为水汽进入的方向和路径。 可以看出, 水汽从开口 12进入后, 会沿垫 片 2与底板 10之间的缝隙, 首先从 A1处渗入, 但是由于设置了防水槽 13 和凸棱 23 , 水汽到达 A2处之后则须折向下, 然后折向左, 再折向上, 沿防 水槽 13和凸棱 23之间的缝隙渗入, 即相对于未设置防水槽 13和凸棱 23时 的直线路径, 设置防水槽 13和凸棱 23后, 即使有水汽进入, 其路径也变为 折线, 相对被延长了。 这种情况下, 水汽可能最多只进入到 A3处即因在进 入路径中的消耗而无法继续渗入, 被阻挡在了 A3处。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本发明 之权利范围, 因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化, 仍属本发明所涵盖的 范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种液晶面板包装箱的防水结构, 其中, 包括:
第一"" ^合部, 设置在所述液晶面板包装箱的底板上, 所述底板上还设置 有至少一个贯穿所述底板的开口, 所述第一"" ^合部位于所述开口与所述液晶 面板包装箱的侧壁之间; 以及
第二卡合部, 设置在所述液晶面板包装箱的垫片的底面上, 所述第二卡 合部的位置对应于所述第一"" ^合部的位置, 当把所述垫片放置到所述底板上 时, 所述第二卡合部与所述第一卡合部相卡合。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的防水结构, 其中, 所述第一"" ^合部为凹设在 所述底板上的防水槽, 并围绕所述开口。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的防水结构, 其中, 所述第二卡合部为凸设在 所述垫片底面上, 并可与所述防水槽相卡合的凸棱。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的防水结构, 其中, 所述第一卡合部为凸设在 所述底板上的凸棱, 并围绕所述开口。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的防水结构, 其中, 所述第二卡合部为凹设在 所述垫片底面上, 并可与所述凸棱相卡合的防水槽。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的防水结构, 其中, 所述开口为四个, 在所述 底板上对称排布, 呈 "田" 字形。
7、 根据权利要求 2所述的防水结构, 其中, 所述防水槽为至少四条。
8、 一种液晶面板包装箱, 包括: 矩形底板和沿所述底板边缘设置的侧 壁, 所述底板和侧壁共同形成一容纳空间, 用来放置液晶面板; 垫片设置在 所述底板上, 并与所述底板和侧面紧密接合, 其中, 还包括:
第一卡合部, 设置在所述底板上, 所述底板上还设置有至少一个贯穿所 述底板的开口, 所述第一"" ^合部位于所述开口与所述侧壁之间; 以及
第二卡合部, 设置在所述垫片的底面上, 所述第二卡合部的位置对应于 所述第一卡合部的位置, 当把所述垫片放置到所述底板上时, 所述第二卡合 部与所述第一卡合部相卡合。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的液晶面板包装箱, 其中, 所述第一卡合部为 凹设在所述底板上的防水槽, 并围绕所述开口。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的液晶面板包装箱, 其中, 所述第二卡合部为 凸设在所述垫片底面上, 并可与所述防水槽相卡合的凸棱。
11、 根据权利要求 8所述的液晶面板包装箱, 其中, 所述第一卡合部为 凸设在所述底板上的凸棱, 并围绕所述开口。
12、 根据权利要求 11 所述的液晶面板包装箱, 其中, 所述第二卡合部 为凹设在所述垫片底面上, 并可与所述凸棱相卡合的防水槽。
13、 根据权利要求 8所述的液晶面板包装箱, 其中, 所述开口为四个, 在所述底板上对称排布, 呈 "田" 字形。
14、 根据权利要求 9所述的液晶面板包装箱, 其中, 所述防水槽为至少 四条。
15、 一种液晶面板包装箱, 包括: 矩形底板和沿所述底板边缘设置的侧 壁, 所述底板和侧壁共同形成一容纳空间, 用来放置液晶面板; 垫片设置在 所述底板上, 并与所述底板和侧面紧密接合, 其中, 还包括:
凹设在所述底板上的防水槽, 所述底板上还设置有至少一个贯穿所述底 板的开口, 所述防水槽位于所述开口与所述侧壁之间, 并围绕所述开口; 以 及
凸设在所述垫片底面上的凸棱,所述凸棱的位置对应于所述防水槽的位 置, 当把所述垫片放置到所述底板上时, 所述凸棱与所述防水槽相卡合。
