Abstract
本发明涉及用于制动系统的电磁阀。公开的是具有简单结构的用于制动系统的电磁阀,由此能够实现容易的加工和组装并降低成本。该电磁阀包括:装配在调节器块中的套筒;可滑动地置于套筒中的电枢;在套筒的一侧处装配在套筒中的磁芯,该磁芯用于生成使电枢滑动的电磁力;座壳,该座壳在套筒的另一侧处装配在套筒中并且形成有油入口通路和油出口通路;以及阀座,该阀座置于座壳内并形成有根据电枢的滑动而打开或关闭的节流口。电枢包括置于电枢中的垫片芯,以防止残留电磁力的生成。垫片芯超出电枢而朝着磁芯突出。
Description
技术领域
本发明的实施方式涉及用于制动系统的电磁阀,该电磁阀具有简单结构,由此能够实现容易的加工和组装并降低成本。
背景技术
车辆基本上设置有制动用的制动系统。近来,已经提出用于实现更强的以及稳定的制动力的各种制动系统。
制动系统的示例包括防止在制动期间车轮滑动的防抱死制动系统(ABS)、防止车辆的突然无意识加速或在突然加速时驱动轮的滑动的制动牵引控制系统(BTCS)和车辆动态控制系统(VDCS),车辆动态控制系统(VDCS)是ABS和BTCS的组合并通过控制制动油压而稳定地维持车辆的行驶。
对于应用于车辆的ABS的情况,设置有多个电磁阀。电磁阀安装在从主缸到轮缸延伸的液压管路处或从车轮的侧面返回的液压管路处,以通过打开或关闭操作而控制制动用的液压。
图1中示例示出了这样的电磁阀。如图1所示,电磁阀可以是常闭型或常开型的。在常闭型的情况下,电磁阀包括电枢1、套筒2、磁芯3、座壳(seathousing)4、阀套5、阀座6和线圈7。
当将动力施加到常闭型电磁阀时,在磁芯3和线圈7之间生成电磁力。结果,电枢1朝着磁芯3移动,使得置于电枢1和阀座6之间的球状物8移动,由此打开电磁阀中的内部油通路。另一方面,当释放动力时,通过设置在磁芯3和电枢1之间的回位弹簧9,电枢1返回到其原始位置。
但在上述常规制动系统中,可能存在这样的情况:当电枢1根据电流的切断而返回到其原始位置时,由于残留的电磁力,电枢1的响应可能被延迟。为了避免这样的现象,在磁芯3和电枢1之间的空间中,在电枢1上安装垫圈形状的溶胶垫片(sol-shim)1a。但是在该情况下,因为溶胶-垫片1a具有薄的金属结构,不太可能实现容易的组装和制造。
发明内容
因此,本发明的方面是提供具有简单结构的用于制动系统的电磁阀,由此能够实现容易的加工和组装并降低成本。
本发明的另外的方面将在随后的描述中部分地进行阐述,并且根据描述将部分地变得明显,或者可以通过实践本发明而获知。
根据本发明的一个方面,一种用于制动系统的电磁阀包括:装配在调节器块中的套筒;可滑动地置于套筒中的电枢;在套筒的一侧处装配在套筒中的磁芯,该磁芯用于生成使电枢滑动的电磁力;座壳,该座壳在套筒的另一侧处装配在套筒中并且形成有油入口通路和油出口通路;以及阀座,该阀座置于座壳内并形成有根据电枢的滑动而打开或关闭的节流口,其中电枢包括在电枢的纵向方向上置于电枢中的垫片芯,以防止残留电磁力的生成,并且垫片芯超出电枢而朝着磁芯突出。
电枢和垫片芯可以通过嵌件成型而形成。
垫片芯可以具有圆柱形状,并可以具有接触球状物的一端,以打开或关闭节流口。
垫片芯可以是非磁性体。
根据本发明的另一方面,一种用于制动系统的电磁阀包括:装配在调节器块中的套筒;可滑动地置于套筒中的电枢;在套筒的一侧处装配在套筒中的磁芯,该磁芯用于生成使电枢滑动的电磁力;座壳,该座壳在套筒的另一侧处装配在套筒中并且形成有油入口通路和油出口通路;阀座,该阀座置于座壳内并形成有根据电枢的滑动而打开或关闭的节流口;以及垫片芯,该垫片芯通过嵌件成型形成在电枢中,同时具有圆柱形状,垫片芯具有突出到面向磁芯的空间中的一端和接触节流口的对端。
垫片芯可以由SUS制成。

具体实施方式

图2是示出了根据本发明示例性实施方式的用于制动系统的电磁阀的视图。
参照图2,由标号10表示的电磁阀包括:装配在调节器块中的阀套11、装配在阀套11中的套筒12、与阀套11相对地装配在套筒12中的磁芯13、和可滑动地置于套筒12中的电枢14。
座壳15设置在阀套11内。座壳15压配合在套筒12的下端中。阀座16设置在座壳15内。阀座16根据电枢14的滑动而形成油通路。套筒12和座壳15可以具有一体的结构以简化制造工艺。在该情况下,套筒12对磁芯13打开。
阀套11和座壳15的每一个在它们的一侧处形成有与调节器块(未示出)的油入口通路11a连通的孔。油出口通路15a形成在座壳15处以与阀座16的节流口17连通,并因而允许油的排出。节流口17由电枢14和球状物18选择性地打开或关闭。
同时,回位弹簧19安装在电枢14和磁芯13之间以朝着阀座16推动电枢14。在回位弹簧19朝着阀座16推动电枢14时,电枢14移动以关闭阀座16的节流口。
根据示出的实施方式,电枢14设置有圆柱形的垫片芯20,垫片芯20置于电枢14内。垫片芯20可以通过嵌件成型(insert molding)而安装在电枢14中。垫片芯20由类似于电枢14的金属材料制成。但是,垫片芯20具有非磁性特征。具有这样的物理特性的材料包括诸如SUS或STS之类的不锈钢。垫片芯20具有接触球状物18的一端。垫片芯20的另一端超出电枢14的面向磁芯13的端部而轻微地突出。如图2的放大视图部分中示出的,在电枢14和垫片芯20之间的高度差H等于常规溶胶垫片的高度。由于垫片芯20设置在电枢14处,因此可以消除因垫片芯20而余留的残留电磁力。在该情况下,由于电枢14的结构简单,因而电枢14可以通过锻造而制造。
在如上所述构造的电磁阀10中,电枢14通过施加到电枢14的磁力而朝着磁芯13移动。为了生成磁场,线圈30装配在磁芯13和套筒12的周围。
当随着将电流施加到线圈30而生成电磁场时,磁力线流过磁芯13。结果,电枢14朝着磁芯13移动,由此打开节流口17。因此,通过油入口通路11a引入的油从油出口通路15a经由打开的节流口17排出。
当切断施加到线圈30的电流时,通过回位弹簧19的弹力,电枢14朝着阀座16移动,由此关闭流体出口通路15a。依靠限制残留电磁力的垫片芯20,可以快速地执行该操作。
如根据上面的描述而明白的,根据本发明的每个方面的电磁阀具有简单的结构,由此能够实现容易的加工和组装并降低成本。
尽管已经示出并描述了本发明的一些实施方式,但本领域技术人员将理解,在不偏离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以在这些实施方式中进行多种变化,本发明的范围在权利要求和它们的等同物中限定。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于制动系统的电磁阀,所述电磁阀包括:装配在调节器块中的套筒;可滑动地置于所述套筒中的电枢;在所述套筒的一侧处装配在所述套筒中的磁芯,该磁芯用于生成使所述电枢滑动的电磁力;座壳,该座壳在所述套筒的另一侧处装配在所述套筒中并且形成有油入口通路和油出口通路;以及阀座,该阀座置于所述座壳内并形成有根据所述电枢的滑动而打开或关闭的节流口,
其中,所述电枢包括在所述电枢的纵向方向上置于所述电枢中的垫片芯,以防止残留电磁力的生成,并且所述垫片芯超出所述电枢而朝向所述磁芯突出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电磁阀,其中,所述电枢和所述垫片芯通过嵌件成型而形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电磁阀,其中,所述垫片芯具有圆柱形状,并具有接触球状物的一端,以打开或关闭所述节流口。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的电磁阀,其中,所述垫片芯是非磁性体。
5.一种用于制动系统的电磁阀,该电磁阀包括:
装配在调节器块中的套筒;
可滑动地置于所述套筒中的电枢;
在所述套筒的一侧处装配在所述套筒中的磁芯,该磁芯用于生成使所述电枢滑动的电磁力;
座壳,该座壳在所述套筒的另一侧处装配在所述套筒中并且形成有油入口通路和油出口通路;
阀座,该阀座置于所述座壳内并形成有根据所述电枢的滑动而打开或关闭的节流口;以及
垫片芯,该垫片芯通过嵌件成型形成在所述电枢中,同时具有圆柱形状,所述垫片芯具有突出到面向所述磁芯的空间中的一端和接触所述节流口的对端。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电磁阀,其中,所述垫片芯由SUS制成。
